Selena: Get your medications filled somewhere else if you would like to get your medications with no problem. Every time I come here to pick up a prescription there’s some sort of issue, mistake or problem on their end. They rather just tell you no than to help you and actually look into it and problem solve. You would think they would be more considerate and more willing to resolve the issue since the people picking up the prescriptions have some sort of Illness or condition. But nope they rather tell u no, go in circles with you, have you call around only to end up right where we started bc it’s something that they “missed”.
Dana Florence: Smells like something is ROTTING in the back room by the drinks. No one is around helping out others on the floor. Customer service makes you want to sleep & also the lottery tickets from here always show an error. Scanned it at MY restaurant on our keno machine, scanned it on the ap. That's suspicious? Do better CVS!

So we went today to buy some cleaning supplies and this lady menager I don't know her name but I hope they going to know who was working at this date and time,so she was following me and my wife everywhere around the store and basically the way she was staring at us shopping she was making us uncomfortable to continue shopping so we got just half of what we're supposed to shop and pay at the self checkout and left,and she was following other people to that we witnessed and they mentioned to that they are getting followed by her because of their racial profile and that's absolutely NOT acceptable and she should be ashamed of herself.
Daniel Polen: This cvs is good with having stuff you need. Now for the bad, this store has self checkouts that you are forced to use because theres never a cashier at the register and the self checkout without fail every time me or any other customer i see it gives them issues and takes up more time and makes the cashier fix it multiple times before your done. The self checkouts are trash please stop forcing everyone to use them you are losing customers.

Allison Davis: Only giving 1 star because their is no 0 star button this pharmacy is the by far the worst pharmacy around called in my refill they asked what Tim I would like to pick it up I told them 4:00 I got there at 5 and was told it wasn't ready come back in 30 minutes I had 3 other prescriptions there I went back in 30 minutes as asked they only gave me the 3 that was already ready so now I have to go without my seizure medicine until the am how do you not give someone all their stuff I mean it's not like I have 2 different names it was all under the same refills absolutely sorry and pathetic corporate will be getting a phone call

Staff were very friendly, worked hard, and did what they could to help me (which they ended up doing and got me 4 refills all at once). Very professional people in the pharmacy and I appreciated that a lot, not to mention it was on a Sunday!

sam hanna: I have honestly dealt with many pharmacies and I don't understand why this location doesn't have such high ratings because their service was phenomenal. I spoke with the pharmacist Aneta, 15 minutes before closing and my mom just had surgery and needed her prescription. It was impossible for me to have my prescriptions ready on time but Aneta made it happen. I highly recommend them. Without them my mom would've been in a lot of pain tonight. Thanks again 😊

Mike Reese: CVS is an OK drug store. I am using it over Walgreens and Meijers, mainly for its convenience. CVS has been incapable in combining my prescriptions. Today they informed me 1 was ready & please pick it up. Two days ago they informed me they were working on 2 prescriptions. So why tell me only one is ready? Their phone app works but not real well. Server is off line intermittently. I have found it shows items in my cart when I didn't order any. They also sent me notices to get COVID test kits but the first 2 stores they showed kits were available when ordered had none.But Walgreen's web site was worse.Minor medical service like immunizations is good.General merchandise choice is good.
Brian Ray: I ALWAYS put my prescription in early, and they still NEVER have it on time. They'll have my prescription order up to 5-7 days early, and when it comes to the day to pick it up, suddenly they're out of my prescription and I still have to wait another 2-3 days. After this month I'll be switching pharmacies. I just hope they don't do this to people with more serious medications.

Narjis Zaidi: I have been a CVS client for years and years. This branch has a bathroom that is available for customer use. However no one pays any attention to it. It is dirty and did not even have any soap to wash your hands with. I am thankful that there is a bathroom facility, just requesting the manager to take a look and make sure that it is cleaned and prepped for customers. Thank you.

Tracy Moton: I went to this store for the first time. As soon as I walked in the door, I asked where something was but the cashier wasn’t very friendly and acted like should couldn’t hear me. Another male employee came of of nowhere and heard what I was asking for and directed me to what I needed. On the way out, the same cashier ignored me because she was helping someone at the register but could have said that she would be with me shortly. It was taking way to long so I did the self checkout and had no problem. Shoutout to the white male employee that helped me get what I needed quickly!

