Roman Laczkovich: Great selection and professional consultation
Laura Fisher: Pretty disappointed. Used them for my kitchen and half bath counter tops. Two months after the install one of the counters developed a 3 inch fissure type crack in the center. Had the service guys come out twice to repair. Both times he said there is nothing to be done and that is the way the counter is.They filled it in with resin, but the crack remains and again, they offered no way to fix it short of saying it is what it is. I'd say customer service doesn't feel like a priority, I wish I would've researched this beforehand.

Nancy Feldmann: As a real estate investor who buys and rehabs homes, I've worked with multiple granite companies in the past. None of them are as professional as Brian and Matt ( installers) over atSolid Surfaces Unlimited . They were polite, clean and did a fantastic job installing our quartz throughout the first floor of our home. I showed up at Solid Surface Unlimited ( without an appt) after visiting John's Lumber where I saw a sample of the quartz colored that I liked. Dan, one of the salesmen, was kind enough to let me look at a full slab of Argento quartz to make sure I liked it. He gave me a few small samples to take home and was just fantastic. Even the guy who came.out to take final measurements was awesome. This place is a class act from order to install and I will be recommending them to everyone.

Newaz Rahman: Was driving past this place, so I decided to stop by as I wanted to get new cabinets and counters. Started speaking to the owner and got some pricing, which mind you was 4k higher than competitors in the area. I proceeded to check their reviews on google and owner saw me do it, and that’s when he started to literally get mad and say stuff like how he can’t please everyone and to go elsewhere.Negative reviews now make sense. Enjoy another 1 star review.
Juan Pizana: This is the worst business I have ever dealt with, I ordered quartz countertops and backsplash they cut every outlet (10) opening wrong so now wallplates are not able to cover the cuts that they made. The owner youseff doesn't check on his workers to ensure they are doing a good but instead yells that it's the customers fault that they didn't do the installation and cutting right. I do not recommend anyone use this company.

Britt Paulus: Although they did their job, they were an hour late whithout calling. They didnt clean their mess. I found a razor blade of theirs lying on my floor, mind you that i have two dogs. They left scraps of the old counter, broken up dry wall and screws inside my cabinets. They busted my outlet cover and didnt have the decency to tell me, i found it on my own. They also left a divet in the wall NEXT to the new counter. If this company had better workers, i would recommend them, but unfortunately this experience was horrible.

The never provided the granite cutting board they promised that was in the price. They did a poor job cleaning up after themselves. They demanded an additional money after the job was done.I would not recommend them.
Sue Lipari: Great to work with!! They have their own machinery and slabs of granite in the back you can pick from. They also have their own crews come out and professionally install the Granite and the sink. We had ours installed in less than a week. Pricing is also very competitive.

Patricia Linna: I hired Hard Rock Stone Works to install new quartzite countertops two years ago. I called for their annual maintenance of cleaning and sealing it recently. They were on time, courteous and quick. I highly recommend them for your home improvement.
Lauren: We were very satisfied with our Hard Rock Stone Works experience. We hired them through Costco and worked to find a countertop that married our desire to try to use ecofriendly material that was within our budget. Ultimately we landed on a Silestone countertop that is created from a blend materials that that would otherwise be leftovers (called HybriQ). It is manufactured with sustainability in mind.The install itself was smooth. I appreciated the automated reminders and the communication from the staff. They were in and out of our home in no time at all.The only thing at this point is I'm still waiting to receive my Costco cash card for using Hard Rock, but my understanding from them is that this is a lag on Costco's part and not Hard Rock's. All in all a great experience.

The caulk job is laughable. I could have had one of my kids do a better job. And the broke a smallChunk off while cutting the sink hole! A lot of money should have gotten better work!
