Maple Lane Golf Club: what do users think?
Jason Pronek (J. Pronek): Always treat me like family. Improving the courses on a daily basis. Took care of me when me son was learning how to golf. Food is great as well. Pro shop is always well stocked. I do NOT buy my golf balls anywhere else but at Maple Lane. They beat most places on price. Always have newest clothing and assecories.
Chris preister: The course is unkept but the price is good if you are desperate to play a round.
chanel jackson: Maddy is THE BEST bartender ever she’s so welcoming and nice makes the BEST drinks and always has a smile one she gives great conversation and I can tell she’s a hard workerI’ll definitely be returning just for Maddy ☺️
Joel Musser: 3 solid courses for the price one of the oldest munis around. Would take a huge project to upgrade! Lots of fun and memories here. I personally think the west course is in the best shape right now but all are fun. Layout of most holes feels like an old style country club. Greens are always in good shape. No less than 5 stars for the age, price, location and service. Upset with some of the other reviews! Go play somewhere that’s your kids age, only 18 holes and more than double the price if it’s not for you. Bunkers are currently being improved and a range is going in right on the back of the clubhouse in the near future. Good food, outdoor patio bar and grill. Tons of leagues and outings.
Jason Goss: Course is in horrible shape except the greens. Can’t even tell the fairway from the ruff will not be back. Horrible experience
Bill Shereda: Greens are rolling true.I’m always impressed by the welcome atmosphere. If you are not golfing here you are missing out. 😎
Simon “QQQman” Sayes: The fairway’s condition is not too good but the green is at the other side.
maddy latimer: Amazing service, managers are very helpful, and staff is very welcoming and friendly
marty maness: Make sure you wear a helmet out there on the course. It is clown central. And pack a lunch you are gonna be out there for a while.
Max Williams: I golf here frequently and always have a good time. All the employees are so nice and helpful. We love coming up when Taylor is working
Emma H: Very organized and on-top of carts and food service.
Mark Smith: Gretchen is the best
Rich Osborne: Sitting on hole 9, currently 4 groups waiting with 7 carts. This is what happens when you don’t watch the pace of play and don’t care. Probably the last time I play, they over book and then complain, but it’s by far the slowest rate of play. A bunch of old people slow it down and then they do nothing about it.
bruce roach: This place is a blast not your normal Golf Club kind of like Caddyshack I suggest hitting the Twilight after 5:25 bucks with golf cart you can pretty much get in 13 to 18 holes and you can picke between the three different cool 18 hole courses they have
Elizebeth Serna: 2 fun water holes rite on the corner of 14 n hoover.
Al Todek: Great help 77 years old he has helped me to break 80. My membership started 3 years ago
Tyler Korn: Great place to go golfing! Great staff and affordable drinks
Matt Marovich: I can't give 5 stars because that's not what they're aiming for. Hey, since Sunnybrook closed years ago this is only year round course. That'll work for me! But honestly, I played today & for April it's good to go. A touch pricey for what it is, but.....
Shawn Worth: My favorite place to golf. All the staff is extremely friendly. Especially Taylor and Tom! I love this place!
Drew Allison: Has to be one of the worst courses in the area. The cart paths are just gravel or dirt and that is when they have cart paths, most of the time they do not. Tee boxes and fairways are in terrible shape. The fairways are not maintained or anything its a bunch of weeds and clovers. Greens are rough becuase of all the dead grass but at least they are trimmed well. I think the place just has too many holes to maintain and cannot do it. Should shrink down to like a 36.
OMG: i love maple lanes. you can ALWAYS get out at maple lanes.they have a fantastic staff ranging from a bunch of happy youngsters running carts to the parking lot all the way to a bunch of rough and ready men working the course.so far they have returned my phone 5 times and yesterday found BOTH of my golf GPS units i left on the cart.i've been playing here since pulling a bag for my old man 58 years ago. i absolutely love maple lanes.i'm Old Man George and i approve this message.PS Manager, hit me up if you need someone who can weld.

Rammler Golf Club: what do users think?
