Excellent knowledge of the different brands and type of need you might have shopping for a car seat and stroller. I received the Nuna Pipa carseat from my baby shower and wanted a second base for my husbands car. I again made an appt with John and he went beyond my expectations. He not only showed us how to install the carseat in all the possible ways, but he also gave us a lesson in properly bucking in a child. I felt so comfortable and confident leaving the store, and as first time parents this is invaluable.I absolutely recommend this business and it is my go-to for baby gear. I don't live close, but it is well worth the drive.

Nicholas Lewis: Came to look at car-seats. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they are doing. The products are their shelves are carefully curated. We ended up buying a car-seat, running stroller, and baby mattress. My wife and I had walked there, so we planned to come pick up our purchases the next day... but the owner (I think) personally dropped off everything at our front door on his way home. I have not experienced this level of customer service outside of Japan. A++!!!!
