Kevin McCleary: After my father passed, I discovered his father’s Knight cloak in his closet. It was old and smoky. I took it here just to have it ruined. The white inside is now grey with black splotches everywhere. The excuse I received was, “I’m not responsible for the inside, only the outside”. Kelley Fadak: If I can give this place a 0 I would. My daughter dropped off a jacket to get cleaned, she went back to get it and they said their machines were down. When asked why didn’t they call us to tell us, they said their phones were down too. 10 days later my daughter asked them to reduce the cleaning fee of $30 because we had to wait, and they were going to refuse to give us the $300 jacket back. Come to find out it wasn’t even cleaned.
iya fadak: Horrible horrible horrible business I had to wait over a week for my jacket I came two days later than the day they told me and they told me there machine broke down so the jacket isn’t ready they didn’t give me a call or anything so days later I call them again to see if it’s ready still not ready told them to give me a call when it’s ready never did so I had to call them again then they tell me they don’t know where my jacket is worst service ever and the lady is very rude and was screaming

Measurements are always spot on, the stitching holds up to years of heavy wear & tear, and they even re-sew the custom seam taping in the sleeves and pant legs.Great work every time. Highly recommended!

Kaitlyn Dallo: I’ve brought my clothes here for years. Sabrina at the front is always nice and helpful but I didn’t get a pair of jeans back when I picked up my clothes and the owner said nothing about it and didn’t even try to help. I wouldn’t bring my clothes here again.

They said they did not touch them.Fact is, they did clean them and messed up with some kind of cleaning solution. We brought them in with dirty collars, which were clean when they showed these to me.When I asked if they pay for the damaged shirts they insisted they know nothing about the damage and that we brought the shirts as shown.I am very upset about their non professional attitude and lies.

Ranah Shaman: I've been using this cleaners since my family moved to sterling heights nearly 20 years ago. I've since moved away but I still go out of my way to come back to this cleaners. They never disappoint. If I have a stain that I'm concerned about I will point it out in advance. They always try to remove it but can't guarantee it (understandable). I take pants, dresses, men's suits, my king size comforter, blouses, kids clothes for cleaning and laundering and haven't had any issues. Highly recommend.

Stopped by to pick up my dress and it was not washed because they were afraid it would damage the beading on it which I understand. However, the way my dress was handled and stored was unbelievable. When my dress was brought off the hanger conveyor belt I could see it hitting the floor. There was no bag on the dress to prevent it from getting dirty. They pretty much mopped the floor with my dress!!! My dress had dust and dirt ll over it. Staff was unprofessional and unapologetic. This will be my first and LAST time I will be using this place. STAY AWAY!

Bleached & torn. Unfortunately, they don’t own up to their mistakes! To avoid this they should inspect ALL clothing beforehand & make note of it while the customer is right there! I cannot believe they have the audacity to LIE!! Worst part is that the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place!!!!

Betty Scott: It's a nice coin laundry, lots of washers and dryers, there is an issue with the restroom, it's locked after the attendant leaves at one or two in the afternoon, also all of the $4:50 washers are broken. Overall, it's a pretty good place to wash.
Kayla Singleton: It was so dirty, it smelled like old mold/water has been sitting for days and almost every washer was out of service all except the big ones. I'll never go here again.

Folding tables all wiped clean with no dust or residue. A few inconsiderate patrons dropped tissues etc on floor overnight. Attendant 9a-2pm per the sign. Overall, I like it. Friendly people, brightly lit, clean open spaces. Will return!

IV: A very nice location because there's a Planet Fitness right here, a few little restaurants, a bank, a gas station, and more in the immediate vicinity, literally...But the place was not kept clean, at least at night when I went there. They have no technology. No debit cards accepted, it's just old fashioned straight up coins. A bunch of broken/ out of service washers and dryers. No payment with the widely used laundromat app that ALLOT of places are using these days...But they do have inexpensive machines, so the service is reasonably priced.The bathroom is locked at night, so maybe it's only open during the 5 hours per day that they say they have an actual person there?The location, my 24-hour workout facilities next door (this laundromat is also 24 hours), and the decent washing machine prices are the reasons that I will come here.

(as stated on the website and door) She wanted to shut down early. I still had clothes in the dryer. I rather hand wash and dry my clothes than deal with her. I would like to say that all of the other attendants are absolutely lovely it's just this one woman in particular that is a problem.Edit: The managers was very helpful and apologetic the next day. Still I wouldn't recommend going there on Thursdays or Fridays.

Lords Jackson: I went to this place since I work nearby and I saw it while I was driving home so I took my clothes there a few shirts including my husbands Tommy Bahamas shirts , so when I went and picked them up I find out when I get home the color was faded and there is burn creases from the iron or something and there was a color stain from a different shirts or something I contacted the place and I spoke with the owner and he was very rude had no bedside manners he was very loud and aggressive and he did not want to help me and said !!! take your business somewhere else I don’t want your business anymore.!!!!!!!!