M: The pharmacy staff are rude and short, they treat customers as an inconvenience. The public bathroom is absolutely disgusting.. seriously the toilet and sink both had mold inside and lord knows what staining them, loose strands of hair all over, the floor is sticky, tissue everywhere.. just gross. The floor staff, however, have always been helpful and pleasant.
Donna Graham: Took in a script for 45ml of meds. Filled it for 15 ml and insisted that's all they had on file and that I had never filled 45ml before. I had on two different occasions. Argued and got nowhere. Went to CVS at canal Rd. No problems. That's my new pharmacy.
Jospeh Gamble: This store is a joke. They tell you one thing on the phone and when you go to pick it up, they change their story saying i missed understood. Pharmacy is filles scripts to early and then if you don't pick it up in 7 days its put back in stock. Why pick up a script when i have 3 weeks left and spend $$$$ that i dont need to. Looking forward to transferring to Meijers come January 1. Good buy CVS.

K Antonio: I have been coming here for years and am very grateful for their photo services and good selection of products! My husband and I always find what we need. The customer service is wonderful! They have called me many times to let me know if there's an issue with my photo order right away and give me a discount for the trouble. They have always come in handy many times for last minute birthday gifts and such.The store could use some updates in the aesthetic, but besides that, I love this CVS

She cut the photos incorrectly. Very poor service and behavior. Please train your staff to know how to speak to your customers.
Tricia Nunez: I don’t know about the store experience but every time I have had to communicate with the pharmacy, they’ve been so patient and kind, more than willing to answer all questions and take on calling doctors and other pharmacies. Very grateful to have found this pharmacy with such helpful individuals!

I have an ear infection right now and the urgent care I went to never sent my prescription in so I had to call them back and forth to get it finally sent in a day later after being in a lot of pain. So when they sent it in I went to go pick it up and could not afford the drops as they were over $90 WITH a coupon. But the pharmacist, Bilal, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make it more affordable for me! He contacted their office and had them switch it over to a more affordable option and the pharmacy staff, including Luna, had it ready for me in less than an hour! I have been coming to this pharmacy for a few years and everyone is always super helpful!! :)

Was already rattled that a single prescription would take an hour to fill, but decided to grab a bite down the street while waiting for my post op meds. When I returned to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription I was informed it would be another 20 to 25 minutes. Disgraceful. Did I mention the post op. part? Still have my hospital tags on my wrists. Never go here.

I was put on hold after being hung up on the first phone call to be told they don’t have any information on when my script will be ready because the pharmacist isn't in today.

The woman in the pharmacy would not even stop to talk to me on or even look at me. No on was interested in helping. I will step foot on a CVS again and strongly recommend everyone I meet to go to Rite Aid. I have a question for CVS, how can you allow your employees to treat customers so poorly? This is the worst experience I have ever had in any business.

One of the kindest and compassionate people Ive had the pleasure of speaking to. Ive been having a lot of medical issues and Adam is the only one who has made the process of picking up my medications easy. The majority of the staff are rude and judge you so its great to know there is at least one person there who cares. If you ever see this, thank you!!