Casey Y.: Incompetent “starters”. Non-existent “rangers”. League teeing off with a party of 8 after they’re away from the clubhouse. Drunk men hollering from across the fairway like teenagers, and the women were taking 3 shots from the same spot in the rough on multiple holes. Party ahead of us that finished was chipping on our green while waiting to tee off on the next hole. Too bad we don’t know how to aim. Fade it slightly right of one of them. It took almost two hours to play 4 holes. The course was poorly maintained. Bare ground spots all over the fairway. Some greens were half brown half green. No one fixed their divots anywhere on the course especially on the green. The fairway had tons of divots all over. The green and fairway were a complete mess. My first and last time here. This is no “Golf Club”.
Mike Dockus: How can you beat a hole in one!
Erick Moir: Course was in great shape. Pace of play was excellent. Food was definitely worth the time after the round to eat. Owner and staff were kind. I'll be back again.
Frank Stewart: Hard to get a tee time without being caught behind league play
Robert Sebastian: Was at Rammler for a golf outing SaturdayHave to say Paul and staff were very welcoming
Christine Olivero: Great there was no one there but us! Yeah!
Nikki Hasbany: Great twilight rates, decent condition
Diane Johnson: In good condition, staff very friendly price good
Andrew S: Myself and a couple other play here every weekend on a standing tee time and we enjoy playing here a lot. Staff is great and usually a relaxing round. But the summer price raise to $50 is crazy for this course. Much nicer courses around for that price.
Robert Lloyd Miller: Just a wonderful back 18 &the front par 3 course is perfect for short game practice
Tom VanDaele: Just started golfing this year and Rammler is the place that that has allowed me to really help learn the game
Sammie Lindstrom: Boyfriend joined a league there, had to bring him some clubs he forgot... First time there and it is actually a beautiful course! Kinda mucky starting in the season but it has ponds and beautiful landscapes! Would reccomend for anyone interested!
Kathy G: Golf course is a mess. Fairways are bare and just dirt. No decent lies to be found. Service in restaurant nonexistent. Mgr too important to help the poor waitress. Could have at least taken care of bar or taken food orders. Waited 1 1/2 for our food. Guess he doesn't need our business. Been golfing there for years. Won't ever be back. Started to help her after most of the diners were gone.
jennifer mandarino: After 3 days of rain, as dry as you could ask for. Friendly staff.
FDM: Beautiful Golf Course in a convenient location!!
Scott Melucci: Nice fall course still wet from heavy rains. Nice round for late October.
Ron Kata: Course was in very good condition considering the amount of rain we've had the past few days...
Lisa Porter: Our department at work has a golf outing here every year. The staff is always organized, friendly, and professional. We really enjoy our time at Rammler.
marlene st. onge: Our church group had a golf outing there with dinner afterward. Seemed to be reasonable prices. Clubhouse was clean. Dinner was good.
Andrew Ferrari: Actually surprised the state of the course here at rammler. Played here years ago and it was so covered in water. Not always the courses fault (more likely nature) but it was frustrating. Not the case anymore and the course and the grounds are in surpringly great shape for late summer.I've played two quick rounds of 9 in the last two weeks here, and while I think the rates with a cart are a little high (especially compared to some of the closest neighboring courses) I think it's a decent place. The par 3 course is great if you need to work on wedge shots and putting!
Robin Reed: The greens are fast but even and friendly for golfers of all skill levels , but a little over priced for course condition.

Plum Brook Golf Club: what do users think?
joseph lopiccola: Alot of bare spots and no attempt to fix them.
Michael Karabacz: Way under staffed, ran out of carts and I don't think they know how to run tee times. We started 20 minutes late and then we're getting kicked out while we still had 2 guys from our group hit on the last hole.
Matt McGrail: Great course especially this late in the year
Kim Colussi: Over priced and course not in good shape. Not worth the cost.
Austin L: Paid for 18 holes and only got to play 9 because we were kicked off for having a Truly in our cart. Pro shop worker was rude and asked us to come inside and look at a rule regarding alcohol written on the wall that would never be noticed unless you were looking for it. Wasn’t like we were shotgunning drinks, just had one drink each and there was no beer cart out yet for the day. Going to avoid this course going forward!
