Sterling Heights Public Works: what do users think?
Oddnonymous Gaming: city doesnt care about the people, if you have a leak you dont see they wont tell you until a month later and a 1200 water bill for 1 month. Disgusting how much they only care about money.
Tom Westphal: A big Thank You to the people who were so courteous and helpful in resolving our situation with the 5 gallon pails containing broken concrete dropped in our driveway, presumably by some contractor. . We called the DPW to advise our situation and were advised that a supervisor would contact us with a resolution. The supervisor called and told us he would contact GFL to tell them to not try and pick up the pails, instead he would have a staff worker come by in the morning to pick up everything. The staff worker came early in the a.m. only to find everything gone. As it turned out, a good neighbor going to work at 5:30 a.m. saw the material and picked it up for disposal.
Wendy Bora: Every week.our end of the street is clean, but the other end is horrible. We pick up garbage every time it's garbage day. Maybe it needs to sit there, and next week they can add to it. Maplecrest Rd. Take the drive and look. Other streets do not look like this. What's the sense in cleaning and taking pride in your home. Disgusting lazy
Phil and Gail Meengs: I recently contacted the Sterling Heights Public Works Department on two different matters and in both cases the service was excellent. One was a pothole report and the pothole was fixed the next morning. The other was to service a water meter which was done perfectly on time as scheduled. On top of the good service the employees I interacted with were very friendly and professional. Excellent service all around!!
Ryan: Only lived in the city a year, both times I've called for assistance they were friendly and helpful, came out the same day to assist me with my issues and any violations they gave me ample time to fix them.So far I'm very happy with the city services.
Mojo: Employee is so impolite and rude and doesn't even say hi or bye even after you thank him he is looking away.such a miserable person.feel sorry for him and for the poor people that after having a car accident risking their lives and their kids'lives have to go and talk to this guy.

City of Sterling Heights: what do users think?
Stevona Hughley: Went to city hall after hours and the staff was very friendly
Julie Streetman: Quick in and out!
Lisa (The Sterling Critic): Always Awesome!!
Paul T: Clerks office has a new employee. She is awesome!
Ruben Miller: It was a good visit. I got my concern resolved.
Josh Brown: Being in Sterling Heights feels like being in a pawn shop. No matter how much the people there pretend to be anti union or conservative republicans, they still come off as Jerry Springer show contestants. They can’t overcompensate enough to hide what they are. I feel more at ease in Detroit, than Sterling Heights.
Joe Soehren: Great place to live.
Arif Islam: Great place with friendly people.
Fraser Wylie (Wylie's Coyotes): I only interacted with a few people, but they were incredibly friendly and helpful. They lose one star just for the fact that it's a city office and not a lot of fun 😀
James Shipley: Had a great time at music in the park. The food and people there were nice.
Fazia Yahia: Great service.
Sardan israil: After owning multiple businesses in the city of Sterling Heights, comparing to other cities makes it look like a joke. The people who work at the council are for some reason always mean while working their to me. But to some other people who have a lighter skin tone and are also 2 year behind on their taxes, they decide to be nice to? Ok, makes sense.
Antonio Abro: This city, is one of the most if not the most worst managed and greedy cities in the entirety of Michigan.
Kevin Mud: Vary respectful and helpful
Adekunle Ogunnupe: People generally are good and kind.
Carl “Capone” S: The clerks were friendly, had smiles and informative on many things about the city. I was there in the 2pm hour and was out within 5 min, no issues.
Richard Lovelace: Live here..."Love it."
KiD C.: A curse upon this mafa-built town. Corruption to the core.
roni eshayaa: Not sure who’s responsibility to take of The streets in the city but all I know that I pay my tax which is over $4000 to this place ,now i know that my wife is pregnant and can’t drive on those streets anymore!Thank you so much
Donna Hirmizabro: I'm so sad. Lived in Sterling Hts for 25 years..City Hall employees have always been so good to me.Today I went to pay my property tax and the lady who waited on me was just plain rude.Never saw her before. She must have been new.
Christina Dobbs: This place is amazing! The City Clerk's office is so proficient and the staff is polite.
