Amy Shamoun: Where do I begin? We celebrated my daughters First Communion at Ike’s and it was absolutely amazing to say the least. From the very first steps of discussing the set up to the menu with the manager Stephanie my husband and I were at ease and new we were in good hands. Our wait staff the night of the event were amazing! Steven one of the servers at our party was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. As well as the other guys helping. We’ve had other events here and loved everything then as well. We love dining here and wish we lived closer to be even more regular patrons than we are now. The food last night was delicious! My daughter who loves tabbouli requested that as part of the communion party dinner was very happy. Everything was cooked to perfection. Looking forward to our Mother’s Day reservation. I’m sure we’ll enjoy that the way we’ve always done in the past. Thank you Ike & staff! You have regulars for life!

EVERY single appetizer and dish we had at our tasting was phenomenal - it was such a hard decision to finalize our choices. We went with filet, airline chicken, and eggplant parmesan. WOW, did Kristina's blow us away!! I have no idea how they cooked almost 200 filets PERFECTLY - but they did! The meat was tender, the vegetables were crisp, and the presentation was beautiful and colorful. Also, the portions were so big! I have a huge Italian family who is very picky about food and they are still raving about Kristina's (over a month later). My husband's family is Korean and Kristina's even came up with some Korean inspired appetizer options for us which was so thoughtful! Our guests LOVED them! The servers were professional, timely, and always had smiles on their faces! We cannot recommend Kristina's Catering enough!

Tara Murphy: If you are looking for a caterer, stop- Kristina’s is it!Skeptical person that I am, I set up a tasting dinner with them before booking for our wedding. An extra expense, but I needed to be certain we would be offering our guests the best- I am known for my cooking and knew our guests would expect top-notch food. It was love at first bite. The tasting dinner was incredible and the staff were so friendly and helpful, we knew immediately that Kristina’s was the right choice. It’s not just a business- they are food people too. Through the whole process they were responsive and offered much-needed guidance, as well as working hard to accommodate our requests. Day of… wow. Liz, our catering manager, was on top of everything. She and all the staff know their business so well; they are extremely professional but also fun and friendly! They made sure that the wedding party and our photographer had appetizers and drinks to enjoy while we did our photos after the ceremony, which made that so much more pleasant! And of course, the appetizers were incredible. At dinner, my husband and I never had to get up for food or drinks- the staff made sure we always had anything we wanted. I can’t overstate how helpful that was. They also served our cake and our late-night snack, which made all of that run smoothly. For cleanup, our venue manager was so impressed- she said it was the cleanest any caterer has ever left the site. Throughout the evening we received so many compliments about Kristina’s, and now, months later, our guests are still raving- about the food AND the service. So many people told us they have never had such good food at a wedding, or such incredible service. I don’t think I’ve ever even heard someone comment on the service at a reception before, so it was unexpected for that to be such a standout thing, but it was- the staff really did help make the day even better for all of us. If you’re undecided, I assure you that you can wait and have your tasting dinner after booking, if you need one at all… everything is delicious. Working with Kristina’s was the best choice we made for our wedding!

All wait staff were very efficient and friendly.

The bar is a teeny bit (glass of Peach Moscato $17.00) overpriced, but I guess that's how the complementary buffet food is paid.Buffet has s very nice assortment of dishes. Chicken Marsala, pork loin, sauté vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes. Different salad choices. Fruit tray includes cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, with a strawberry cream dip...so yummy! There's also a vegetable tray. Includes cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots. Yellow, orange, and red pepper slices. Cucumbers and also ranch dipping sauce. Let's not forget the sweets table. They had chocolate chip & marconi almond cookies, still a little warm for extra softness. Also some key lime, chocolate, or vanilla tortes. Also yummy. I did notice there wasn't as much staff as in previous years before Covid. Still we're just so thrilled to go to shows again.