Mike D: Overpriced and slow. Don’t post green fee’s because “they adjust seasonally “. What they should say is they make them up daily, how hard is it to update website once a year. Charged $45 for twilight 9, kids running it are a joke
Tena Harwick: This place has the absolute most rude staff! Apparently they’re known for their rudeness and for going through people’s bags. Even when you call to make a Tee time they’re nasty. We tried to order a couple hotdogs at the turn and the chef nearly lost his mind at us. I don’t know if they’re under staffed and over worked or what but we will never go back. Plenty of other courses in the area that deserve my money more than this place!
Mike Dockus: Just shot my best round ever there recently. Not a tough course and in pretty good shape.
Detros 19: Terrible service and for the price you pay to have no drinks having to use a vending machine and no food
Brendan Buffa: A beautiful course - a total shame that the experience is downright terrible. I booked a 4p tee time on Saturday for my birthday and I was greeted by the rudest clubhouse attendant, who I had to snap to attention when I walked in as he was taking a nice, long gaze at the chests and behinds of multiple female golfers. My partner and I golfed 18 holes and were not greeted by the bar cart once, even after attempts to flag them down (which, is the only way to drink alcohol on the course as the rude attendant makes you actually read a sign agreeing not to bring any alcohol on the course - something my partner and I abided by in hopes to purchase drinks whilst on the course!) We had a pocket full of cash in hopes to celebrate my birthday on the course. Then, the icing on the cake, the cart died on the 16th and my partner and I had to hoof it back to the clubhouse. When we got back to the clubhouse in hopes to bring it to somebody’s attention, there wasn’t a soul in sight. It was 7p and they close at 9p. I guess it was time to close shop early! Just a terrible experience overall and I surely won’t be back.
Bryce Kuehl: I took my work friends to a golf course that was half way between both of our houses. My friend brought one White Claw on the course and we entered transparently. We played 9 holes and went to grab a couple of dogs at the turn. When we pulled up to the club house a man came over and instantly grabbed my backpack and searched it. I had a water bottle and he looked at me with a stern face and said “ you know you’re not suppose to have this out here”. I was shocked. I was genuinely offended that a random man would have the audacity to come and rummage through my bag unsolicited. He then kicked us off the course. We were gentlemen, we didn’t put up a stink, and we were agreeable. I will never come back to this golf course. I think before you make a T-time you should think the same too. I refuse to give my money to people like this…….
Blake Ssaoaak: Course is in very bad shape and run very poorly. The management should be replaced. They were very rude to my group and we will not be playing there again. I highly recommend to avoid this course until they do something with the gentleman that is running it.
Ryan Arena: Very disappointing experience. IF YOU PLAN ON TAKING YOUR CHILD MAKE SURE TO CALL AHEAD. I took my 7 year old daughter for twilight during the week. I was told that a child was struck by a golf ball at a course up north, and the lawyer who represents that course also represents Plum Brook. Their lawyer advised that they (plum brook) need to be careful. Which apparently meant not letting kids on the course to play, so my daughter and I had to find another spot to play. It is unfortunate because I love going to this course for twilight due to there not being a lot of foot traffic after 6PM.
Eric Chang: Went to play 18 this morning. A staff (with white hair) was very unwelcoming. When I checked in he kept looking at my sackpack bag and eventually asked me what's inside. After I explained it is where I put my phone and sunglass when I play golf, he insisted in taking a look inside. I did not like it at all; I feel being treated like a criminal and I certainly will not be back again.
Alec Drohan: Absolute joke of a golf course. The fact that they charge $49 for 18 is robbery. The tee boxes are so eaten up and uneven(they don’t even have ball cleaners). Every fairway has massive chunks taken out of it.There is deep standing water taking up fairways on multiple holes and ruts everywhere from carts. Be smart and spend $50 to play at a real course.
Pamela Nolan-Muir: I was sad to learn that my old boss Paul had passed. I've just move back home after 33 years. I worked at Plum Brook for several years, by far my favorite job. I'd still highly recommend Plum Brook, my understanding is that his son is now running it. If he's anything like his father, I know that it's as good or better golf course!
Peter Vanopdenbosch: Overpriced and not too much variety to the holes. Very wet. The greens are very nice though.
Zachary Gray: Very overpriced and boring layout.
Randy D: Nice place
James Hamele: Decently maintained course.
jett mulligan: Had an awesome time. Greens were great! It's a Lil soggy right now but would totally go back. Especially for like 28 bucks!
