Citizens Bank: what do users think?
Brandy Sculthorpe: Not only did the outdoor ATM freeze, with no option to cancel, butwhen I called the location to get help (not wanting to leave an open transaction on the ATM), I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on.
Nickol Best: They are also so nice and helpful. A great banking experience all around. Even their app is fab. Way better than Chase was
T Tn: The blonde long hair girl should get fire, rude staff. She yelled at the customers. Only shibly is the sweetest staff there.
Elektracorps Green world: Not good for small business . They pretend they don't know you .moving to chase .
Ahmad Alhaik: I don't know where they chose the staff in this place. The manager and the staff are very, very rude. They caused me a lot of problems and troubles. The whole staff should be changed because they don't know anything. I wrote a check and it was lost by them. People are not a game to be messed with
Baraa Hashim: Very rude people and they don't do anything when I have some problems they just say we can't see that , we don't know
Travis Alias: 5/5 stars. Amazing service. They want out of their way to help me with their login. They didnt rush at all. Really appreciate you guys, Citizens Bank on metro pkway! Thanks again.
Danimator 90: Very kind and caring staff
Gabe Johnson: A horrible place to do business!Unfriendly cashier's & extremely long wait!
Edna: Our credit union next door ATM wasn't working I hope our CU dosnt charge us.

Citizens Bank: what do users think?
David D: I stopped by on a Tuesday at 2:30 pm to withdraw money. It only took 5 minutes for the associate to call me although there were four people ahead of me and that’s because they seem to run the bank efficiently. Two bankers were also available. The bank also has drive-thru. Associate was friendly.
586 855 1111 Home Inspection: Citizen bank; Its the worst bank I deal with it . I'm going to move my business to different financial service "bank", , A branch manager there are not helpful, neither service.
Doug: No service without an appointment and website won't create appointments.
G Mand: Great service, great staff. Very convenient.
alicia asker: This is my favorite location by far. I own a business and put my deposit in the overnight box and they get in early and work on those deposits before 9am. I appreciate them!
Brenda Usler: I personally just do pick-up right now. The set-up is nice & its efficient. Never wait long @ all & all employees have been polite, careful, & personable.
Private Matters: As a 16 year banking and mortgage customer, I would feel better about continuing my relationship if there were 60 day notice when branches start closing around me.
Joshua Rhines: If they would have told me it takes 3 weeks to clear a payroll check. I would have told them to get f#&@ed instead of opening a account. Never have I waited 3 weeks to get a check to clear anywhere.
Lonnie Freiburger: Why did I wait 30 minutes for a notary?! The notary was walking past my and stated another 10 minutes. Why not just sign it!

Citizens Bank: what do users think?
Love: Literally the worst bank ever. Always a problem. Why can I not use the ATM to deposit cash into my account??!!! I went to two citizens bank (including this one) and cash deposit option was not available. What?! Are cash transactions not the entire purpose of the freaking ATM?!
Carl Wysocki: Excellent service. Always with a smile.
Aymen Anees: Very bad attitude I will never come back to this branch anymore i hop if I can give 0 star
Ebraheem Rashed: 👎👎👎👎👎👎I am a business owner I used to do Banking at 14 & Mound branch I had the best customer service over there.Since they closed 14 Mile Branch I had to move my banking to 16 Mile Branch, since then I'm having the worst customer service ever.THAT BRANCH HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Nathan Hillawi: All of the members of the branch are very helpful, I’ve done all my banking through this branch. They made time for me and talked me through the process of applying for a personal loan, and have helped me in person and over the phone many times! Love this branch!
kristi sallan: Very unhelpful sent my grandma in there to put money in my account and told her I did not need to give her my account number all I needed to give her with my Social Security number My first and last name in the last four of my account number since I don’t have my whole account number and they refused to help her and told her to get out of the branch.
Sadoon Kareef: Worst bank ever . Saturday , December28th , I go there and asked to do wire transfer and after sitting 30 min , the clerk comes saying the banker has customer and it will take her a while and you should go to another branch , I could clearly her the banker laughing and socializing with that customer talking about thinks has nothing to do with the banking , of course is going to take her long time to finish things
Joe Yacoup: worst bank ever
Jacob Mevorach: ATM was'installing software' and would not allow transactions
Cynthia Zitny: The staff at this branch are awesome!!! Both with our families personal and or business accounts. They have done so many special things for us and have never given us the impression that we were bothering them. My husband and I are blessed to have this branch and their staff.

