Ducati Detroit: what do users think?
Brittany Sarkozi (Sharkie): This place is amazing. I’ve been here for ladies night and a track riding seminar and to just look at the bikes. Each time I’ve been here it’s been a nice experience. I do not own a Ducati (yet). I ride a Triumph and no one has made me feel bad for being at a Ducati Event and not even owning a Ducati. I have been on the fence about getting a BMW or a Ducati. All my experiences at Ducati of Detroit is what has made me decide that my next bike will be a Ducati. 10/10 cannot recommend this place enough.
Matthew Loula: I had a great experience buying my bike from start to finish. Kevin made it easy and gave me the time to find the right one. 10/10
Mark Stewart: I had a good buying experience purchasing a used bike and new helmet, both at good prices. The driver delivering the bike accidentally backed into my now ex-girlfriends car. The driver and owner were quick to try to resolve the situation. I was obviously a little frustrated but they did their best to do right by us. I do not know what has happened since then because we separated. But hey I got a sweet bike! Check out Southwest BMW too. They have some awesome bikes. I got one there too.
Dave R: The team here is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy its customer base. They've worked with me through a couple issues and I am looking forward to a positive future with this dealership.
George Parker: Excellent, friendly staff, great experience, no pressure sales"
Paul Needham: Kevin in sales is a great guy. No issues with him at all.I went to Detroit and found the bike I have been looking for 2022 V2. New. I paid full price, they suggested the Ducati aftermarket pipe for 6K I said no thanks. They offered an Arrow exhaust and dyno tune (power commander). Sure, Joe in service worked for Ducati, how can this go wrong... 300 miles later the bike was cutting out. They replaced the power commander (I removed and re-installed it) same. They did refund my money for the power commander, and Joe recommend Brent flash tune. He said you need to do a tune so the bike will not run lean with the pipe. OK. What do I know.10 months later check oil light comes on. I check the oil level good. I call Ducati in ATL (my home) and take it in. There is copper in the oil, bearing failure at 4200 miles.. Ducati will NOT warranty it or even open the motor to see what the problem is because I have a ECU flash. My warranty had been voided. I called Ducati and they said sorry you’re out of luck. I called Joe, he was very nice but that was not getting my bike fixed. Ducati said if I pay to take the motor apart and they can see something that was their fault they would pay. That price is between 1700-2000 just to take it apart. When I asked Joe about taking my bike to Detroit and having him do the work he said, OK, when I asked if he can give me some break on the price because this was caused by the tune he recommended he said no, sorry.I now have a 20,000 red paperweight. Bad advice given and I was stupid to take that advise. Ultimately it was my decision but had I known this would void my warranty I would have at least thought twice about it.
Alex Korovesis: Had a string of issues with a used Ducati and the lead mechanic Joe stuck with me through months and months of frustrating problem solving and repairs. Now the bike is better than it was on the showroom floor. Not cheap (of course, why would you expect Ducati service to be cheap?) but the quality and service I got here was everything I could want as a customer.Great experience only rivaled by my experience with BMW of Southeast Michigan in Plymouth.
Tibor Cservenak: Little Italy. 🇮🇪 Beautiful store.
Sumedh Shinde: Went in for Desmo service. The service team under Joe did a spectacular job on my salt n' pepper phase Monster. Took their fair time to assess, work and get it ready like a brand new one.Worth every penny! Keep it up Ducati Detroit. Proud to have your brand name on my seat cowl 🙃
Jessica Martin: Had a nice time checking out bikes here. The salesman was nice enough to start one on the showroom floor Bada$$!!!
neil d: awesome bike and purchase experience. kevin is sales was great.
Nimesh patel: Make me so happy, for bikers it’s heaven
Jordan: Love the bike, ran into an issue with some parts and some miscommunication but that was resolved thanks to the team there. Thanks to everyone, and Kevin for getting this taken care of. If you’re going to buy a Ducati, don’t just go anywhere, go to a place that is Ducati. I drove across the state to buy here and would do it again.
Casey Chatman: I drove 3 hours to buy my first Ducati. Kevin was awesome, took care of absolutely everything. Ill be driving 3 hours back when its time to upgrade.
