I would not be writing a bad review except for the fact that I am ALLERGIC TO NUTS, PEANUTS AND PEANUT BUTTER. They told me I have to call doordash for a refund doordash tells me that only coldstone can give me a refund since they have my payment information. Now they will not answer the phone.

I have ordered the same cake for my son’s birthday for 10yrs now (since he was 16yrs old) at the Madison Heights location.. when I called to order they were having phone issues. I contacted the Sterling Heights location in fear of the business being closed etc & this young man Caleb not only assured me & offered to fill my order, he went out of his way to directly contact an employee,Narmeen,at the Madison Heights location knowing this was a 10yr tradition I wanted to keep. Narmeen called me from her personal cell,placed my order,sent me a confirmation text AND even let me enter the store before they opened knowing I was traveling a distance to spend a short time with my son! We moved an hour & 30 min north 3 yrs ago & will continue to only order from Madison Heights & Sterling Heights for as long as I’m able!💜 Thank You Cold Stone for having such AMAZING employees!!
