Tearra: There’s no such thing as a pleasant experience with a debt collector. That said, this place is unethical. They report wrong balances to the credit bureau as well as late payments. The reviews about the employees being rude to the point where you want to show up to fight, are very true. Please, this is to all consumers that are forced to deal with them: report them to the attorney general. Things will only change if this place is held accountable. There is also a website that you can report them to for violating credit laws. Sure they’ll get slap on the wrist the first time, but it’ll only work if others do it too.

Shelby Adams: if i could give this place -100 stars i would. after realizing my checks were being garnished anywhere from 175-300$ a week i called to try and get the issue resolved. after finally getting someone on the phone after a week of being “temporarily closed” on google, i was met with nothing but a rude girl named Alex who thought giving me my own information was too much of a difficult job for her, she hung up on me… twice. hopefully this pace closes don’t even know how they can be in business.

I tried to work with them and set up a payment plan for a small debt and was told they don't do that there. They also refuse to take it off of your credit report which at that point I was informed by legal console not to pay. Today I get a harassing phone call from them that they are coming after me. Needless to say their policies and actions are illegal and my lawyer has been contacted.

Preston Miller: This place is a joke. Won't take a collection off my credit, after it was paid off. Other agencies will comply, but not them. The receptionist was snarky and rude. Stays on your credit for 7 years, their policies are criminal...

Michael Williams: This company is such a scam! They sent me a letter claiming that my business credit score has declined and that I am being negatively impacted to get business credit, but when I called the number in the letter it direct me to a sales department who wants me to spend $2000 to update my credit file so that my scores can come back up. They specifically told me on a recorded phone call that there is no one in their company that can actually verify to me that my scores did in fact decline like the letter said because the letter is a form letter sent by their sales department which doesn’t actually mean my score went down. This company is is a predatory extortion. They only want you to give them money. Never ever ever ever ever get a DNB number. If you have a DMV number, contact your Congressman because you are legally entitled to the information in that report for FREE but Dun and Bradstreet will absolutely refuse to give it to you unless you pay them.In the age of instant online reviews it is painfully obvious to see why a company that specializes in private reviews is losing money at the rate that they have to try to scam people into boosting their sales for them. What a horrible scam!