Tyler Gagnon: I had a very pleasant experience, I went in for an oil filter and talked to a sales representative for a demo on a monster 821, everyone was very polite and I will return there
Henton Stinson: Very slow, they don't fallow up with you. You have to reach out to them. I had to find the same bike on my own. Thankful for the internet, that I was able to find that same bike around the same price.
Nick Watson: They have earned the 5 stars. My previous review was a one star as I felt ignored and that they didn’t value my business. Kevin reached out to me and explained his situation and gave me a apology. He also told me the owner was willing to call and apologize As well but I didn’t think that was needed after speaking with Kevin.A couple weeks later I made the trip to buy a Streetfighter v4 from Kevin and I must say him and Charlie did a great job making it a smooth memorable experience. Kevin helped me get the best rate on my loan and was super cool to deal with. Very happy with my experience. Just know they are very very busy and that is where we had some issues at the start. Just be patient and it’ll be worth it .Thanks again guys!
Boys Club: This will be my last ducati. Sales was ok. I picked quickly and didn’t haggle on price. Late on delivery. Service is ridiculous. I will not pay them to do anything on this bike again. Just drop off your bike and we’ll hold it for 2 weeks before starting it. Either scheduling or service , but probably both are from my experience and from reading other review not doing very well. Keep your commitments ! They obviously don’t value our time.
hudson jephthah: I usually do not write reviews, but I have to for this one. Honestly, even a 1 star is more!!I paid a fully refundable $1000 deposit back in 2019 and I NEVER received it back. I had to move out of state and made multiple attempts to reach out to them and it's always some excuse they come up with. They have been rude and discourteous to me. I have tried to resolve and reach out to them but it has always been unsuccessful. They claimed to have called me but never did. Finally, last year sometime around July I reached out and they said that they might have sent it to the collections department. I reached out to the collections department and they said that they don't have anything for me.I still haven't gotten my 1000 dollars back and I honestly don't know what to do. Whenever I call them, they tell me that Charlie is not available, or Charlie is with another client (which he could be and I respect that, but come-on that excuse is useless at some point). I feel outraged and angered by this and do not know who to go to or what to do. I still have my receipts for the down-payment and am willing to go lengths if this doesn't seem to reach them or if this doesn't get resolved.I will never do business with these people and if I were you, I would be very careful what you're getting into.
Nate Vick: Thoroughly enjoyed working with Joe in parts. There was an issue with shipping my replacement seat, and Joe went out of his way to make things right. Highly recommend Ducati of Detroit!
Michael Miller: Talk to Joel he’ll hook you up 👍

Spartan Cycle: what do users think?
Adam Bouchard: I started looking at Indians recently and was talking to another dealer. Did an online estimated appraisal for my trade on Indians website a couple of months ago and it directed me towards Spartan Cycle. Brian reached out to me the following morning. After seeing the estimated appraisal from Indian’s website, I told Brian that the online appraisal wouldn’t be enough and that I should wait a while. He told me “don’t count us out just yet”.After almost two months of going over what was important to me in a bike, and what I needed to get the deal done, I rode away with the perfect bike two days ago and couldn’t be happier about it. Brian listened to me and helped me figure it out. This was the most comfortable buying experience I’ve ever had, and Brian (Gary when Brian wasn’t available) made sure all my questions were answered and never rushed or pressured me.I had numerous conversations about what I wanted in accessories before picking up. Brian helped me pick what would be best and they had everything in stock. Showed up early to pick up and everything was installed, ready to go.Brian, Gary, and everyone else at Spartan are a TEAM, they work together perfectly to take care of their customers. When I finally went in to pick my bike up, it was very busy and they were juggling multiple customers at a time, but someone was always talking to me and making sure I felt welcome. If you’re in the market for a motorcycle, want American made and want the best customer service, go to Spartan Cycle and ask for Brian. I’ve been riding for quite some time now and I’ve never been treated so well. After this experience I will continue to buy Indian, not just because of the bike, but also because of the people. Keep up the great work, you have a loyal customer!!
nunya business: I didn't buy anything, but they had a great selection, and knowledgeable sales staff. Salesman was the right balance of being close enough to answer questions, but not hovering so close to be annoying. Thanks, Brian!
Mitch Martin: Great service and staff!!!!
