The detailing itself was top notch and the car really looked and felt like new with attention given to every corner of the vehicle.Evan went above and beyond and dropped me back to my place after I had dropped my car. aubrey russell: I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before, but I needed to after our amazing experience here. My husbands GMC Terrain was filled with Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute dog fur. I don’t think it had been cleaned out or vacuumed since 2015 so the fur and dog dander was totally embedded into every fiber within that vehicle. It was real bad and real embarrassing. On top of that, the car was covered in tree sap. I honestly didn’t think there was any hope for it at all, but when we picked it up today from Cloud 9, we were both in absolute awe. It looks totally unrecognizable because it looks brand new! I can’t find a single strand of dog fur and all the dirt and grime build up inside and out has magically disappeared. The sap is completely gone like it had never been there in the first place. In addition to all that, I was happy to pay what I did because it was an excellent deal and completely worth every single penny. Another detailing company I’ve used in the past quoted $800.00 to clean my husbands car. Cloud 9 did it for half of that and did a far superior job than my past experience with the other place. Felix Mueller: My wife's Mercedes had significant paint damage all over, as the previous owner took it through a car wash on a regular basis. The entire clear-coat was damaged and had swirl marks. In addition to the overall state of the clear coat, there were quite a few rock-chips that went all the way through the paint and were definitely a potential risk for rust further down the line.Josh was recommended through a car enthusiast group, as I was considering getting a full wrap for the car. I am glad I didn't. The black looks great once again, the swirl marks are gone and the rock chips are barely visible. I am still stunned by the result and I am glad I took the car to Josh. Q Z: I was referred to Eminent and the owner Josh through a friend, and he was reputed to be one of the very best at paint restoration. Not just polishing the car, or using clay and then polishing, but full blown paint restoration work. I had just bought a 2018 MB C300 convertible for the summer and it is in great shape, but the paint looked a bit rough from too many car washes. It was shiny, but the paint lacked all depth and you could see all the swirls and everything from being on the road and through car washes. By time Josh and his guys got done with the car the paint looked like you could dive in and swim in it, and the surface was smooth, unblemished and shiny like it was brand new. I have learned that ALL of the other detail shops are a waste of time and money. If you want the real thing, Eminent is one of the few places in town to go to.Service:Paint repair

yeah Right: I spoke with Josh on the phone for only a few minutes before I realized he knew his craft and felt comfortable enough to bring my favorite toy (2017 Mustang GT convertible) to him for a ceramic coat job. I sent him pics of my car and he recommended a few areas that needed paint correction and gave me a full quote at that time. I dropped the car off a few days later and it was all taken care of by the time I got back from my vacation. He took a pics and videos of his progress along the way and I was GIDDY with how good his work was coming along. I just knew I was going to be well taken care of, and that my baby was being babied.I picked up the car a week or so later and was delighted. My Mustang was better than dealership floor, clean. Josh took me all around the car and explained imperfections I didn’t even know I had and how he took care of everything. Dream Auto Group: Slick Finish Detailing and Forza Auto Salon are not to be trusted with your vehicle. After 2 weeks of picking up a Chevrolet Impala from our dealership, I received no update and contacted the owner Cameron Choulagh. To my surprise, he states they never picked up an Impala and swears up and down that “they have never even seen or touched that car” despite having one of his regular guys on camera picking up the vehicle. I drove to both of their locations and the vehicle was not there, both inside and outside the shop. I eventually filed a police report for a stolen vehicle and magically 2 days later they “find” the vehicle and bring it back with the front and rear bumper severely damaged and apologize for the “mistake”. Does not offer to pay for any repairs and goes even further to say he is going to send me a $1,000+ bill over email. Whether they were trying to steal the vehicle, damaged it themselves, or truly lost it, the lack of organization and professionalism is beyond bad.Services:Wheel washing,Full body wash,Auto detailing

Jamin Jbyers: I've been in the car business in one form or another for over 25 years and when you have a high end modified handicap assessable van that can cost 2 to 3 times your average mini van appearance is everything! Cam and crew come on site and do all my work my normal cleaner can't do due to lack of equipment. Scratched $90k Pacifica, call Cameron, scratch gone, car sold, happy people. For all those that don't understand you get what you pay for, to bad for you. Pay 2 or 3 times to get what you really wanted the first time. Hence why he is the only one that touches my personal vehicle. However, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to stop in for support and help. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. That’s the advantage over the competitors. Their products do a great job. Their team supports the auto enthusiast community, and that’s why I support them. Have since day one. I even got a free paint correction class with my points, just for being a regular customer. Can’t say enough about this place. Love it.
