Ambassador Duty Free Detroit: what do users think?
Joseph Shalash: This stuff is very rude
berolgea gigi: Good, but the truck that sells alcohol ( cheaper) is closed now...they did honor the voucher inside...pizza bot...ouch
Robert Lihet: Good coffee, fax, clean restrooms, and sometimes you can get very good deals there. Tobacco is not so great, though. Not much of a choice.
Arpit Modi: I found good deals on alcohol here and good variety to choose from. It's worth stopping if you are traveling to the US
Simranjeet Kaur: Cashiers needs to work on customer service. Atleast try to treat other people with the same respect they are giving you..... But i guess they don't really care.
Ian: Duty free store always has something cheap!
Goran Radevski: Ok duty free with ok prices
Cory Burak: A sure perk after a US visit
Mihajlo Lazic: Good place..
Dariusz Piatkowski: Service Desk Feedback: took forever, like 10 mins, just sitting there and waiting for someone to finally walk up and help me. Not sure why as there were employees around at the various cash registers...sooo....aim for better customer service because I am spending $12 each day crossing back and forth....and the Tunnel is just down the road!
Jeffery Jones: Great pit stop
abdulrahman jammal: رائع
Wajay Awan: Not much variety. They carry only Alcohol, smokes and perfumes mostly.
Sunil Sharda: Great place
Simon Senez: Expensive
Jeff Gordon: Clean and well organized. Good variety of products, helpful staff. I came in looking for a Japanese whiskey, unfortunately, they didn’t have any. But they did have lots of other good stuff.
tiomadol: Hope the bargain shop can be open 24/7Great finds there
Rosena Couch: I love a bargain. Great selection of alcohol and cigarettes. There's so much you can buy. I love the jewelry and the souvenirs ,also I like the perfume and cologne prices.
colleen lynch: Clean and full of great stuff...ATM wasn't working.. which really stinks as you're about to leave the country
Chirag Joshi: Good for gas only. Prices for same items are much cheaper on the Canadian side (exporting to US).
Chris Magor: They seem to have a wide variety of merchandise, but strangely had nothing in stock of the items I was looking for!

Ammex Detroit Duty Free Stores: what do users think?
Balkar Singh: Nice place 👌
Birdie Speaks: This store is dirty, nasty and ghetto. The worker was rude and unprofessional. Junkies hanging outside begging people for money. I was in fear for my life. Stay away this place is dangerous.
Maelca Duncan (MAELCA): It’s really worth for stopping , bought stuff without tax , gift for family , wine and whisky 🥃 for my BFF , salesgirl so kind , helping , I love to shop this place and love to come back again
Niri R: Very small store, not many options to choose from and prices were quite in line with outside price. 👎 try another duty free if possible
Rahulkumarr Paydisetty: It’s open from 7am-7pm only. Closed on Monday’s
Imran Mohammed: Good variety of options to choose from but bad customer service
JoAnn Thomas: Clerk was very rude, acted like she didn't want us in the store. Did not have anything. Had bottles opened behind counter for samples, but did not offer any
Scarey FX: Google maps indicated 24hr operation however the person inspecting the parking lot upon arrival indicated 7a-7p Wed-Sat and that they are considering going back to full weeks soon.
G Gill: Rude staff
Z: If I could give 0 stars I would.Crossing through the tunnel today back home from Detroit, it’s extremely busy (atleast an hour wait if not longer)My 3 year old daughter and I needed to use the bathroom so we stopped in before continuing so we don’t get stuck in the tunnel with full bladders but to make matters worse she actually had to do number 2 but I wanted to spare that information with the worker. Instead of letting us use the bathroom we were given the tiniest cup. This place is a joke.
Tyrone Shadd: At the very least you can adjust your hours on Google so people know you actually are 7am to 7pm for whatever reason that is! Who is stopping at duty free at 7am on the weekend anyways? Unbelievable and ridiculous!
Ricky D: Fuel is s**t but duty free is nice and big.
Don Natch: Excellent supply of cigarettes & hard liquor. Always a pleasant shopping experience.
Rally Mechanic: A lot of choice of alcohol but not a lot for cigarettes and good price. The cashier that served me was a bit rude.
Mali: Went to try to exchange Canadian currency for American that my child brought back from a school field trip. They weren't able to do it. The banks charged to much for only $12.
Flamin Jose: Excellent place. They offer snacks for people who fuel more than 50 gallon. But most of the staffs are rude and not customer oriented.
Vinai Cyriac: Very poor inventory management and callous staff.
Dave White: Truck drivers must use this as their personal truckstop. Will use Port Huron more .
Dr. Q: Cashier at the door close to gas station is always absent.
Barbara McGinnis: Highway robbery!!!! All I felt was ripped off. Attitude of staff was pathetic. Don't deL with this duty free the owners greed is paramount.
casena dixon: YOUMCON

ppr 007: Let me tell you about my visit to the Ambassador Bridge Duty Free Store - it was like stumbling upon a treasure trove of goodies! I was on my way back to the States, and I had heard that the store had some great deals, so I decided to check it out.First of all, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They were like my own personal shopping assistants, pointing me in the direction of all the best deals and even helping me pick out some gifts for my friends and family. And oh boy, the selection was out of this world! I mean, who knew there were so many different types of booze and candy? I felt like a kid in a candy store, except with way more booze. And the prices were unbeatable - I practically filled up my car with all the goodies I found. But the real highlight of my visit was the hilarious cashier. They had me laughing so hard, I almost forgot I was buying things. They were cracking jokes left and right and even made a few puns about my purchases. Who knew buying alcohol could be so entertaining?Overall, I had a blast at the Ambassador Bridge Duty Free Store. It was like a little slice of shopping heaven, with friendly staff and unbeatable prices. I can't wait to go back and see what other treasures I can find.

Banafsheh Sadeghi: It's ok
ppr 007: The Windsor tunnel duty-free shop is a fantastic place to stop and shop. The shop itself is like a hidden treasure, fenced in and shrouded in mystery. Finding the entrance can be a bit tricky, especially in the dark, but once you do, you'll be rewarded with a great selection of duty-free goods.Sometimes the toll booth staff can be a little snarky and sassy when asked for directions, but don't let that deter you from visiting this unique shop. It's worth the effort to find it. So, pack your bags, grab your passport, and get ready to embark on a shopping adventure like no other.
