Lynn K: It's a very convenient location, and the employees are extremely efficient; however, unfortunately, they are not friendly. I always feel like I'm bothering them when I come in, especially the men. They are very intimidating. The women have been kind and helpful.

Posting today because it's time to say that customer here service has always been hit-or-miss.Note: Being a fair minded person, I have altered my original review after the owner reached out to me personally and explained about UPS and Amazon return process. Hopefully this review will help others. (Thank you for reaching out, Sir.)The customer service was not as it should have been on Saturday, no excuses were made for that.However, I did not realize that this store closes at 3p.m. until I was already in the car. I arrived 20 minutes before closing. Closing a bad time to come in with Amazon returns, because the store has to have the Amazon returns processed and ready to go out the door promptly at closing (that's when the truck arrives), and Amazon runs a tight schedule. I'm sure it's a huge endeavor at the end of each day, especially if it's been busy all day.Having said that, Amazon return customers are better off going earlier in the day when possible. *This would be the case for all UPS Store locations💡Even my long-time favorite waitress can be brisk, even edgy while serving me, if I go in during rush her hour.

Brittany Vance: I would actually give them zero stars after my encounter tonight.I just dropped off a package on 10/25/22 at 6:12pm and the lady at the counter was extremely rude. I had information where it said all I had to do is drop off the items and they would be packed and shipped. The lady got mad I tried to use the same package to avoid an argument and she proceeded to say “if you opened it right this wouldn’t be an issue” I was not aware that there were a specific way to open a package that’s been taped up. Then she proceeded to say that she didn’t have time to be doing this. She was very unprofessional and made me decide to use fedex moving forward. I know this probably will fall on deaf ears but needed to at least get it out there how terrible your staff is.She clearly wasn’t raised right.

Mary Brustmaker: Target Distribution has excellent service and I HIGHLY recommend them! Jim keeps me updated on when my flyers will be distributed and sends me a map of the area the flyers were distributed. And I get LOTS of calls from people who received my flyer on their door. Their prices are quite reasonable as well. It's refreshing to deal with a company that exceeds my expectations (that's difficult to find these days!)

We enlisted Target Distribution to help us spread the word to our neighboring communities about an Open House we were hosting for the school. Jim Geottes from Target Distribution worked with me on a distribution plan, printed the flyers on heavy and glossy paper, and distributed thousands of flyers within the time frame that we had established. I was very happy with the results of this campaign - it netted us more than 40 new students!
