Hubert Martin: I have lost faith in the future of this species. I think we're joking ourselves over this widespread electrical car conversion. There's no way we'll ever have the charging stations required to be compatible with the different brands of vehicles. It will be a logistical nightmare and overall failure. Here's why: Helium is the second most abundant element in the universe. Guys, it's literally so abundant. I go to buy balloons at the 16 mile location, and guess what? No Helium. I'm flabbergasted. Reeled. So, being a logical person, I skip down to this 15 mile and Schoenherr location. As a recap, I went from one Dollar(.25) Tree to another Dollar(.25) Tree. Same brand of store. Same brand of balloons. Same brand of Helium. Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner... well, apparently, this store is unwilling to fill my three, flat balloons with their Helium. Like the nozzle won't fit, right? They can't do it. Can't mix balloons. Can't mix Helium. Can't do it for free. Dude, no problem. Here's three bucks. No. Can't put our Helium into balloons from another store. What.Ok. So, they have 2 of the 3 exact balloons in store already inflated, because its the same store, in essence. So I buy those two. I now have two inflated balloons and three not inflated balloons. And get this, the third balloon? This store said it is 'last year's model'. If anyone is in the market for a discontinued (Owl Graduation Balloon (444M) disc.), boy, do I have some fantastic news for you.I just, I don't understand this self-discriminating, anti-capitalist, anti-Helium mentality. Store policy is not to make a sale? With a product purchased from a brother/sister store? That's like burning your brother's/sister's house down because they bought a boat. It doesn't make sense. No matter how you look at it, you're still hurting your family. Even if YOU get ahead, your family will not be and it is a direct result of your actions. You live this... life of prose. It is about time your feet came back to solid ground. It is time to liberate the Helium.Next time I bring you several empty receptacles in the shape of balloons which need to be filled with Helium, the only question I expect to be asked is, "Have these receptacles been approved for use in AMERICA?"And I'm going to buy, Every. Blackheart Lives: This is a smaller older looking and feeling building. It seems small and dated. I've lived around here a LONG time and I know how old the building is. That being said, it's a nice business for the location, and they have the right things at this store. They are using their space effectively. The staff are nice and that is always a plus.

Always well stocked and employees are usually friendly especially the young lady at the checkout that wears the wide head bands don't know your name sorry. She is a true asset.The only negative about this store is they bring out too many carts of fresh merchandise at one time it is hard to maneuver down aisles bring one at a time.

Amera Ahmed: Everything was fine I got the things I needed to get but when I was checking out, I swiped my Amex card and my card was declined (Im not sure why) and the guy behind the counter LOUDLY yelled “DECLINED”. It was literally embarrassing that he just screamed it at me instead of just telling me the transaction didn’t go through and people behind me all turned to look. I then used another card out of the 5 I usually have on me, and the transaction went through. I never leave a review behind anywhere because no experience have been as uncomfortable as this one.

Wednesday Bally: There are never any carts in the store. Employee says the reason is because "shoppers are lazy and don't return them." Ylli Lazri: Had a horrible Experience there. We went and bought a gift card there and when we tried to activate all of the money was siphoned off right then and there. I returned to the store where the card was purchased at the Sterling Heights and Van Dyke location to try and get some help on where to go to get the money back, and all i needed was for someone to point me in the right direction. Sandra the store manager happened to be there and she absolutely refused to help me and kept reiterating that it "wasn’t dollar generals fault and she can't help me". It turns out that I wasn’t the only one to have this happen to as Sandra (the manager of the store) admitted that other customers had this happen to them and she told them the exact same thing. Prior to going to the store that day, I had called the number located in the back of the gift card and customer service confirmed that the money that was in the card was gone. i went to the store where the gift card was purchased to simply ask if there was any other contact information they could give me in order for me to start a process and file the necessary claims for the fraudulent charge in my card.That was all I wanted to get form the store representative that day.Sandra was extremely rude, smirky, unwilling to listen and offer any sort of solutions. Instead of listening to my story, apologizing for the inconvenience, and give me a phone number or email to contact, she started yelling, making face gestures, laughing at the situation, and was acting very unprofessional. I have never had problems with the law and am a very peaceful person, however Sandra proceeded to contact the police and she was very dishonest when the law enforcement officers arrived. She tried to twist the whole situation into her benefit, and is a LIAR. My experience was so horrendous that if it was possible I would give this place minus 5 stars if i could. This was by far the worst customer service experience of my entire life, and the manager Sandra is the one that represents everything wrong with customer service at Dollar General. She should be properly trained on what customer service should be, how to deal with customer escalations, and problem solving. As of today, I am still missing my $500 that I had on my gift card.

Michael Miron: Do not look past this location! This is THE Dollar Tree you want to go to in the area. They are always quite well stocked. They also have probably the friendliest staff of any Dollar Tree I've been to. There is one employee by the name of Demetrius (Not sure if that's spelled correctly) who is AWESOME! He is so incredibly friendly, fast and efficient during check out.This location is SO much better than the one on Garfield and 17 Mile. That location is bottom of the barrel compared to this.

Barbara Simon: The staff was nice but the place was trashed. It was terrible getting down the isles. I won't be back.

Jennifer kwapisz: I love Costco for a lot of reasons but most importantly the smaller portions, great prices, range of clothing sizes and still having samples, I love being able to taste before buying! One thing that's sadly disappointing is the food court pizza quality, last several visits I noticed it's changed and not for the good. But customer service still top notch! Definitely a main stream stop for me!
