K. Patricia Dagenais: These are the ABSOLUTE WORST LAUNDRY MACHINES I HAVE EVER TRIED TO USE!At least 1-2 are not working every week. Someone comes out to fix them and a couple days later they’re broken again.
Mel Springer: Just checked my bank account and I have several charges when I only used the dryer twice and it couldn't even get hot enough to dry my load. Absolutely ridiculous.
Terry Kamps Jr: They never fix anything, at the apartment complex I live, I've sent a request 3 or 4 times. The machine wont drain it's junk. But instead of fixing it they just reset it.

Goldie Abrin: Their machines steal your money and never work. They take forever to service and I hate that our apartments use them. I am forced to use a laundromat as the machines never work. The customer service line is no help.

Charlotte TURNER: It would seem that getting a coin box emptied would be a simple task. Apparently NOT! For 4 WEEKS, we have been waiting for someone to empty the box so that we can wash. We placed many calls, but still no service. They've sent a serviceman twice, even thought they KNOW we just need the coin box emptied. The first tech confirmed this. This is terrible customer service, especially for a community comprised of mostly senior citizens. Shame on you!

Whitney Curry: I live in an apartment building and these people are the worst at getting the machines fixed. I put in a request a couple days ago and they still haven't been out to fix the machines. Trying to contact them is impossible! I really wish the landlord would drop these guys and go with something else!