Douglas Curd: I stopped in to have the service team mount and balance two wheels/tires for me. The staff there is the best - super friendly, attentive, and absolutely no attitude. Didn't matter what I was riding (Vintage Honda) or how much I was spending (about $100), they treated me like an old friend and a valued customer. Real honest-to-goodness customer service is a lost art these days, but Spartan still has it.And to top it all off, they had my wheels ready the next day. Thanks Spartan Cycle - you all rock!
Henry Tischbein: right when I walked in the door everyone treated me like family brain helped me get the bike of my dreams made the buying fun and enjoyable experience thanks guys
BcOneSeven: Perfect service experience all the way around. I came in from out of town on a family emergency and they managed to fit me in. Got my service done and fixed a couple of minor things along the way. Cleaned the bike up nicely as well. Great service. Great prices. Great people.
SynfullyWkd67: Bought my first Indian there today and can't wait for it to arrive!!! Brian is awesome and made the whole process easy!
Larry Nichols: Great place, friendly helpful staff.lots of stock parts and accessories.
John McGaffigan: I dropped off my 2000 Victory sport cruiser with high Hope's they could figure out the issues with it....It had only around 1000 miles on it but sat since 2005 in a temperature controlled environment...Bike looks like the day it was built...Beautiful bike...bottom line...they figured out the issues and got it running like new again....I couldn't be happier.....without a doubt....take your bike to them for any and all service.....
Steven Rais: Had a great experience with Spartan Cycle. Brian was a good guy to work with, personable, no pressure type. Decided on an RE continental GT and Brian was great with keeping me in the loop on the status of delivery during the 3 week wait. He even waited until after closing on day of pick up when I ran in to car issues on the way out (f'n jeep) and helped me load it. I will recommend this place to anyone. Great group of people.
Mario Rossi: Great place to have my motorcycles worked on, Great Staff and Becky is numero uno and Very knowledgeable about bikes same with Gary and Brian. Nice people and Great owners 👍
Scott Durso: Had a great over the phone experience with the parts department (Greg..i think) Very knowledge and super friendly! I was calling from out of state hoping they had popular part my local dealer didn't. Greg was more then helpful and got the part out the same day! WOW, Cant beat that kind of service! 5 STARS!!
Jason Fidler: Spartan Cycle and its crew are now like family to me. They go out of their way to make me feel like I'm not just buying a bike, but an experience. They matched the perfect machine to my comfort level and budget. Spartan Cycle made my "maybe one day" into a reality and I couldn't be happier.
John Merillat: Great place but I always spend too much money here!
Lewis Soldatek: Awesome bikes!
Ride PNW: I bought a "used new open box" part on ebay. I was confused by the wording. "New part, opened box" would be better. Arrived well packed and on time. I would have rated y'all on ebay but i checked out as a guest. Thank you very much!
Mohammed Hoque: This is by Far the BEST motorcycle dealership in the state. Brian’s customer service was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive, answered all of my questions and did not hassle me for a buy! His knowledge and experience was one of the best in any industry! If I had the money, I would go buy the most expensive Indian from Him and him only! Will be going back for a couple more test drives and hopefully making a decision! Go check our Brian!
Henry Andrusz: Great dealership!! I got my first ride here a few weeks ago and the process was professional and easy. Zero hiccups. I just did my 500 mile “break in” service today and could not be happier. In and out exactly as promised and they installed my frame sliders for me as part of the service total. Very happy customer.
Jake Kelly: Best motorcycle shop in southeastern Michigan. Friendly service, TONS of parts, and a great selection of bikes
Larry Donald Jr: Brian Bell was my sales rep and he is very professional. He answered all my questions and gave me more. Great place to buy a Indian motorcycle.
Ernest West: great prices

Triumph Detroit: what do users think?
Scott Ross: You guys would probably make a sale if you would get off your phones. I’m from out of town and wanted a Detroit triumph shirt. There was No one was in the show room, the parts guy was too concerned about what was on his phone. I walked out. Also I wanted to know if you were still doing rentals?
John Wheeler: Purchased a Zero DSR. Charge tank delivery was delayed multiple times due to the manufacturer but they made it right.v
Ben Clark: Purchased a Zero DSR. Charge tank delivery was delayed multiple times due to the manufacturer but they made it right.Appreciate Ted/Jacques for helping out and being good to me. Will return.
