Bob Bergen: Air Rite cleaned the ducts at our new construction home today. They arrived on time, were very courteous and respectful of our property. They conducted a walk through of the home to determine where all of the ductwork was and the best location to setup. They protected the home with drop cloths and corner protectors. They showed me photos of the ducts prior to starting work and after completing the cleaning. I would absolutely business with them again!One minor issue was they forgot to turn the furnace power switch back on after completing cleaning. It wasn’t a big deal as I noticed and flipped it on.

We came across their information on Google and setup an appointment, they knew right what was the problem and fixed both fireplaces. This year we had them to come out to do maintenance to make sure that they are ready for the winter. Exceptional service from the Schedulers to the Technicians.

I responded asking questions about the quote multiple times and did not receive a response for several weeks. The response I received was that I will be receiving a call to go over the estimate. I did not receive the call, I then call the office and they apologized and said a technician would call by end of day.
