Shawn Checkeroski: Dr Remishofsky is incredible, best doc I’ve ever had. He listens and does the most so that everything I need is taken care of. The 5 stars are for him. The office staff is, however, very frustrating. Just got off the phone with them and the lady keeps snapping at me because her phone is cutting out “I know our phones are having issues” okay well that’s not my fault don’t be rude to me. They have always been rude and blunt, I find whenever the office staff is the worst, the doctor is amazing. Unfortunate, but he’s worth it for sure.

Nature Shover: The service was great and easy, receptionist very niceMy only complaint is when I tried to prepay my copay the cashier informed me I can't do that , I said I don't get my mail often I would much prefer to pay it now she insisted that they can't do that6 months later I get mail from them informing me that I had a copay "for the exact amount I tried to pay" if I don't pay immediately they will send it to a collection agencyChange this policy and you wouldn't have to deal with that

His office staff is always friendly, quick to respond to calls and happy to put me in touch with Dr Remishofsky as soon as possible. Dr Remishofsky is not only a wealth of skin care knowledge but as down to earth as they come and so genuinely caring. He has always been more than happy to answer any questions or concerns that I’ve had. Simply cannot say enough good things about him! Look no further for a top notch dermatologist than Georgetown dermatology and Dr. Remishofsky!

Dan Kay: I have been going to this office for over 5 years. The Drs are nice, but it's annoying how they run the office. Nothing is digital except for appointment reminders. It used to be common in the medical industry to be behind in tech but it's hard ignore it today. They require you to fill out all sorts of paper work over and over again. I have had my ID and insurance copied every year even though they don't change. I always thought it was weird they require you to have a credit card on file too. Only medical facility I have visited that requires it. It's hard if you have an HSA/FSA where funds are limited.

I over heard one of the nurses talking bad about another patient and I found that completely unprofessional! I won’t be going back!!!

JOE T: Seen the stone derm group for 2 months and was in the office weekly at times when my arm was spreading "ringworm", dr. stone WOULD NOT order a biopsy because he was so sure he knew what it was, put me on cream and anti fungal pills the whole time and then when I finally got a biopsy after months it turned out to be nummular eczema. Even when my biopsy results were done on a Sunday and they made me wait until wed to be read. I called everyday and they kept stalling. They are on their time and in no rush for you, they are nice people but it's a Co pay collecting office. Find a different office!

I am still suffering. never got to see the doctor's face. pretty much every single process (steroid, medication, surgery) failed. what a waste of time and money. two different doc told me, surgery caused infection and was not properly removed.I am scared to go back to this place.

She was very informative when discussing my condition and answered all my concerns. I had a procedure done and though the pain was short she kept on confirming with me if the area wasn’t causing pain. The other staff were also very professional. She is the best dermatologist I have ever seen and I highly recommend seeing any of the providers.

Justin Whittle: I went in to have a cyst removed from my head.when I went to have the stitches removed they left one in and it has been giving me pain when I called to get the issue resolved i had to schedule an appointment again and never once did anyone offer a partial refund or anything to make up for the lack of quality service.

Gina Valenti: I DONT Recommend this dermatologist to nobody. Dr. Stone is never there. He lives in another state. There is no other Doctor that works in the office. Its ran by nurses that have no clue how to do things. I have really red cheeks with broken veins. From being on steroids for 35 years due to Severe Asthma. About 9 years ago Dr. Stone used a laser to stop and heal the broken veins and the redness in my cheeks went away. My Cheeks looked great. Now it has come back. When I went back to the office to have it done again. I explain what Dr. Stone did. The explained they have Newer Technology. So I let her use it on my face. It was definitely Not the same thing. It not only hurt my face my cheeks stayed red and now have some Brown Blatches. So Dont ever go to a Place where there is NO DOCTOR running his PRACTICE.

Adam Helberg: My wife and I went to Stone Dermatology for trusculpt 3D treatments. Donna explained the whole process to us along with the before and after care. She was very thorough and answered all our questions. We are both very happy with her and the outcome of our treatments. We have and will continue to recommend Donna to our friends and family.

Kelly Kolarov: Had the TruSculpting performed by Donna in early 2018. Shortly after i developed lumps in my leg under the skin. For over a year I went back to them to fix this issue. No one knew what to do or why this happened. Dr. Stone labeled me his "Problem Patient". They gave me steroid shots that caused permanent indentations in my leg. They then tried laser treatments to fix their mess up! Know my leg is permanently damaged & I have to go see a plastic surgeon. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Ashish Patel: I was there for my 6 month old daughter skin problem but I won’t recommend to any one. First time there very bad Experience. Doctor was in rush and she was not talking in detail. Plus they prescribe medicines from online store which takes week to arrive. Very bad experience.