Daniel Simpson: Best Triumph dealer in the Midwest from my experience... Most reasonably priced for service etc
Steven Reeves: I just stopped by to look around. It's pleasant place.
John Whipple: TJ and the crew are pleasant and get the job done. Play some pool while you are there.
James Alexander: Courteous and helpful service
Mac S: This has been a great place to work with in the past. I bought my motorcycle from here and the salesman I had was great. I think his name was either Dave or Mike. But very professional and very realistic. I wanted to go for the Triumph Tiger but realistically I couldn’t sit on it because my legs were way to short for it at the time.I ended up getting a used bike about 4 years ago and it has been great. I did ask if they could adjust some pedals and handles at the time due to having short legs and arms and they were able to do that. The one thing that I wish they did was re-install a baffle as the bike is really loud without it in. However, working with this company to buy my motorcycle was a very positive experience.
Rick Hardy: Got my parts fast!
Gregory Schmerber: Explemrary service! Great bunch of guys. The showroom and parts dept are the nicest I've ever seen. Totally recommend
Eric Haiss: Just drove 40 minutes to pick up some parts but the dealership is closed. No notice on the website, phones, and no note on the door. Not great.
William P: Called in for information from the parts department about a used Triumph I planned on buying. Got a service man named TJ. TJ quickly helped me decide the VIN to verify the bike model and owner. He also gave his opinion when I asked him if it was a fair deal. TJ was a good advocate, and a top notch gentleman when it comes to customer experience. Thank you!
Paul Froehlich: high prices for parts when i can find brake pads for half there price just for parts .had my shift spring replaced becuse it was broken an oil change was supposed to be done they replace the spring change oil my self the following year found broken spring sting in there .will never go there for service again no thanks .
Kirk Kilpatrick: Great selection and sales people who understand the lifestyle.
Jacob Mossing: Had a wonderful experience with a tire change on my speed four and friends speed triple!Great pricesExcelent service from friendly staff. The parts man even has a killer beard!Definitely will be back when I am ready to purchase a Daytona 675 next season
Mike Vinas: Help was nice. Clean store
Marcus Cavendish: Can't say enough about the experience, the team is friendly, and very helpful. Great place to look, buy, and service your Triumph.
gregory schmerber (Deep Woods): Great dealership and motorcycle repair
Jay Dean: Nice dealership. Also selling ZERO Electric motorcycles.
Osamah El-Aroud: Great selection of bikes. The owner is an awesome guy. Always willing to stop and chat. Staff in the parts department are knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you're in the market for a bike.
MurphEEE 586: Jacque was super friendly, and was very knowledgeable about the bikes. I would recommend him to any friend or family member.

K & W Cycle: what do users think?
Tom K: Thanks Robbie for helping me pick out the perfect seadoo for my Grandson Mason and I. We will enjoy it!
Alix Stewart: Jeff made the buying process incredibly easy and delivered great service!I inquired about a seadoo via email and he called me promptly to schedule a pickup time. The machine was prepped and ready to load exactly when he said it would be.On the day of delivery, I paid Jeff, signed papers, and he loaded the ski onto my trailer for me while I was paying for accessories at the service counter. The entire process took about 12 minutes, was well streamlined and I was on the water in no time.
Brittney Tulecki: Picked up my new Seadoo Spark Trixx yesterday. I love it. Robbie and K&W Cycle are the best! Now we need some warmer temps!!
Alen: I bought a YZ 125 from K&W. Robbie took care of me. Thank you,

Him and one of his guys helped me load it in my truck and that was it. Will definitely do business with him again and would recommend this place. In my experience they beat competitor's prices by a significant amount which to me makes me feel like they care about their customers more than making a quick dollar on them.

Kurt Krause: Don't waste your time going anywhere else! K&W cycle has one of the rare good guys in Jeff S. He recommended the perfect bike to replace my old KTM that's seen better days. Jeff is an excellent no-pressure salesman with exceptional customer service. Plus K&W's prices are better than the other guys. Wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5!
benard jackson: From when I first walked in the door, Jeff was ready and willing. He made me feel very welcome and comfortable

Next Ride Motorsports: what do users think?
