You will most likely get better service from Lowe's.You will have to micromanage every little step and word you say because they will order the WRONG blinds and make you pay for them to fix it too. So in reality, you're paying for 2 sets of blinds because they couldn't get it right the first time. As an added bonus, they will also blame you (the customer) instead of finding a compromise or resolution.We came in for top-down/bottom-up blinds, discussed it with Michelle, and got the wrong blinds. Mike, the owner/manager, avoided the entire matter and refused to talk to us - the dissatisfied customers. Their "customer service" includes laying blame to the customers for their "bad memory", paying for the blinds you did not want, and paying to fix it.Amongst the phone calls to resolve this issue, my husband and I consistently got blamed for making the mistake and continued to get insulted by Michelle about our bad memory. Does Michelle take any ownership? No. In fact, Michelle likes to use phrases such as "we've had a lot of customers since then", "we've had about 20 customers since we last talked", etc.If you met 20+ people, can you honestly say you memorize every single detail? No, but apparently that doesn't matter to Michelle or Kelley's as a company because the customer is always wrong in their book.Take ownership of your mistakes instead of playing the blame game with paying customers.
