Calvin Saidy: I'd rate this branch with less than one star if I could. Cassandra Parker (Branch Manager) does not care about the loyal customers. I came yesterday and asked her to notarize two pappers and she told me she will take care of me after she finishes with the customer she had in her desk. After waiting 15 minutes, she told me one minute and went to a room with her college and started a meeting. Her laughts and loudness were all over the branch. She clearly does not care about Chase customers. This branch is the worst branch I ever worked with in my 10 years releationship with Chase.

CES S: One of the ATMs is always down causing a long line in the back. Also those banners have ripped from the stands and have been flapping in the wind for months. Does the manager not see that and at least take them down?
John Thull: I was there a little while ago and observed a customer behaving very rudely to your Associate Banker Almeta Lorigan. She handled the banking with grace and professionalism and was polite despite the rude behavior of the customer. She was then able to greet the next customer with a welcome and a smile. She is a true gem. I wish that all peopleI encountered in a day would display her skill and attitude.

John Slaiman: I had a great experience at this location. Airica Colley was the main reason. She is very professional and patient and helped me open up an account without having an appointment. She went above and beyond expectations, helped me set up my online banking as well as Apple Pay. I would recommend talking to her for any of your banking needs!

Pang Chang: It seemed like the banker i went in to see was very nosy. I went in to fix my pin number and activate my card which she helped me do. I then talked to her about my husband and I's interest in opening a savings account. She said he would have to be in with me but that i could open it online then to save them time for when we come in. She guided on opening a savings account online. She assured me it was fine and easy. Not even a day later, i couldn't log into my account because it was locked. I then receieved a letter that my savings account i created was going to be closed. I called customer service and they told me it was because i opened a savings account online. So basically it was the bankers fault that this had happened. Not only that but she was showing me how to use the mobile app even though another banker had already showed me how. She then proceeded to have me click on the credit history but it seemed like she was looking for her own reasons. Of all the things she could had me do, she chose credit history. The first banker i was with did not have me open my credit history instead they said if i was interested I could check my credit history on my own time. She saw my credit score and debts which i didnt want her to see. She saw my debt and said "i dont know that that is" as if she needed to know.

M Bee: Everytime I come here I feel so welcomed by all employees. You can tell they are smiling behind the mask...I go out my way to go here. Matt Hunter: I have been with Chase getting close to 10 Years or more, best bank I have ever used. The mobile app is excellent I rarely have to go into the bank, the products are good, and Chuck and Kailee are very responsive.

I felt like an important business partner with Chase. Her smile, and confidence was contagious, and hope that I'm able to carry that over to my clients this morning.
Dan Howard: Used to be fast and friendly, then they put a machine in the lobby and closed two windows. At best their is a single tellar working. Still friendly, but in the last three months I have not gotten through line in under 15 minutes.

Tyler Green: Rude cashiers trying to impose standards that you need a accou to with them in order to cash a check would not get a banker or manager to explain the legality of the situation even with a valid driver license, I wouldn't waste your time here and I definitely wouldn't trust these people with my money

The person who deposited my certified check did not know how long it will take to release the funds until after she completed processing the deposit. When I told her 12 days is not a reasonable time and I can't wait that long, she said she can reverse it, but that will take even longer!! They were not able to do anything to help, I asked them to call someone to seek help they refused to do so. The branch manager was not available, they told me she won't be here till Tuesday ( three days out) and "99.99% she won't be able to help you either". These guys have caused me a significant damage and were not even willing to help. Only if they told me how long it takes to deposit the check before processing it!! Seriously, take your business somewhere else, this is what I got after being a loyal customer for 12 years. Disgusting!!

Marvin Babbie: Eva Wilson the so called notary, notarize a deed for me didn't even sign it after driving to the county and back took over 2 hours of my time. From the 1st day I went there to have it don,,She's been giving me an attitude then and today.because she didn't know her job.

Blake Navarre: I have multiple accounts. Never in almost 20 years have I walked in to open an account, with new money in hand, and been told to leave and make an appointment. I don't have normal days. I don't know when I am available most days because of my job. I got told to leave like I was going to dine and dash before even ordering food. This is ridiculous. I don't know when this became a thing but no... considering other options because of this.

Tung Tran: I have several accounts here. Went to get some documents notarized but had to wait in the lobby for over 10 minutes before a brancher could get to me. Only to let me know that they didn’t not have a notary available. 2 tellers, 4 “managers/consultants” and only 1 with a customer. This was 3:15PM on a Wednesday. Went next door to Huntington where I have no accounts at all, and they took care of me in less than 5 min. I guess you can do what you want if you make so much to have so many extra middle management positions but no one really does anything.

Vectro Videos: Why the 1 star? I came here a few times when i was 16 years old! Whenever i’d get my checks from the first job i worked at, id come here to cash them out. The ladies looked miserable and rude but the second they looked at the amount on my checks, their mood switched up and they would try to hit on me and say weird things like “oh i like your glasses” but i would just ignore them. These women were like 30 years old. One of the woman even said “i like your check, where do you work at”? My little brother said he wanted to come here and i immediately told him no.