Brendan Blanchard - GRAG: Signed an agreement with this dealer to assist with marketing one of their vehicles. The owner changed his mind within 48 hours of signing a contract with us, and charged back all payments. Ongoing lawsuit with them currently - I wouldn't trust them with any vehicle sale or purchase.EDIT Oct 2022: He lost the chargeback request, and we were granted the win against his false claims.
Stanley Pendleton: I literally search the country for this specific Vanderhall Carmel GTS. No one had it in stock and there was a 4 month waiting period. Accidentally ran into Next Ride Motorsports online. Was told that one will be available in a week. Got the call that it had arrived but I needed a deposit to make the transaction. I was worried. Had never made a purchase out of town. Took a leap of faith and in less than 24 hrs the vehicle was being unloaded in my driveway by the owner of the dealership(talk about great sevice). The Crew was Profesional and Courteous.
Detroit Vinyl Graphics: We broke a windshield on a Vanderhall that we were putting vinyl graphics on. called them for a replacement they went above and beyond to get us the windshield that we needed for this vehicle would recommend them to anybody.
Haissam Chouman: Best place to eat
edward sims: Great customer service!! They found the exact vehicle I wanted within days. That’s how business gets !

Honda Suzuki of Warren: what do users think?
Thomas Dowen: Called Warren Honda / Suzuki in regards to purchasing a new machine was on hold for 19 minutes. When I finally did talk to a salesman, Hunter and asked him a few questions he had to put me on hold again to get the answers. When asking questions about the warranty on the machine and also on the belt, and if they had one in stock, I received answers like it should be, I believe so. Really felt like the salesman was following somebody else’s lead, He did not seem very knowledgeable in regard to their products. Ever since the dealership changed hands about three or four years ago, it has been going downhill I would really consider looking elsewhere for any of your Honda or Suzuki needs.
Tucifer: Nice helmet and pretty cheap
Dan Tucker: 1st off update your website to reflect your true business practices. If you dont offer test rides don't give me the ability to schedule one. 2nd if you aren't able/unwilling to order product for customers don't advertise that you do. 3rd when given a quote over the phone, I received a different out the door price when I came in. When questioned on it "Oh I forgot that I added a service package." So be wary of the final numbers as the sales guys seem to be cool with adding extras without saying anything. Not that I was in some super rush, but I was a bit embarrassed for your sales associate when he said we would have to wait to go over the fincianing because he is sharing a desk.
Jason Jones: Honda Suzuki of Warren is the perfect place to find your next motorcycle or ATV. The selection is impressive, and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. And the prices are unbeatable - they're often lower than at other dealerships in the area. Plus, the service department is top-notch - they always take great care of my bike.
Jim Benoit: I drove an hour on a Saturday morning to hopefully buy a Honda Dirt bike. But nobody wanted to sell me one so I left.
Jake Schimelfening: Got service done today, the final bill came out higher than expected. I asked to see the original quote I signed agreeing to the service being done and they refused to show it to me. The mistake in the final price could have been my fault, but refusing to show the customer the original quote with signature is a huge red flag (The receipt I received was the one without my signature). Good and quick service for my bike, terrible customer service. (Edited for typos)
Ryan Burke: Good friendly service
Courtney Young: They charged over $600 and my husbands four wheeler is doing the exact same thing it was doing when it was dropped off. I wouldn’t waste your time or money.
Robert Suddards: It's winter and their still asking MSRP!!! Staff was moderately friendly and helpful.. just unreasonable on price
J K: Pretty much couldn't have had a better experience.Steve in sales shot me straight, gave a great deal, had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there (20 minutes before closing!) They helped me set up the surprise for my son, showed him the ins and outs of his new ride, then helped load it!Top notch people with good prices.
Ryan Robinson: This is the only place I could find that had technicians brave enough to install my viking lamellar large bags on my Honda VTX 1300s. They did a great job too. I'm also happy with their staff and selection.