Colleen Budzynski: My girlfriend bought me a gift certificate to get lip injections for Christmas because I've always been self conscious of my large nose and small lips. I saw Teri PA for a skin issue and had a consultation last year. When I had them done - no numbing cream which I saw people had during my research. It was very painful but I was trying to remain calm. So 2 weeks and 400$ later after the swelling went down my lips look no different. I called to ask some questions and I was told I need to come in. I was given every excuse in the book. I said Kylie lips during my consultation but Teri said I miscommunicated and wanted subtle? I trusted her. She gave me a bunch of lip plumper gloss and sent me on my way. DO YOUR RESEARCH! I SHOULD NEVER HAVE TRUSTED HER.

Silvana Aliaj: Absolutely loved the staff and PAs. They were able to get me in the same day appointment. I thought I was never going to have clear skin until I met the PAs and Esthetician at this office. They put me on a skin regimen for awhile and now my skin is flawless. They genuinely listen to my concerns and try to help as much as possible. I am so glad that I have found an office that is able to accommodate to my schedule and help gain my confidence in my skin.

marwa alithawi: Ok , I called to be seen for a mole in my face that doesn't look right. I called and asked to be seen by a doctor (real doctor not fake one) and I specifically wanted the only M.D in the office to see me and they keep calling their PA (physician assistant ) a physician and because I know the drill I insisted on being seen by the only doctor in the office and the staff refused to schedule the appointment because they don't have a physician on staff at all!!!! !! So I am telling them that I might have a cancer in my face and they won't let me see the doctor. How is that legal or moral

All they want is money and they are rude. The dr. doesnt even look at your face, you go in for five seconds and she thinks she can diagnose you. HORRIBLE. Made me wait for no reason. WORST DERM EVER.

Julie Ruyle: Went in for a follow-up visit. My initial appt. was with Colleen, for a bad reaction to retinol. I was given a shot and a script for cream. Colleen seems caring and knowledged. Follow up visit, 10 days later, was with Terri. Didn't seem to feel the need to look at my chart. Assumed I was in for acne, not sure. Totally out of touch with my problem. Said I might have Lupus, should get blood work done. My face was red from working a 10 hour day in the cold (postal), and still had my retinol reaction. Total frustration, absolutely NOTHING resolved. I walked out with NO help and a $25 co-pay.

Michael McKay: I’ve been seeing PA-C Blane Bagget for 4 or 5 visits now. Super sharp guy with great insight and surgical skills. Got him by luck of the draw on a PCP referral but so glad I did. This is a PA-C I want to stay close to. If in the future he left this practice, he’s one of the trusted professionals in his field I would follow to the next place. He’s that good. Hard to find these days at his age. He’s got a good future ahead of him. I’ll support him all the way.

Hunter Garrett: I was really upset with the service at my first appointment. I was looking forward to it for almost a month for my acne. The only lady that was nice was the receptionist that had me fill out my paperwork. When the nurse called me to come to the room she asked some questions and then the doctor came in. She recommended me exactly what I told her I had a bad reaction to in the past, and told me do that or just use what I was already using…I asked her if there were any other options and she told me no…I told her I wanted to get on another treatment that I had used in the past and she told me that i wasn’t candidate which was odd because the last doctor told me they i would be able to get back on with no issue…overall the nurse and doctor were extremely off putting and it seemed like to me that my skin was not a priority to them but it is to me so i will not be coming back

Ryan May: Skin & Vein Center is a JOKE!!! Terrible place if you want to see an actual dermatologist. Waited for over an hour while other patients that came in after me were seeing before me. THEY DO NOT do full body cancer screening for moles on first visit. I told the receptionist when I made my appointment that I needed full body cancer screening for moles. The receptionist never told me that… Might be a good plastic surgery facility but as far as having a real dermatologist doctor look at poison ivy, Eczema, or Rosacea at the same time, forget about it. They will only address one of these issues at a time. They just want your money. Money, money ,money…. nothing but advertisements for plastic surgery….If you have medical issues that need attention then save your time and money and avoid the Skin & Vein Center.

Stavro Knwza: Front desk people were nice however the dermatologist wasn’t she could not sit for 5 minutes with me take a look at my face or see what kinda skin I have or none of that no. She literally put her gloves took a 2 second glance at my face. She treated me like a robot, didn't ask me anything and prescribed me the same stuff as my doctor. If this is how they dermatologists treat people I’m never going to a dermatologist again. if that was the case then what was the point of going to a dermatologist. What a complete waste of time I don’t even know if I was treated like that because my insurance, very unfair. Never coming back here again ever.