Roger Sno: We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location for our wedding! The venue is modern with a rustic feel that was the exact look that we were aiming for. Comparable wedding venues in the area seemed outdated and stuffy. The pricing was very reasonable for everything included. Lynda (the owner/manager) went above and beyond in answering our questions, allowing us to set up the Friday night prior with all the decor for our Saturday wedding, and her professionalism and expertise shined on our wedding day. Lynda made everything much less stressful and was a huge help with everything. I loved that the changing rooms were included in the pricing, providing us plenty of room for both the bride and myself (the groom) along with our wedding party to get ready! Being able to have the ceremony and reception in the same location was convenient for our guests and the gazebo and outside ceremony setup was beautiful. As far as photography goes there are so many amazing areas on the property to take photos that we had no idea even existed! The food from Chef Bobby's catering was terrific and we received tons of compliments! The staff was great as well. 10/10 this venue was amazing and I'm so grateful the memories that were created here on our big day. Go in, check it out, and say I do to this Banquet center. The amazing photos were taken by LEM Photography which we also highly recommend.

William safran: I gave them a 1 star. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Freedom Hill may delete this post. I just want the truth to be heard. We attended a beautiful wedding at the beginning of October. The wedding was outdoors. However the reception, we were told was supposed to be outdoors but was moved indoors. There was no social distancing and face coverings including guests and the bar tenders. The hostess wasn’t wearing a mask when she told us to help ourselves to cupcakes.The bride and groom had posed for photos with their grandparents. All their grandparents could talk about was how beautiful was the bride. After the bride and groom returned from their honeymoon they both tested positive for COVID. In total there were 48 out of 90 that tested positive from that wedding. Sadly their grandparents my wife’s parents passed away from COVID. They spent the past month in the hospital fighting this terrible disease. Now they are at peace with our Lord in heaven. My wife and her family are in tears after losing their parents (grandparents, aunt and uncle). Posting this will not bring them back. I pray for the safety of others that this is not repeated at future weddings

S Fradl: Came here for a wedding that I stood up in. Beautiful setting for a average size wedding. Capacity is 250 but with 125 people, it seemed pretty tight spaced.

Kenya Sutton: All I gotta say is if u have Ethan as a waiter HE IS THE BESTTTTTT!!! When we first sat down a younger lady took our drink order and we never heard or saw her again, we thought that was our sign to get up and leave but Ethan came along and immediately showed care and urgency to fix the issue. From that point on he was ON POINT!! Our appetizers came out on time, right after our entrees, everything was delicious!! Our drinks stayed full didn't have to wait around flagging down waiters to get a refill, Ethan was amazing. Again if Ethan didnt come in and saved the day we would have left!! Its hard to find great workers these days, we appreciate you Ethan thank you for your great service!!

kevin walters: This place used to be great. Been going there since it opened but…not what it used to be. Waiters now take your order with iPads and no longer are seen after that. Someone else brings your drinks, or not, as in my case). Someone else’s brings your bread (or not in my case). Someone else’s brings your appetizer (after entree is delivered (by someone else) soup at the same time as appetizer (no grated cheese). Flagged over server who said sorry but servers no longer server they just take orders. Manager apologized but made no concessions or corrective actions. Terrible. Left zero tip since I got zero service. Send untouched appetizer back and was credited for it along with beer that I never received.

ryan reynolds: Carabbas has always had good food. I had the Johnny trio my wife had chicken piccata. Both are amazing. There’s some thing about their bread and olive oil mixed with their seasonings. We just can’t get enough there a little bit more on the expensive side, but naturally not the most expensive Definitely give them a shot if you’re in the area.

Sal A: Server was nice enough--Rigatoni Martino pasta was served with a small enough amount of sauce to require having it sent back for addition because it was dry. Salad wasn't fresh, brown edged greens are not appetizing. Shrimp appetizer had good garlic taste, so a No-Fail there. Honestly, just don't waste your money--find a good a Mom & Pops restaurant where they actually care about serving great food😉
