Nicole Grinols: If I could zero star this location I would.They delete comments and block people on their Facebook page who say things they don't like or don't assist on their bottom line. Charging $90 for a Rick Flair autograph when he's going to be all over the Detroit area signing for free. Stated that and got blocked.I haven't given them a penny in a long time due to shady business practices and extreme over charging. I have a very extensive autograph collection and am very familiar with pricing. Just because they appear to be the only game on this side of town, they price themselves ridiculously high and take advantage of the average person.Do some research. Spend your money with people who aren't just taking advantage of you.

Lackey Shackleford: Dropped off an item for a signing. Staff was friendly and explained the process as it was first time as well as a recommendation for the signature itself. Will update review once item has been received back but so far a 5-star professional and reputable business.Update: the process was very stress free and they call you to let you know that your item is ready for pickup. Very professional all the way around.

She took my call yesterday and I ended up purchasing what I needed over the phone for a Christmas gift for my husband and she realized right away how busy I was with all my kids and offered to run my package out as a curbside service which I was so greatful for! Then when she was taking down my billing info she noticed where I live and she lives so close she offered to drop my purchase off at my house!!!! You don’t get service like that anymore these days! Coming from someone who worked in retail most of my life in management, I know a gem of a person when I see one and Sherry is that gem! CJ: If I could give no stars, I would. This place is a joke and very unorganized. Everything is overpriced and the owner has no problem ripping people off, especially children with no guidance from a parent or knowledgeable collector. The store is also filled with propaganda, making for a terrible shopping experience as soon as you walk in. Never have I walked out of a store with so much product so fast.

Nathan Dimitrie: Been coming to the store for about 4 years now great selection of Pokémon cards new and old. I don't mind all the political stuff because 1. Its not my store, and 2. I go there for the product. The owner gives discounts if you pay all cash. Never had a bad experience usually great pulls too. Some people say his singles are rip offs but I account it to him actually knowing the value of the more vintage stuff. Definitely going to keep buying here.

Gamers Gauntlet is a bunch of left wing radicals and the place in downtown rochester is over priced and super dismissive AND other shops in the area barley have inventory. This place has a lot of inventory and packs you can't buy at any other card shop near by. Glad the owner stands up for free speech and the constitution.

This place had great customer service, price matched some items and had a massive Pokémon selection. I highly recommend this place.

Polite staff, great selection of anything you want, trains, models, die cast, dollhouses, crafts etc. Yes, some prices have gone up because of the ridiculous inflation of 2022 but prices are far far better than the catastrophe in Flint. I'll keep shopping here.

Tyler McGonnell: This is by far the best hobby shop around. I have 3 stores within 4 miles of me and would rather drive the 15 to go to this store because I know I'll find what I want. If not I can quickly order it up, as they seem to have almost every connection you need in terms of model making. I do alot of table top stuff and have never had an issue getting any kit, paints or tools that I would need to making something.The service is good, they answer phone calls quickly and never have been rude to me even when they were slammed in the 11 years I've been shopping here.
