We were told we had a 1 year warranty on the driveway however we called multiple times to have someone come repair, each time we were told Giovanni would call us back. It has now been over 6 months and we have not heard a work from Giovanni. I would never is this company again.

alicia bell: While driving on the expressway a man driving the company truck decided to come over in my lane even though I was not in a blind spot. I hit my horn so he'd know I was there. He continued to come over. I had to swerve into the next lane almost getting hit by another vehicle. Afterwards I got in the other lane and sped up where he decided to come over in my lane causing me to slam on my brakes. I tried to get a plate number to call the police but could not. I did manage to get a picture of the individual who was smiling and laughing about what he had done. I heard about this company through others and needed work done but after this unprofessional behavior I would never go there and will tell everyone about this. This makes the whole company look bad.Update: I did contact the company about this individual and was told it would go to the supervisor. It did and I was appreciative to get an update that the man who had tried to kill me was suspended for 2 weeks without pay. I am glad something was done about this. It did make their company look better. While many including myself think this man should have been terminated for his acts, I am glad there was something done. It makes the company look better. While they would like for me to take this review down. I cannot in good conscious do that. If anyone does see this man driving...please be cautious. A leopard does not change their spots. I will give 3 stars now though due to the company doing something at least.

calmdog: in 2015, I hired Amano to resurface my driveway. I had some cracks, but I told Nick to rip it all out and replace everything so it would all be the same color. They did that. The following year, several sections began to chip and spall. I called Nick. He blamed the concrete supplier and arranged to replace the bad sections. The following year, same thing - new areas and a couple he had just replaced. He came back and replaced that. I asked and he admitted he was still using the same supplier. Next year, crumbling again. We decided to wait a year to see how far it went. It was fully half the driveway that he replaced this year. The driveway now looks terrible - like a checkerboard of different shades. Needless to say, I think of Amano concrete every. single. day. We agreed he wouldn't be back. If I see him again, it will be in court.Service:Concrete driveway building

We got a driveway thicker, and stronger than the old one. With an extra inch of concrete, and wire mesh. Their working crew was respectful, and with clean language. They did the whole driveway and garage in 2 days. I will recommend it to anyone.

Carol Lukity: Lombardo uses this contractor and several of us in the sub have flaking, pitting, peeling driveways, sidewalks, aprons, etc. They claim this is due to not following guidelines, although several of us have sealed our drives and followed the builder protocol. Have been told by 3 concrete companies, this is due to cement not being poured quickly enough or too much water in the mix. BEWARE if you use this company.
