Luke Tykune: Chris, Gabe and Mark really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly and their product was represented properly. Chris even answered his personal cell phone on the weekend to guide me through a few things I needed help with. I can't say enough about these guys ,I highly recommend this company.
Shadia Martini: I have never seen anything like this before. I am a builder. I requested 15 sheets of drywall for a job. The guy tells me that the order is too small for them to deliver. I am remodeling a 6,200 sq ft house and will be starting 2 houses soon. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Anthony Dettore: I was just a little upset as if you sell something I think you should be able to return it in the same way you purchased it. I bought something per item but was told I can only return full cases. Hard to return a whole case when you did not even buy a whole case. Other than that the yard guys are great and helpful.

Heather Parises: Impressive basements is the absolute best team I have worked with regarding projects on my home. I think this team is top-notch from the sales team (Alex is responsive, kind, and comes out to your house to do quote) to the build team (can’t say enough positive things about them; they worked so hard to create such a beautiful product!), and working with Dave the project manager who patiently answers all of my questions and helps me to make my vision come to life. Our family truly loves our new basement and it gave us a new useful area of our home. Impressive basements took care of me from my initial call all the way through project delivery and beyond (we loved working with them so much we are doing another project with them). They are absolutely great!

The quality of their work was truly “impressive!” They worked with me and took special care to make sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. They were creative in how they did my stairs. They actually had to rebuild part of my stairs because they were done incorrectly when the house was built. I am so very happy with their work and will use them again when I redo my main level.
