Sterling Heights Public Library: what do users think?
Not No one: Along with many other libraries this one is great. Has a lot of activities you can sign your child up for and the kids area is nice and big. Have been doing storytime when I can here and those have been a joy to my child. Staff is friendly and there is always someone around cleaning the library.
Nitty Gritty Mama: The new children's wing has such an amazing variety of activities. Toys and tangible things, technology, and many cozy spots to read books to kids. My older kids are fond of all the series books while my youngest loves the step into reading superhero books. We love all the registered activities too!
Tom Drobny: The library is nice and clean and the computers are always working. Staff is very nice also. Was remodeled in the past 18 months.
Lou g: Friendly staff, always go above and beyond! Wish they put screen activities behind a desk to check out instead of just out in the children’s area. Trying to limit screen time is challenging, my kids see the computers and that’s all they want to do there :(
Izzy Roberts: Staff is always so friendly, I love coming here.
Jayne Jackson: The kids library section is the best!
Antonina Strazimiri: I've lived in multiple states and in multiple cities in Michigan, and the Sterling Heights Public Library is my absolutely favorite library I've ever been to. They have a lovely selection of books, movies, and TV shows. It's always clean and well kept. The staff has always been kind and professional with me. And perhaps the best of all are their kids' section and their baby/toddler programs: Baby Lapsit and Toddler Time. All of which my kiddo absolutely adores!
Tattuu Jason: Great selection of literature. Very helpful.
David D: I took my 18 month old there to check out the Sterling Heights library for the first time after the renovations they had done recently. I was impressed by the quality of toys, books and how clean every surface is. They have plenty of sensory toys for different age and appropriate for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Floor and the 2 bathrooms were very clean. The staff made me feel welcomed and the chairs were very comfortable. Tammy Turgeon is doing a great job with this library.Thank you.
Rhonda Allor: Great & very helpful lady upstairs too.
Wayne Slack: Great selection of books
Buddy Branon: Remodeling is very nice. So glad it's open to come in and browse and relax and read.
Dave William Boni: Fantastic people and great bookstore. Music, Videos and phenomenal assortment of authors
Jackie Rottmann: Created some custom T-shirts in the new Makers Space with the cricut!! So cool!! So much fun!!!
Philip Bond (Mr Phil): I absolutely love the Sterling Heights library. I've been going to SHL for a long time now. I've been getting movies, books, computer services or whatever I need. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in every way you can think of in the way of library services. If you need to go to a library SHL is the place to go.
kathy (Kat4503): Really nice library, they were very helpful.
Alena Kula: It is a great place for people to read and study.
Lisa (The Sterling Critic): There are so many things you can do at the library. The Sterling Heights library isn’t only about books, you can now check out a bike. Yes I said a bike isn’t bicycle! You can check out the bike for two hour Period. You must be 18 or have a parent or guardian with you. Available are two adult bikes and two children’s bikes. They have lots of fun programs just check out their schedule.
Becki Lynn: It's so nice to be able to go online to order books and then pick them up at this library. Also, someone in the children's section was particularly helpful in helping me find quite a few books that I was looking for.
Perpetual Pc: Has always been a great library and keeps getting better.
Arthur McLeod: Very clean place and friendly staff

Funky Frog Little Free Library: what do users think?
Renee Perkins: This cute Little Free Library is open 24 hours a day, located conveniently on the Downtown Rochester Main Street sidewalk. It is stocked with both adult books and a range of children's books from board books to teen novels. The variety changes often due to great community use and participation. They even have dog treats in a container for pets to enjoy. We often find painted rocks inside too. It is a wonderful addition to out community!
Mike G.: Haven't visited we wanted to but the time needs to be updated it's not open
