Lindsay Post: Called this company for a quote for windows to be replaced, i asked if they did financing which they don't and that was fine there are plenty of other options i had for paying them after i got a quote to know what i needed. The guy was very unfriendly, asked if i wanted the cheapest windows which i don't and i told him i was unsure because i just bought this house and it is my very first home. So i am not familiar with different types of windows or anything about them which is why i was attempting to ask questions about what his company offered, how they work, what the payment options were etc. When the guy looked at the one window he was not gentle to my blinds he just reemed them up by the slats and was very rough and unprofessional with my property. He then proceeds to tell me im better off calling somewhere else that offers financing etc. Even though there may not have been a need for financing it was just a reasonable question to ask so i can figure out what im doing to get my windows done as i need 9 windows total. I expected a knowledgeable person to come and talk to me about my options and the differences between the types of windows so i could make a good decision on what windows my home needs and get a good price range for the installation of them. This company was a waste of my time, i could've scheduled with someone else who would've actually done thier job and left me with a quote to go over with my husband and get our bearings together to have the work done.

Scotticus B: Contacted Diamond Creek for an egress installation and at first they were very responsive via phone and text. Said he could get to the install within 14 days based on location.When they showed up for the estimate, it was “sign here” with absolutely zero literature of what they were doing or what we were getting for the cost. When I said I needed to see what exactly they were installing for the cost it turned into “I might not have enough sheets of plywood to drive across your lawn”. I measured it off for him based on his number of sheets and told him he was good. Tony got in his truck and left and quit returning calls and texts.Waste of time and quite unprofessional. If you’re going to ask for $5,000 from someone you should show up and be able to articulate exactly what you’re going to provide as well as some literature. If you don’t want the job, don’t show up.

S-Tech: I had a few estimates before i called Tony with Diamond Creek, He was the only one to mention i needed to have the property survey paperwork in order for him to pull the permit. I felt very comfortable with Tony before he even can out for the estimate. Tony is a very nice guy that i would recommend to anyone. I had him come back to trim out the interior of the new egress window, no other company does that, normally you need to call a carpenter after the egress window is installed for trimming and paint. When Tony says he'll be at your house at a certain day and time he means it, never rescheduled and was never late. Just an all around great experience. Thanks Tony.
