You'll never see them smile, I just dropped off my tuxedo no smile not even a thank you as I was walking out. They gave me a hard time with the fitting of my tuxedo, just absolute awful service. They only have 81 reviews and already at a 4.4 rating, I think that says it all. You have businesses at a 4.5 rating with thousands and thousands of reviews. Do not support this place you will not be happy.

Robert Hodnicki: Cliff Notes: Best Customer Service Possible / Made sure fits were perfect / Would recommend to all.My cousin got married a few weeks ago. I live 2 hours away. Not too far, but far enough not to make multiple trips. I was measured for a suit near home and had the measurements sent. I had family pick up my suit and I tried it on 2 days before the wedding. Pants didn't fit quite like they were supposed to. I was OK with it, the owner of Wesner Tuxedo was not. He talked me through measuring myself. He then made sure to send a newly tailored pair of pants with another groomsmen for me. If those didn't fit, I had the owners cell phone number to call / text. The owner was going to come to the house we met at and fix my pants when I arrived on a Saturday morning. Luckily, the newly tailored pants fit perfect.We all looked great and the final cost was about $50 less than a National Chain.

Our bridesmaids dresses were all over the place, both of my straps broke and my train ripped, one girls dress was to big on her, and other girls straps broke as well, but one girls zipper came done all together so we had to sow it up. This all happened within an hour of wearing them. Worst experience ever! I wouldn’t recommend this place for bridesmaids dresses or any dress at that!!For our dresses to already break before we even got to the church is terrible! But your right! Your not responsible for the damages after we get the dress, but it just shows how poor your work ethic is.

Brenda Jarbou: If I could give zero stars I would. She takes measurements but somehow gives the wrong sizes. Her dresses are cheap material especially the bridesmaids dresses. She charges you for every little thing. She took a train from a different dress that she is selling for hundreds of dollars, she put it on a different dress and charged $50 when she said she wasn’t going to charge anything. The bridesmaids dress ripped between an hour of wearing them straps, trains and zippers. BUYERS BEWARE!! Disclosure I said this all to her face!

After being hustled at a different store, I went to Angels and was pleasantly surprised when Sue exceeded my expectations. She was able to find beautiful dresses within our price range. There is dresses for any type of occasion. Simple or dramatic dresses for a fair price. This boutique will always be one that I will always go to. They also offer alterations. Best place to go to! I wouldn’t miss it for anything.

Night Riders: I personally used the Warren location for my wedding but one of my groomsman used this location. He was sent away with black shoes in a grey suit, which didn’t match the order form at all, so I’m not sure what happened, but I can’t possibly give this a higher rating. Thankfully the Warren location came through and fixed the problem in time for pictures, but that wasn’t the kind of stress I needed for my wedding.

Jason Ward: Horrible customer service and attitudes. Had my wedding party go through them and everyone had bad experience. I personally had to show up the day of my own wedding to get the shirt because each one I recived before was damaged or stained. My grandfather in-law was given the wrong tie. Some guys were missing stuff from vests, shoes, and handkerchiefs. One girl was extremely rude and talked down to not only me but my friends and family. I called and talked to the GM and he was extremely nice but it was over and done with, not much he could do after the fact. Also, if you get the free suit deal. Pay close attention to the “must be ordered within seven days of your event”. I went on a honeymoon right after the wedding when I returned and went to order my “free suit” and was only met by more disapointment to see president tuxedo got me again. But I guess that’s my fault I should have read the small print.

Ryan Jamieson: Terribe experience. The shirt they had me try on for my fitting was dirty and smelled like body odor. When I went to pick up the tux the vest didn't fit so they were supposed overnight the right size. I went back the next day and the new vest was the same size. I doubt they even ordered a new vest it was probably the same one. They said I would have to come in the next day which was the day of the wedding to pick up the right vest. I said we had pictures at 10 a.m. and they said "well we don't open until 10 a.m." I told them to figure it out then and they made me sit in the store for 40 minutes making phone calls to their manager. They came up with the solution to meet me at the store at 8 a.m. the day of the wedding. I arrived to the store at 8 a.m. and no one was there. I tried calling every number I could find and got no where. Someone finally showed up at 8:25 a.m. They never apologized. Several other people I know have also had bad experiences with this store.

Melissa Bazinet: Terrible service. We used President Tuxedo because we won a $75 credit through a bridal show and let me start by saying they never gave us the credit. All of our groomsmen received the wrong colored vests, the groom received the wrong colored vest, they ordered my ring bearer an adult sized suit because the one they offered us wasn't available in kids, over half of our groomsmen received the wrong sized clothing and all had to go back the following day, and nothing was done to correct it. After the wedding, I expressed my concerns to the employees who told me they would speak with the district manager to find out how this could be resolved and here we are 3 weeks later and I still haven't heard from them. Do not go to this location, they will surely mess up your big day!

