Matt Michalik: Ordered a shirt online, from a less-than-user-friendly website. Ordered (and paid for) a grey shirt with black lettering. A few hours later, I received an email saying that my order was ready for pickup. Fantastic!!! But.......when I arrived at the store, I was told that my order WASN'T ready. To add insult to injury, I was told that they were out of grey shirts, and I'd have to pick another color, or walk to Macy's and buy a shirt of my own. I settled for a black shirt.For what it's worth, the shirt quality and workmanship seems decent, and the guy who helped me was extremely pleasant.Would I use them again? If there was a way to absolutely confirm that my ordered shirt was in stock and printed correctly, probably. Unfortunately, this location doesn't even have a phone number. Messages to this store have to be relayed to them through somebody at the Oakland Mall location.

Anisah Milton: I am really displeased and unsatisfied. I bought a hoodie and a t-shirt. By the time i made it home and went to try it on, before i even put it on, there was a lot of peeling and rips in the logo. WASTE OF MY MONEY. I am going back tomorrow in hopes for a monetary return. If not i will voice my concerns to cooperate

Chris Castillo: Had a sweatshirt made and a t shirt as the man said they were running a deal, and all I would have to pay for the t shirt was the print.I paid $127 and change for both. I then went to the same place in my area and was quoted around $75 for both. Quite a difference. If I lived closer to Lakeside Mall I'd definately go back and raise holy hell. Not right ripping people off. Will never go there again. People please be aware of this shady t shirt business at Lakeside Mall.

I was greeted with a smile the second I walked in the door, was offered a tour of the facility and felt like my business truly mattered. Setting my logo up was super easy. The ordering process was quick and painless. I was able to approve the artwork same day via email and my order was completed within 4 days. I also ordered embroidered hats. I highly recommend All American Screen Printing for any screen printing or embroidery project you may have. I’m a customer for life.

Sean Connelly: They were all awesome! I needed some raincoats made within a few days for a football game on the weekend. They were able to get them done within a couple days. There was a spot on one of the raincoats that was an issue from the manufacturer of the raincoat. They called me to tell me there was a spot on the raincoat, and gave me a replacement raincoat at no charge. Very friendly and honest. The whole process was easy and smooth. I have my own business, and I will be using them for any other printing needs we have for my business.

Terry Duty: Bought 3 t shirts for 20.00 each from e a graphics at dayton arena on 3/9/2023...an ohsaa event....they ran my card on a separate transaction for an additional 100.00 without my knowledge.... Called them and nothing is being done to credit my account. They can run your card for any amount, obviously without you knowing. Now I'm stuck paying 100.00 which I never purchased!!!! Be very leary of this company.

DeLong Family: Decent prices and great custom shirts for any occasion weather it be business shirts, funeral shirts, birthday party shirts or just matching shirts or hoodies. They can copy any design you need into a shirt. They are kind of expensive at about $50 per shirt but it's worth it. I had my companies business shirts made here and they messed up the first shirts however when I brought it to their attention they fixed their mistake right away and my new business shirts were ready the next day. Now that's good customer service.

Jahnysha Caldwell: Went to get a logo put on a tablecloth… I guess the person who did it didn’t understand the assignment, & he put it on at the wrong place, after they put the logo on they just held up the finished print…, they didn’t hold up the cloth so I could see exactly where they put it at..,went back up there once I got home & realized it was on top of the cloth instead of on the front and one of the workers caught an attitude with me & still charged me for him doing it over after they did it wrong.

Dominique Armstrong: I placed an online order at 11:30am was told it would be ready in 4hrs. I called at 12pm to make sure the order was received, yes it was. I arrived at the store at 4pm, my order hadn't even been started. The man running the store told me to give them 30mins. I shopped around around the mall for 45mins and returned to the shop. My shirts still were not complete. I stood there for an hour and a half watched 3 customers receive their order that was placed when I arrived at 4pm. The employee doing my shirt told me this was his 2nd day and he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. The first shirt was great, my second shirt the lettering was off centered. When I brought it to the attention of the man I believed was running the store he stated to me "Its not that bad" "If you weren't standing here watching us, you wouldn't have noticed" I told him I would accept the shirt but wanted a discount. I was told if I wanted them to redo the shirt he couldn't tell me when it would be ready. I asked why I couldn't get it completed in 30 mins like the customers that walked in before me. He told me because I placed an online order, but I'm standing here now though. He was so rude and stressed that his shirts are handmade and will never be perfect. I didn't ask for perfect but it wasn't what I ordered and should've been discounted.
