David D: I stopped by on a Tuesday at 2:30 pm to withdraw money. It only took 5 minutes for the associate to call me although there were four people ahead of me and that’s because they seem to run the bank efficiently. Two bankers were also available. The bank also has drive-thru. Associate was friendly.
586 855 1111 Home Inspection: Citizen bank; Its the worst bank I deal with it . I'm going to move my business to different financial service "bank", , A branch manager there are not helpful, neither service.

Private Matters: As a 16 year banking and mortgage customer, I would feel better about continuing my relationship if there were 60 day notice when branches start closing around me.
Joshua Rhines: If they would have told me it takes 3 weeks to clear a payroll check. I would have told them to get f#&@ed instead of opening a account. Never have I waited 3 weeks to get a check to clear anywhere.
Lonnie Freiburger: Why did I wait 30 minutes for a notary?! The notary was walking past my and stated another 10 minutes. Why not just sign it!

Brandy Sculthorpe: Not only did the outdoor ATM freeze, with no option to cancel, butwhen I called the location to get help (not wanting to leave an open transaction on the ATM), I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on.
Nickol Best: They are also so nice and helpful. A great banking experience all around. Even their app is fab. Way better than Chase was
T Tn: The blonde long hair girl should get fire, rude staff. She yelled at the customers. Only shibly is the sweetest staff there.

Ahmad Alhaik: I don't know where they chose the staff in this place. The manager and the staff are very, very rude. They caused me a lot of problems and troubles. The whole staff should be changed because they don't know anything. I wrote a check and it was lost by them. People are not a game to be messed with

Love: Literally the worst bank ever. Always a problem. Why can I not use the ATM to deposit cash into my account??!!! I went to two citizens bank (including this one) and cash deposit option was not available. What?! Are cash transactions not the entire purpose of the freaking ATM?!

Nathan Hillawi: All of the members of the branch are very helpful, I’ve done all my banking through this branch. They made time for me and talked me through the process of applying for a personal loan, and have helped me in person and over the phone many times! Love this branch!
kristi sallan: Very unhelpful sent my grandma in there to put money in my account and told her I did not need to give her my account number all I needed to give her with my Social Security number My first and last name in the last four of my account number since I don’t have my whole account number and they refused to help her and told her to get out of the branch.

Saturday , December28th , I go there and asked to do wire transfer and after sitting 30 min , the clerk comes saying the banker has customer and it will take her a while and you should go to another branch , I could clearly her the banker laughing and socializing with that customer talking about thinks has nothing to do with the banking , of course is going to take her long time to finish things

Cynthia Zitny: The staff at this branch are awesome!!! Both with our families personal and or business accounts. They have done so many special things for us and have never given us the impression that we were bothering them. My husband and I are blessed to have this branch and their staff.