Sara Crowley: My wedding was this past Friday, October 12th. My bridal party went into president tuxedo end of July/beginning of August for their initial measurements. To start, the staff wasn’t very friendly. My groomsmen all went in 2 days prior to the wedding, as instructed. Seeing as how measurements were taken at their first appointment, I wasn’t too worried. However, that changed quickly. My sons pants were incredibly too big, his vest was too big and his shirt had a stain on it. My husbands tux had similar issues. Pants were huge, shirt also had a stain on it. All of my groomsmens shoes were in rough shape. When we got the adjustments made, my sons vest clasp was broken. When at these appointments, the ladies working at this location were again not very friendly as we expressed our concerns 2 days before the wedding. They didn’t seem to have confidence in making sure these issues would be fixed. For the amount of money we paid for our tuxes, I felt the experience could have been much better. I’m highly disappointed with our overall experience.

Christina Downey: Took my son here to rent a tux to be ring bearer in a family wedding. Went to the original fitting, for him measured. Returned to pick up tux, didn’t fit at all. Lady said something went wrong, come back tomorrow and it will be fixed. The next day, still didn’t fit. Different lady says, what time is the wedding tomorrow? We can possibly have something ready by then? Did you try H&M? They might have sizes that fit him better. Lady, the wedding is TOMORROW!!! If someone told me in the beginning that they couldn’t accommodate a husky 5 year old, I would have found a place to go. But don’t say this the actual day before the wedding. Worst experience I’ve had with a clothing shop.

Karen Kandel: I won money at a wedding expo, which led us in choosing President Tuxedo. However, they overcharges some of our groomsmen and then undercharged others. They did not listen on how we wanted the money distributed. When my husband got his suit they gave him the wrong color bow tie and finally never gave him his free suit. We had men standing who lived in various states and does not seem like they have good communication. We were very disappointed and would not recommend them.

Granted it was only $15, and I certainly wont miss it, but I cannot condone doing business with a company that would find and return a wallet, but take the time to loot it first.Hopefully that $15 was worth a permanent 1 star review.

Eddy McCaine: I'm not sure what that Other guy was talking about, but this place was great. Store looked great, great customer service from the guy that was there. I believe his name was JaVontae. I have a wedding out of town and needed to get fitted to submit my measurements to the company in California. This kid's measurements were great! Shirt, pants, and jacket fit perfectly even though they were just trial sizes. If I have an event soon, I will definitely not hesitate to go back to this location. This company made the terrors of planning the mens attire for my wedding seem like a distant memory. I will never go anywhere else. I can’t believe I forgot this store was here. They would have been my fist choice and would have saved me so much unwanted stress. Many companies were not answering their phones in 2020 or were forced to close permanently during the shut downs. After a few weeks of frustration, I came across President Tuxedo of Warren… They were the only shop that were allowing folks to come in (by appointment) to see and try-on tuxes. My wife and I felt very comfortable during the appointment as we socially distanced and were shown different tux options with the help of the patient and kind staff. We left the appointment with the perfect outfit picked out for myself and my groomsmen at a very reasonable price. After we (like many others) were forced to postpone our wedding, the President Tuxedo team were great about adjusting all of our orders and providing us with new deadlines/ship dates to match our new wedding date. Once it was time to get ready for the big day, all of our tuxes came in on time and looked great. The staff were fantastic about making slight alterations/re-ordering pieces to make sure everything fit perfectly. All pickups went off without a hitch and we looked amazing in all of our photos. In an industry rocked hard by COVID, President Tuxedo of Warren showed why they are still thriving. Professional, considerate and well-Priced. I would recommend every groom get their butts over to PT of Warren ASAP!”

Billy P.: Do not use this company. It is filled with an office full of liars. I went into this company to rent a suit for my son. I was told that they stopped renting suits the day before. I said I will go somewhere else and they told me specifically that Men’s Wearhouse had stopped renting suits the week prior. They then tried to sell me a suit. I found it odd that they could sell me a suit but not rent me one. Why couldn’t they rent me one of the ones they were going to sell me? We found some suits that we liked but were then told that they were not available. Then why would you tell me that there’s suits to buy? I left and went to Men’s Wearhouse and spoke to the sales associate. I told her that I knew they weren’t renting suits but needed to buy one. The sales associate looked puzzled and said “we always rent suits”. I told them that I was told by President tuxedo that they were no longer renting suits. As you can see presidents tuxedo gave me false information so I wouldn’t go over there. That’s pretty unethical and I’m surprised that they would do stuff like that. Now I will never go to presidents tuxedo and will continue to tell everybody I know to stay away from that company. If you need something go to Men’s Wearhouse in Roseville. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Now I know why all the presidents tuxedos are going out of business!