Department of Human Services: what do users think?
saad murad: Helpful people and supportive.
tamara estefo: Some of them very helpful and nice the others rude
Aco Srbinovski: I call 2 times for 2 days any time of the day and nobody answering the call I don't understand why the phone number was provided when nobody answering
Berry Ful: C. Tanzini is a liar. She falsifies information so you'll be denied, makes up information and things that are impossible to verify so that you wont be approved. She has a nasty attitude and talks to you like you're stupid even though she can never answer simple questions. She is committing fraud and discrimination and should be fired!! I have complained several times and nothing is being done.
The One: I went there once ,and the customer service man was nice with me
Md Islam: They were very helpful. They answered all my questions and provided the necessary support.
Elona Delo: The specialist in my parents case, called me to help with some missing documents ,so she could go forward with the processing of the application. Ms. Rehs, answered all my questions and was very professional and helpful. I have always been welcomed in Sterling Heights location.
Kateland Ellis: I normally don’t write reviews. But please choose another place to help you with benefits. I try to contact my case worker at least once a week for the past 5-6 months and no reply ever. So I reapply thinking they’ll assign me someone different and they still give me the same person. I’ve tried to contact to get a new one and no one ever calls back. I received a letter saying I’m eligible for the benefits I applied for, I’m 7 months pregnant and trying to get the help I need before my son is here. I understand at the end of the day it’s just a paycheck for them but this place genuinely does not care at all. Absolutely horrible.
Kevin Stewart: Went early at open, nobody else was there
Sister Gang: Promt responses do not relate to my questions.
Taylor Ward: Caseworkers have no power and I get that. They are glorified data entry clerks, who get paid less than Aldi cashiers. They have to follow the law. I know they don't turn off your stamps and it's all a numbers game. I never expect a callback because their caseload are in the thousands. I've ready their policy online, a bunch of legalese. But they need to account for inflation at some point.
Chibi Smith: Very inconsiderate and rude social workers will make you resubmit documents and they were already submitted. Also claim they call you but did not. I have no reason to lie about a call that I did not receive. Seem like my case worker specifically hates her job and taking her anger out on people who need assistance or else I would have not applied.
Melanie Kucha: Terrible still waiting for a response
chris karkeet: Fast service, liked it, thanks. 😃
JW: Case worker R. Colesmoore never answers the phone or responds to me. Been leaving voicemails for district manager too who won’t return my calls.
Julia milton: My caseworker's phone is always off. I will call him for weeks at a time with concerns regarding my case and he NEVER returns my calls - and then blames me when things aren't done correctly. It wasn't until a few weeks ago (I have been on benefits for at least a year) that I found out my caseworker had an email as another form of contact. Once I started emailing him he would answer me promptly. My guess is because these conversations are actually on record and can be used against him as proof that that isn't doing his job. His last email to me was very rude and unprofessional. I keep getting notifications saying my benefits are denied, but when I email him, he says that they are false and talks to me as if I am uneducated and am reading it wrong. I called the supervisor multiple times and never received a response until today. It was a woman that called me back...which is weird because the supervisor I have been calling for several weeks was a man. The supervisor was no better. Didn't offer me any kind of solution for any of my problems, proceeded to blame other departments for my caseworker's incompetence, and played the finger pointing game the entire length of the call. She refused to acknowledge that the behavior of my caseworker was unacceptable and unprofessional, or even apologize for what I have been put through, and proceeded to just assign me a new case worker. ZERO compassion... like why are you working for the people if you hate....people?? I told her that the caseworker did something to my file that stops me from participating in the PATH program, and that my caseworker through PATH stated that this was due to an error on his end, she denied the claims and basically told me there is nothing they can do on their end. So I'm monkey in the middle of two different departments that simply don't want to take the blame for whatever mistake they made. So let me get this straight.... citizens of Michigan come here....for help?! This entire process has caused me more stress than my financial struggles to begin with!! Maybe that's their goal? I mean seriously...why else would you put people through this? I'm extremely prompt with my responsibilities and always submitted any documents on time. I have been honest and open throughout this whole process and yet I'm met with staff that couldn't care less if they leave my family without food - regardless of if I did my part or not. This place is a joke and I honestly feel sorry for any family that has to deal with them just to receive some help during hard times.
Jessica Hartwell: Been trying to get ahold of my caseworker for a week. And the system keep hanging up on me. Tells you to press 4 for the directory and then says it's invalid and hangs up. Or when you add in your caseworkers ext. And it's hangs up. What a joke.
En Pj: Albanian Translator is lier....Albanian translation Mrs. Bozhdaraj is lier, she said I’m supervisor here, she is discriminatory with a pregnant women, she never translated what I said. Also be careful and from Albanian employee there,A. Rica. Both of them worked hard to destroy my application. God is good, and I found my right.I’m very shocked how two incompetent employees are worker at MDHHS.Be carful guys from Mrs.Bozhdaraj and A.Rica they are devils😡
Wendy Schulz: What a joke need I say more they tell you in this day and age you have to vote to make change for the positive and I always have never missed a votes since I was 18 years old however the state government is sorely lacking on efficiency especially when it comes to the way this agency is run it's a complete crock, the red tape and paperwork is ridiculous of course they urge you to do it online but some people me especially because of my age demographic doing things online is so difficult and a lot of the problem is just the way that the web pages are designed I couldn't get through to save my soul give me a pen and paper any day and a SHOVEL, AND THEN TAKE MY ADVICE DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH FOR A SPEEDY RESPONSE
Brenda Bywater: Can't get into the building unless you have an appointment. Could only drop off forms which came to me on the day they were due and my case worker doesn't return my phone calls.
Twan Squad: Very nice lady faxing documents, thank You Morgan
