Lisa Dragan: Honestly, this is the worst party city to visit. Out of 4 visits, Every Single Time there's an issue with getting balloons. Unfortunately it is the only party city close to me which is why I have returned plus I try to give additional chances to the store knowing turnover and retail. However after today, it will definitely be the last visit to this location.1st visit: 1 line 2 cashiers. I waited in line got to front and because my purchase was including balloons I was told the other cashier had to ring me up. They made me wait back in line to see the other cashier. When I got there she asked if I already paid, I said no, I was told she had to ring me up because I was also getting balloons. She said I had to pay at the other cashier I was just with 10 minutes prior and then she could make the balloons. I asked if I had to wait back in line again and was told yes. I asked for a manager and they apologized and again said I had to wait back in line because they were busy and it wouldn't be fair to the other customers. Frustrated I would have to wait in line a 3rd and possible 4th time, I left and drove over an hour to my old store in Livonia who took care of me with no issues.2nd visit: I went to purchase 5 balloons. No line issue but was told they only accept orders ahead made online or instore. So again no balloon purchase at this location because they requested 24 hour notice and party was that day.3rd visit: Went in store to place balloon order 48hrs ahead of party. This was January 2023. I was told they couldn't take my order because they were running low on helium and were only filling orders that were placed online days prior. I told them last time I was told only 24 hour notice and could place in store or online. They said that I didn't have to place ahead, but unfortunately, it was just the current issue of low helium. I accepted and said I understood and went to Meijer.4th visit. Today. Went to purchase 1 balloon. 1 Balloon! Was told I would have to wait over an hour for 1 Balloon. There were 3 employees. They were filling the other customers balloons ahead of me in line. But right when I got to the register the manager told his employees to put wait times on balloon fills. Are You Kidding Me?!? You filled all 4 customers ahead of me who had multiple balloons but my 1 balloon is now a minimum 1 hour wait? This place needs work. Thank you for showing me that multiple chances over 3 years will not make this store any better to shop at as a customer.

Hollow Wxlf: Shipping is slow as molasses. 5-10 day processing time is a bit much, then postage label takes another 3-4 days to update and actually be picked up by carrier. So about 2 weeks just for your order just to ship to you for items that were already in stock. Kinda no excuse for such a long processing time, small family owned or not that’s ridiculous. normal processing time anywhere is 3-5 days then it ships to you, another 3-5 days, so under 10 days. don’t expect a timely shipment seems like they pick your order when they feel like getting around to it. I’m speaking as someone who works in a 365 halloween store and in a huge city. I love the products and happy there is a place like this to order from, just seems like customer service isn’t a priority. I tend to order when it’s my last resort solely because of how long it takes to get me my stuff. No hate here just expressing frustration and hope it’s heard. stay spooky creeps!

Angelfromda813: After ordering a Ghost Face 25th anniversary mask back in August I’d call a week after I ordered asking about the update for my order just for them to tell me they are waiting for more of the masks to come in to call back the next week , I waited till the end of that week to call again for them to say the same thing , basically it was call back next week for a few weeks which was pretty frustrating, The next time I called they told me they had some of the masks in that they are waiting for funworld to send them new masks because the ones they had the whole time had Blue Spots and Defects. Last week I called they said they finally got them in , today is October 6th I finally received my order just for the mask to basically ruined , it was out of its original shape because it was shoved in a small box and also has the defects such as the blue dots and also another defect. Great people !!! Just wish the communication was better and also wish the packed my item better.

Shannon was extremely kind when I called a few minutes later to change a few details about my order. I was extremely impressed with everyone in the store tonight. They are doing a great job.

No fitting rooms so I figured if I hate it I can return it. I was told despite it being unworn, I can’t return it because it’s almost Halloween. I asked if I could return it after Halloween bc once again it’s unworn. They said no. I just spent $50 I now can’t get back. If this is gonna be the policy, please open fitting rooms back up so this mistake doesn’t continue to happen. I now have a costume I hate and I’m down $50. A friend of mine works there and says fitting rooms are closed due to Covid which I totally understand but once again, you gotta do one or the other. I feel scammed lol

When out of no where some employee proceeded to yell at my friend and call her names about something that she believes happened in the past.Neither of us has ever seen this person before.Threatened us to get out of the store.I proceeded to find a manager to complain when we find an employee who says they are a manager. So we tell them what happened.She just nods and says I'm sorry and "I will let the managers know."I thought she was a manager?The absolute disrespect we recieved from this place is disgusting.I fully understand it's Halloween and you need the employees for the busy season.But to just take something so serious as a joke shows what kind of store this is and why you shouldn't shop there. Who knows a employee might threaten you to get out of the store.This is the first time in my whole life I ever actually wanted to talk to a manager about a problem, I don't want confrontation over little things but this isn't a little thing.

The only thing they could improve on based on our most recent shopping experience, is to have bags to hold candy from the bulk section at the front of the store. Our kids picked out a bunch of candy, but there was no where to put them, so I grabbed a random hat to store them in until we got to check out. Otherwise, it’s awesome; clean and well-organized.
