Russell Tobias: We called them to install some new recessed lighting for us. They did a wonderful job on the lighting, and with their customer service alike. They were kind and courteous, and did great work. Highly recommend this company.
Buck Stevens: Called them out to handle the wiring for the lights in our pool. Everyone we spoke with was very courteous and nice. They did a great job on our home, and ended up charging a very affordable price to get everything back working again.

Jon Robinson: Sadly after opening our inground pool this year, we found out our pump and heater electrical was nicked somewhere and completely fried; not working :( So naturally, we franticly called around and no local electricians were willing to help. tskeen: We had an issue where we thought our garbage disposal had died so after doing some troubleshooting we replaced the disposal only to find out that it still wouldn’t turn on. I reached out to Chris to see about having the switch replaced. He was upfront and honest with me and actually walked me through how to replace the switch since it was easy so we did that. It still would not work and at this point we were just super frustrated because we had already tried so much. I reached out to Chris again and he came out and replaced our GFI within minutes and we were good to go! Serve You Electric came out to replace my panel, add a six breaker transfer switch and a 30 amp plug in on the outside of my house for easy portable generator hook-up. One guy (sorry I'm horrible with names) showed up 20 minutes before scheduled time to get a rundown of what needed to be done, and gather up his tools and get set up. The other guys were also spot on with arrival time. House power was turned off and back on before I knew it. Upon completion I was given a tutorial of how to use the new transfer switch, and everything on the install was neat and professional. Quality, top notch work. Cost factor was also very reasonable. Immediately I was greeted with a rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional tone. If you cannot provide minimal customer service, then you obviously aren't going to get customers.
Kawaii Bubble Tea: I'm reopening my business in Mt Clemens and had some confusion on my certificate of occupancy and having the electric inspected. We didn't do any electric and I wasn't sure what we would pull a permit for. They weren't sure either since I didn't do anything. When we got a hold of the city inspector, Russell said he could meet me at the business to meet with the inspector even though he was on a tight schedule. You typically don't see that kind of attention from businesses that are in the business of making money. I couldn't be more grateful that he met us there, to find out that I didn't need to pull permits, which was good news but he was willing to do that and potentially pull the permits. I have them programmed in my phone now for any future electrical issues that were to arise and will definitely reach out. I will also refer them to anyone who's looking. Friendly, courteous, prompt and went above and beyond. Thanks guys!
Christa Callahan: I was desperate to get a GFI installed that involved moving power to the spot I needed it. Russell and Andrew came out that day. Said it was an easy fix. There wouldn't be an available day to come back until 3 days later, which was fine. But the next day I got a call that they had an opening to come by which worked out perfectly. Ryan Foster (Ryan0075): Electrical panel upgrade and new service to garage.They left and half my house wasn't powered, had to call them to come back. The box that went through my deck they didn't bother positioning it away from the post so that won't go back the same and they cheaped out and used drywall screws to affix it to the front of the deck. I paid $4000 for everything and do not feel that I got the work that shows for itThese guys are lazy and shifty personified. I've found so many issues the last few weeks with the poor workmanship. They broke my gutter downspout, didn't put any of the blocks back they ripped up and the inspector called them to bring a ground rod out to make it up to code and they have yet to contact me. They're shifty, try to get you out of pulling permits and have have 0 interest in doing a decent job let alone a good one.

Restored power back to my house within an hour (I called a couple of other companies and they stated it would take a few hours at least.) Ann Eichhorn: Charged my in-laws $400 to put in a plug outside. Charged $90 to come out. Left because it was hot said to call back when it was cooler. Charged another $90 to come back when it was his choice to leave the first time then sat in a chair rocking while he had a young kid do the work. Most expensive plug I ever heard of.