Richard McCallum: Friendly staff and great prices
Jan-James Buchanan: On June 23rd 2022I picked up my carbs that were clended properly but the floats were never set to spechs or the float valves which caused gas to flood the crankcase3months later and 6 oil changesI personally adjusted floats properly and float valvesI no longer have gas going to my crankcaseThe service manager Jeff claimed the floats and valves were set to spech ( he lied )The owner BrianSaid he stood by his service managerIt cost me more in oil changes than to have the cabuerator cleaned( and NOT set to specs for floats and valve floats)U be the judge I'm posting pics from the day I picked up my carbsAn employee held up the bowls ,If u look closely u will notice floats are not same heightsU may or may not get the service from this business ( Honda/ Suzuki of Warren)It's. up to u to take that riskAs for particles in tank - or in jetsWhy after me MYSELF adjustadjustingFloats. and Float valves does bike now run properly with no gas going to crankcaseI was wondering how this business was able to surviveNow I know
Zachary Dobson: Really nice place to look at some great bikes. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Ask for Steve, he was fantastic with getting the bike I wanted and telling me about different options and making sure I was comfortable with the bike. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what I would be getting and that it fit with what I would be using it for. Highly recommend stopping in.
Francisco Restrepo: I have been buying parts, oils, tires... for several years for my motorcycles and my ATV 2005. I can say the staff are very profesional, kind and helpful. It is one of the best dealers for me.
Robert Cassidy: Friendly and knowledgeable
Rich Hilgendorf: Good people to deal with in parts any how, haven't delt with anyone else. They beat dealing with motor city cycle by 300% !!!!!!
Steven Jordano: Bought two new bikes here but I guess they're too busy to service anything.
Gordon Cook: Good work and prices
Jean Malik: I had three experiences here in less than a month and all were great. My first visit was to purchase a helmet for my beginner rider course and to ask questions about choosing and buying a motorcycle. The people in parts were very friendly and helpful with my gear selection. Steve, the sales manager, was very encouraging to me as a first time rider. He also patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel confident that the bike I decided on would suit my needs. I was informed there was a short waitlist but he would be in contact when it was my turn.Steve called as promised when my bike was available and set up a convenient time for me to stop in and sign the paperwork. He also offered to keep my motorcycle at the dealership until I passed my instructional class in two weekends, so I could be the first to ride it.My last visit was to pick up my Honda Rebel 500, which I absolutely LOVE! Every step of the way Steve gave me great advice and the knowledge he imparted on me helped me start off on a positive note.As a woman, and as a first time rider and owner, I feel I was treated very well. I highly recommend Honda Suzuki of Warren.
Richard Oldfield: Friendly staff, a a good selection of bikes and accessories.

julian peralta: Found my new go to shop for all my future toys and service… max helped me find the perfect ski even hooked it up with a tshirt and a towel definitely will be back.
Dustin Moore: $600 for 2 tires and installation on a motorcycle…pretty ridiculous this place has never made me happy, oh thats with the wheels off of the motorcycle too LOL (after doing more research i found the set of tires for $130 less so dont know where your retail prices are coming you should be trying to make the riding community alot happier with fair prices and i kept my tires but im sure you guy’s probably charged me anyway LOL) $70 to change a tire but you don’t mention its an hour labor either hm ok then
NO Playlist: Outrageous dealer fees on top of list prices. That's why you all have 2021 models that don't move.
Henry Tischbein: Took my superjet in because the factory sprayed the paint or gelcoat ( whatever Yamaha uses) too thin in the front got the Yamaha to cover that and they fixed a scratch on the bottom along with that no questions asked and also offered to adjust the bunks on my trailer to fit the super jet better
Shawn Kranick: "I work with Bob Reynolds for a YFZ50 for my daughter. He was very knowledgeable about the different options, respectful to client on decision making, and helpful with all questions. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends! "
Gwendolyn Krantz: Came in looking for gear and to check out the bikes. Bob was great, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely buy from him.
Patricia Harmon: "Thank you so very much for giving us such a great experience buying our new Honda side by side. All the staff was wonderful and informative. Marco and Max went out of their way to help us out, and even introduced us to the whole staff while showing us around the store. We are very pleased and we highly recommend Macomb Powersports. "
Chad McVay: "The Service Team at Macomb Powersports did an excellent job. From listening and documenting everything that I needed done on my 22 year old motorcycle, to communicating everything that was found and completed. All within a 6 day turnaround time, which included a 4 day parts order. I will continue to take my bike to them as long as they will service it. The new building is awesome! I have piece of mind riding this summer! Thanks Macomb Powersports!"
