We left at 1 am when we were done gambling. That is the second time in two times of staying there we didn't have a totally clean room. Not enough soap for two people. I used to stay every month. I started coming back a few months ago. It is not the same quality. I have noticed that the monthly gifts are not very good anymore. I have to get and pay a vet $ 80.00 to board my dog. So, I have felt like It wasn't worth my extra money paying to go away for the night.Noteworthy details: The rooms need to be cleaned better plus the sheets need to be checked at the laundry, they have holes in them a few times plus once very dirty. I had to have housekeeping come and change the sheets. Both times. Please make the rooms worth even coming free. I spend a lot of money through the years. I don't spend as much now.

He thanked me and pushed it away and told me " you keep it" drinks were reasonable and seats were great in the upper section. Stadium style so no big people can obstruct your view. Will definitely consider going again. Not a huge Rick Springfield fan but he put on a good show. All in all, very pleased.

L Vaughn: Sink was backed up, hotel manager (night) informed me he would give me a food voucher but I informed him the convention I was with paid for our food so he said he would take $25 dollars off my bill. The morning manager saw the agreement we had made that night because it was on their computer but she said all she was giving was the food voucher TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. I walked out of the MotorCity Casino for the last time.

David Bova: Not a great experience. My food ticket was "lost" in the kitchen. Only to receive some of the worst nachos I've ever eaten. They pour cheese wiz, fake ground beef you'd find at Taco Bell or 7/11, there is puddles of liquid at the bottom of the pan, and the nachos are not crispy at all. So those 5 things made the restaurant experience awful - I would not recommend anyone to eat there. As for the casino itself, I don't like how it is layed out and it seems that customer service is lacking.