Kaitlynn Pastoria: I just got off the phone when confirming the correct prescription was being filled and letting them know I’ve changed Doctors. I called ahead due to switching doctors i knew my birth control was no longer being filled from the previous Doctor. The lady i spoke with answered quickly and rudely. I explained that i have recently seen a new doctor and she would not be prescribing said birth control. When i asked which prescription was being filled she gave medication name. I didn’t understand so i asked what it was for she responded with an attitude migraines. I then said i still had the medication and didn’t need this prescription. I then let her know i did need the birth control and my office should be calling it over soon. She then said okay i went to say thank you have a great day and she hung up right after saying okay. I found this very rude and am very upset with the service i received today. I get their days might be busy but i feel my time is also valuable and deserves the attention needed.
Raquel Childers: Hate leaving a bad review. But here it is, care pass it’s new I got talked into signing up it seems like a good deal. Off the bat you get $10 care bucks. Then a week later a survey in your email, fill it out you get another $10. I take it to the store give them my ph # they said it doesn’t match. Give them the card I just got, still arguing with me. One of the guys says this has absolutely nothing to do with care pass. I said it has everything to do with it, it’s a survey asking how the sign up process went. Oh, so you get $20 just like that?! I said yes. First of all, don’t talk your customers into signing up, offer them incentives then get mad and treat them like a thief if they use them! Maye CVS should let the employees that are the face of their store know what’s going on so they can actually guide the customer rather than the other way around?!
debbie brouillette: Every time I go in my prescriptions are never ready, they are ordered a day or two in advance and still not enough time, time to switch to another pharmacy!!
Charles Griffin: Kelly at the pharmacy is amazing! Other than that, this pharmacy sucks big time. Took a script in so that it would be on file for the next refill. The lady gave us attitude, and tossed the script out without entering it into the system, so the next time we went to refill, guess what? No refill on file. Had to call the doctor to have him call it back in. Went to pick it up, and was told it had been transferred to another CVS-10 miles away. So I drove there, and told them what happened. She said the pharmacist at the Schoenherr location could have just pulled it back and filled it there and saved me the trip. I asked them to stop the auto refill since I'd have enough at that point and decided to take my business elsewhere. Next month, we received notice that our meds had been auto refilled and were ready to pick up. Went to the Schoenherr location and...you guess it...it was transferred to another location AGAIN. But this time they went a step further and transferred ALL of our prescriptions there. Without our knowledge. Without our approval. So I drove the 10 miles, picked them up and asked them to cancel ALL of our auto refills. Next month, we got another notice from CVS that all of our meds had been auto refilled-again. I ignored it and went to Walgreens to pick them up. Well, because CVS had done the auto refill, my insurance wouldn't approve the refills at Walgreens because of the CVS auto refill. At this point, I'm about ready to file suit against CVS for insurance fraud. They do NOT have our approval to fill these meds, nor to try billing the insurance company. They've been told this a total of four times now to stop the auto refill and they just ignored our request.On a good note, I hope they realize just how good Kelly is at the Schoenherr location. Other than her, that pharmacy could be bulldozed and I'd not miss it one little bit. What a horrible experience it's been dealing with incompetence on such a grand scale.
A McPhillips: I am not sure why, but the pharmacy at this CVS has managed to screw up my prescription orders for the third time in less than 3 months. Not only that, they did not even apologize or try to ammend their errors. They could not even fulfill or contact me with notification of readiness of a prescription my surgeon directly ordered for me that I was to take before my surgery procedure in August. This nearly caused my surgery to be postponed. Lastly, I phoned in a reorder of one of my prescriptions through their automated system. Confirmed the prescription order, date and time of pickup and received confirmation from their phone system that the order was placed. Did not recieve a follow up notification 2 days later so had to drive over or call in. I drove over and they stated they never received my order!!!! That I must have called a different pharmacy. I co firmed their number was the one I called. No apology, no offer to ammend or expedite refilling of my prescription!!!! I am done soooo done!!! I am transferring my prescriptions somehwere else. I have never experienced such horrible service from a pharmacy my entire life. Customers considering this CVS for their prescription fulfillment BEWARE!!!

Dina Riccobono: I ordered chocolate for my grandmother who does not drive. My niece went to pick it up for her on her way home from work and they would not give her the chocolate because she wasn’t me. She had the order number and the text information about the order. This was $11 worth of chocolate we are talking about not some sort of narcotic or something. Should’ve made a better judgement call and given my niece the chocolate.

Waiting for the cashier, after a few minutes the gentleman walks up and refers all customers to the self checkout before asking to assist. If he had asked, I would have told him I need a money order. Mom Of Three: Love how clean, and tidy this location is. Shelves are always organized, and stocked up. The pharmacy never disappoints, and they are always helpful. Recently came in to pick up my prescription, and was helped by a young lady named Marissa. Very sweet like sugar, and awesome service.

Azra Chowdhury: I was there just today about 15 minutes ago at the drive through for picking up my prescription. Been a customer over three years. While I was there I asked if they are able to grab me calamine lotion with my prescription. The pharmacist simply refused and said I have to come inside to get only medical thing I asked for. That was upsetting for me.
Taylor F: I've never had a problem with this CVS before, until today. I was on hold for 23 minutes, before I talked to a SINGLE PERSON. I needed ONE thing taken care of, and it took the person, who finally answered the phone, less then a minute to do what I needed done. I understand places get busy, but to not pick up the phone and let the person on hold know it's going to be a few, is absolutely ridiculous...

One of the women working in the pharmacy actually yelled at me for "sitting in the drive thru" when I had just finished getting her the phone number she needed to do HER job. Then got upset and closed the window. No professionalism. Will not be back.

Monica: Everyone at this CVS Target Pharmacy is always so helpful. I have been coming here for years and is the only pharmacy that I trust. Anytime I have questions about the prescriptions for myself, or my kids, I always felt confident that they gave me the best advice. Always kind & always greeted with a smile. Selina & Jake have a great crew! They are all so very wonderful and I feel they genuinely care for our well being. 100% 5 stars!!
Abdullah Babor: Few months ago I went there to get a doctor’s prescribed lotion. I was told, I have to buy it from target since it doesn’t get covered my insurance. But the exact same lotion was covered by my insurance Rite Aid.Today I went there to get a doctor’s prescribed cream. They I have to buy it for 67 dollars. But same lotion was covered by my insurance at Rite Aid.

Arif Islam: Pharmacy hours says they should be open from 9AM till 7PM. I went there at 650PM and pharmacy was closed. When I asked the store manager she replied "I Don't know". For such a reputed pharmacy like CVS it is simply not acceptable. Now I don't have the medication I needed for my wife till next day.
