Michelle Boggess: I called Land Specialists Surveyors to measure an unusual job—a 1126 square foot roll of paper used to break a Guinness World Record. Ayman and his sons, Rami and Omar, came out to help quickly. They were extremely precise and professional. Guinness requires an incredibly strict measuring process and they executed it perfectly, using state of the art equipment. We had a lot of fun measuring the World’s Largest Hand Drawn Maze, fantastic family and great work!

I sent the payment and had to send 2 separate to confirm they received it. Then was told I was on schedule 6 weeks out. No communication until 10 minutes before the crew showed up.Overall happy with the service but they really need to keep their customers updated.

s. col: Attempted to hire LDS to do a boundary survey of my property, took a historic survey along with a neighbors to compare. David highly suggested not getting a new survey as he assured his would be exactly as the neighbors and a waste of money. He didn't have to offer the information. Also took the time to answer all my questions regarding neighboring fence issues.

Sameer Saini: A very disappointing experience, you have to keep following up with them to ensure that they have not forgotten about your job they quoted 5-6 weeks from the time the contract was signed and they actually take close to 12 weeks to come out. They also would prefer it if you are not home when they perform the survey. They will not give you a plot drawing with dimensions before they put the final stakes in. They just give you rough numbers verbally, when you get the survey drawing which is 2-3 weeks after the survey is when you have the actual dimension which by then it is too late to discuss the staking of your property. They basically want your money and have very poor communication. They even lie with there feedback and comments by saying I tried to take my neighbors property. The city plot states my property frontage is 38 feet and this survey company could only map out 37 feet, they could not figure out where the other 1 foot went. So basically I lost 1 foot, then they quote that I tried to take some of my neighbors property, highly unethical, unprofessional, poor quality and a very unresponsive company with no integrity and definitely no business acumen. You are wasting your time signing up with this company.
