M T: Artisan chocolate shop. Reminded me of the ones in Europe. Beautiful shop, the woman behind the counter was very welcoming. We walked in to hear her speaking Japanese to a couple Asian customers. She told us later that she likes to learn a few phrases in different languages so she can help customers feel welcome. They had a large assortment of chocolate items, some that were stunning works of food art. Highly recommend!

Falicia Captain: I found this place on Instagram and made a special trip to try it. A gentleman first came out and was very welcoming. As I looked around he went in the back and a woman came out. She was not very friendly. I asked her about the pricing of the individual chocolates because the sign said “$35 +/- 16pieces” she said the +/- was “maybe a few more than 16, maybe a few less depending how much I can fit in the box” I picked my chocolates and saw one more at the end I wanted to add in. She said “no. There’s no more room” for $35 chocolates I don’t appreciate the number of chocolates I get to be under the discretion of a rude nasty worker. I’d prefer a more precise way of determine cost since these are fine chocolates. Like weighing the chocolate and charging per ounce. I got less than 16 chocolates and there was definitely room for one more. Chocolate was delicious but she was so rude I would not return.

This is a one of a kind place and I highly recommend to check it out. The trail mix was so good. Each bite has the perfect amount of chocolate , nuts , and fruit and the selection of different chocolates come in so many interesting unique flavors! So happy Quix came to ferndale!

We shared the Irish mint, winter berry, a coffee one, and one with like biscoff cookies in it. He had also gifted me a bag of mushroom shaped chocolates with hazelnut filling. They were all absolutely delicious. The lady who was working was very kind as well. There are so many things to look at and it was just a grand time.
