Beth Nagy: I purchased a dryer from this location & the store staff were super nice & efficient. I had it delivered they were also very nice & efficient. The problem comes in with the installation. I purchased the install kit as directed unfortunately it was not used, nor was it left behind. I was charged $20 for the vent & $4 for the clamp. I went in the next day to see if I can get refunded for it, (again the girl was nice) she said that it came out of Romulus so they had to approve it. I has been a week & I've heard nothing plus I'm out $25. I'm needless to say no happy.

Red: Saturday April 29th at around 3pm an old short white man at self checkout was assisting another old man while I was scanning and paying. As I walked out past him he loudly said "AREN'T YOU GOING TO PAY FOR THAT" in a nasty tone. I told him I just did and waived my receipt. No apologies or anything after implying I was stealing. I don't know if this man was being racist or treats everyone like a thief but all he had to say was "can I see your receipt." Disgusting behavior. I'm in there almost every week and never came across such a rude employee. Reported this to the manager and he said this man's name is Roger. I really hope Racist Roger learns how to speak to customers or gets help.

Martin Ray: Floor service was good but could have been better. Was pawned off to a new guy, but he new his stuff and caught that we shouldn't have a deliver charge. Other similar store we couldn't get any service (HD), they lost a large sale because of it, HD's loss! Lowes won because they showed up.

Albert Havers: I like this store but unfortunately twice now they have stuck it to me in a big way. I’ll share the latest occurrence.A few years ago I built a new home and through the local post office was given a welcome packet with a one time use discount coupon for Lowe’s. I went to this store because it was the closest to my house though still 40 minutes away. I purchased many items including a large rolling toolbox, an aluminum ladder, miscellaneous supplies, and all of the drywall and fiberglass roll insulation needed to finish a 2 1/2 car garage. I knew it would take many trips over time so asked before purchasing if this was an option. They assured me this was something they did all of the time and that I just needed to show up with the receipt and/or drivers license as they kept track of the items picked up and owed. I planned on picking up a load whenever I happened to be in the area or if it was needed immediately. This purchase took place in August and came to close to $2000.Over the months I made several trips to Lowe’s and returned home with my truck loaded full. I had 1/2 of the insulation and all of the drywall owed to me when I returned in January to get another load. It was then I was told they had no record of the transaction so I would not be receiving any of the remaining items. They just wanted to brush me off but I refused to accept this answer. They finally brought in a manager but was told more the same. At no point in the prior year did they tell me I had to get my items by a certain time or that this could happen when we entered a new year. With all of the big box building supply stores around including 4 Home Depot’s closer to me than any Lowe’s, I am done shopping here.

Tom Wingle: I will never make a delivery order from this company again. I am amazed at how incompetent they are at taking down an address for a 3500.00 order right off my driver's license. This was supposed to be delivered today between 10-2 after getting a 8:30 phone call this morning from them asking for the right address because the one they had was wrong and wasn't showing up in their maps. I gave them the correct address and the order never came. The best they could offer was a redelivery next Monday after I had already taken off work and had the guys here to do the construction all because my address was still wrong in their system.

Luke Holmes: There are a few outstanding employees that work at this location but in general the customer service is not good and a lot of the associates on the floor are extremely unprofessional. Today when I was here, I waited at paint for 20+ minutes before anybody even showed up to help me. I’m assuming they’re short staffed like everyone else. I wish the Troy location was closer…
