Didn't apologize or offer to get it in, just tried to make me feel uncomfortable like it was my mistake. Was a real inconvenience, having taken time off work and arrange for a ride. Look elsewhere for better customer service.

When it started to go bad he asked me where was my 2nd remote, I explained that he only gave me one, Said I'd be charged for the 2nd one. He denies this conversation, but I know I have never had 2 remotes. This starter is 3 years old. The one I had installed on my Saturn 15 years ago is still going strong as my grandson drives that car. At 82 years old I know good customer service when I see it and this is not it.

I had an old alarm system that throwed my entire electrical system out of whack. Glen knew exactly what was going on and even did me a great service and handled my vehicle the next day. Maria & Steve L: This place is fantastic. We purchased a used 2017 vehicle that had an aftermarket code alarm remote start and alarm installed by the previous owner. We had multiple issues of the alarm going off while the engine was running and the remote start not working consistently. The dealer wanted to charge us 4-5 hours of labor to solve the "electrical" issue. Glen quickly and at a very reasonable price solved the issue. Thanks Glen for identifying that the original install was incorrect and reprogramming the key fobs.

GhostPhantasm: Nice enough guys but their work wasn't worth what it cost. Speakers out of phase, didn't test to make sure everything worked, found wire clippings all on the floor, and didn't even do a post install overview or speak about any issues they found during the install. Definitely look a few other places before here.

Mr S. Howie: I give two and one half stars for the work. I had some aftermarket DVD players installed. They are designed to play the same movie on both screens at the same time or individual movies on both screens . When I picked up the vehicle, I notice a few days later that they were not working as designed. I went back the the shop and the technician stated that those could not be installed that way and if I had a schematics of the wiring, he would rewire for me. I then asked the tech if he saw the RF connectors included in the package and he said he did not see them.I contacted the vendor and he confirmed as I already knew, that the RF converters are part of the wiring harness used to install the units. The next day I was able to trace the wires and behold I see the connectors. I connect them together and guess what? The DVD players are working as I expected. I went to show this to the business owner and he simply said "nice, it's was not part of the install instructions. I was told the technician has been doing installs for a long time. I gave two and half stars because Car Tunes was a two weeks minimum wait and this dealer was same day service.I've read the responses from the owner and he really doesn't care as the number of positive feed backs tremendously outweighs the negative ones. But lessons were learned from this entire experience. I should have waited the two weeks for Car Tunes, because I still had the deal with the issue for over two weeks, or I should have followed my own instincts and installed them myself. Basically wasted $189 dollars

Hli lee: We came here a few months ago to get a new auto starter key replacement. The guy used an refurbished key without asking us and charged us for it, including the installation fee. We asked mulltiple times for a receipt and they wouldn't give us one. We went back there because our auto starter isn't working now after using it once and they said there is no record of us getting one there without a receipt so we would have to pay for it to get it fixed. We were charged a fee for them to fix it, but they said they couldn't fix it and then refused to refund our money. Total rip off place, wouldn't recommend this place. Zero stars!!

OCD HD: I went in hopes to fix or replace my existing remote start system on my car.It stopped working a year ago and I asked for the replacement cost for a new system.The owner said around $200 for installation and parts.But when I got there he noticed my remote start sensor wasn't working and he unclipped and took it off.Then, to my surprised the remote start system WORKED AGAIN!Basically, my car thought my hood was open all the time and it refused to start for safety reasons.THE GUY DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO CHARGE ME. WOW.HE DID THAT FOR FREE.Such a kind man and great customer service. Fantastic place.I was kind enough to pay him $20 anyway. I just had to, I couldn't take advantage of him like that.

Set up an appointment for them to install it all. The installer came to my home and by the end of the install the technician went over the install and showed me how to control the 3 zones. the led rings they put with the speakers look sweet the amp’s look factory like it came that way..they left my boat cleaner that it was. The radio they put in for us was nothing like we had described that we wanted! We said we wanted the exact same radio that was in our vehicle. Didn't happen! Don't get me wrong it's a good radio but not like we had discussed before installation. Then there was a problem with the Sirius XM placement of the antenna. They had to order a different one then we had to go back again for the reinstall of that.I don't recommend this place.

Added 1 star5.1.21 EditSame issue has come up again- bass cuts out halfway through the song. Going to find time to return to store.Minus 1 star?
