kathleen bankes: Came in for an appointment to check why I was not able to hear out of my right hearing aid even though the battery was good. I was taken care of at my appointment time and the lady who took care of me, sorry forgot her name, took my hearing aids to clean them and put new filters in them and that’s all it took. I now have extra filters in case it happens again. The plastic rubbery cap that is on the part that goes in your ear was torn around the bottom and she replaced that too! All in all very pleasant experience as always and not more than 15 minutes. Thank you!

My husband and I both had to take off work to make this appt during your business hours, and I was told I should be there for the appt with my husband. Waste of time. "Tester" had horrible disposition as well. Not great customer service experience, and we will more than likely going elsewhere.

The care that Steve provides is exceptional, he adjusts the hearing aids to your specific needs and follows up to make sure you are receiving the best hearing experience possible. The hearing aids themselves are very good, I've had other makes but I'm hearing better now than I ever have thanks to Hearing Life!

Kacety: Hearing consultants has been a life changing experience.I went in for my first apt, got my test, same results as my previous. I bonded well with my handler and she was very detailed with me about the process. What she wants to do for me and got me underway for approval from the state for funding for the best hearing aids for my condition. Knowing there is much better technology out there now that can help me thrive and raise my daughter with ease is such a relief. And knowing there are people who understand my hearing issue better than I do on a mental and emotional level, was the most uplifting experience. Thank you Donna for everything. Last year I got new hearings n it’s was the best cuz I finally heard bird singing as I never heard in my life. I was 64. I just love Melissa n her staffs!! Friendly smiling faces when h first walk in!!!

Love my new hearing aids and am totally in love with both doctors,,Melissa and Donna beautiful caring and very knowledgeable hearing doctors wanted hug both of them for helping me get my hearing back to normal...Plus wonderful ladies just to talk too,,, makes you feel very comfortable...Damn we need more Doctors like them...Plus went in a second time for an adjustment and they had me in immediately...Set me up with a second setting for higher end settings and it works beautiful...Now I have 2 settings one for my guitar and one for normal use...Absolutely fantastic.

After my wife selected and paid for a set of hearing aids.She was satisfied with her purchase.The new Miracle Ear GENIUS technology proved to be amazing. She was able to hear things she hadn't heard for years. We wished we had bought them sooner.At the follow-up visit Cody Stacy recommended she consider another style of hearing aid. The new aid would give her room to adjust the aids to compensate for any further hearing loss. He explained that the current aids while operating fine were maxed-out. If her hearing further deteriorated in 3 or 4 years we would have to buy new aids.My wife just picked up the new aids that Cody Stacy recommended. First day but we are happy so far.Their follow-up care is best in class. These people really care. Couldn't recommend this store and this staff more highly.Try them you won't be disappointed.
