Terri Donato: Hubworx 360 staff is awesome! Everyone makes you feel comfortable and like family. The decor is stunning and inspirational. The owners have had other businesses and have a great reputation in the community, that is why I called them. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a meeting, or even rent a private office. Every time I had someone come in for an interview they were impressed by the space. In this tough hiring economy, every advantage helps!

Anna Calderone: Hubworx360 is an awesome environment, I went there for a wine tasting to network with some professionals as I was graduating very soon. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. In a room full of people I didn’t know I felt right at home! Bob even gave me a pass to come work there whenever I wanted. We talked for so long about Detroit and all the things he was passionate about. Stephanie is the kindest soul. I promise if you pick this place to have an office you are picking the right one!!!!

Robert Lee: Leaser beware of unscrupulous business practices. The online “lease” agreement does not provide a fully executable document that includes signatures for both parties with available copies. Nor does the document expressly out line a timeline (dates of beginning and end of lease) of the agreement. After having numerous issues we elected to move to a more professional business space. We provided a professional notice and were subsequently treated like we were awful people for leaving? It was an office space? Tenants come a go in a commercial space, but I’ve never been treated the way this company treated us. Afterwards we were informed of a significant financial penalty that simply made no sense. Even after requesting in writing for a fully executed agreement I was not provided one. Then the business erroneously auto debited from our bank account! We shut that down and were thankfully returned our money. This is an ongoing dispute now. So what I can say, if you are in the market for a modest space at a modest price, that is difficult to get to, and you don’t mind hearing normal conversations through the walls next to you, or every time a door opens or closes, or someone using the restroom while on a phone call, this might be a good fit. Just beware of the extra costs they want to hit you with after moving in. Oh, and the congenial smile that you are presented with initially - just know that it may truly be a wolf in sheep’s clothing looking to penalize a person, an individual, or even a small veteran owned business so they can simply subsidize their own small business office space. Safe bet would be any other co-working space as they are literally popping up everywhere. I gave 2 stars because it’s not often I’ve been duped - kudos HubworX360!

Jessica Wiegand (Jessie): Awesome co-working space! Creatively decorated and comfortable. Many different spaces to work from, game area for unwinding, couple of different sized meeting spaces. The owners are very warm and hospitable. A little hard to see from the road, but easy to find once you get in the parking lot. I'd love to visit again if I'm in the area.

Lorraine Whoberry: HubWorX360 is as unique as its founders. There is no place like it. The atmosphere is comfortable, yet entertaining. It's spacious, and meets everyone's needs, be it business, personal, large groups and small groups. This is the place to be!

The entire building is themed to Detroit and it's an incredible environment to work in. The owners are amazing and will make you feel right at home. Very comparable, if not better than WeWork. Highly recommend if you live anywhere near the Troy location to give it a shot.

The only downside for me is actually getting into this location. Its very easy to get lost getting within the entrance. Not actually finding the building
