Amaya Napier: Horrible and I say horrible because when I was in 4 th grade I was not good in multiplication and I didn't know It you would think the teacher would help NO she said I don't have enough time to work with you you have to learn on your own and own time not mine so I learn and home another thing is that my friend did something and Mrs. Sprow made her stand in a corner and we had a lock down drill and the people in there where talk so I tried to quiet them down and they blamed it on me and she yelled at me in front of everybody instead of pulling me aside and I had to "flip my card" well I'm so scared of the teachers I'm scared to go to 6 grade

Savyo Qusay: I hate this school its one of the worst schools in the world first my fifth grade teacher was so mean at the last few months i kept on getting in trouble for no reason and everyone swears and every rule their is we brake it because their dumb rules and the school is to cheap to buy a few soccer nets and its to cheap to buy a soccer ball for 30$ or just the cheap ones for 5$ i hate this school never go to it

Mara Eva Renee Jaku: I'm not sure where I'm going to attend this year! But I'm sure that Dekeyser elementary school is one of the most horrible school in USA ! And I'm saying this based on my 5 years of experience at Dekeyser ! The most important thing to me is SCHOOL! And for five years the stuf of this school worked as hard as they could to make me hate the school, and instead to convince me ( all of us) that is not the school that is important is only the teachers, especially the principal !! Dekeyser principal is there to show that how praty and attractive she is instead of being Profesionale , she act like a dictator forcing teachers and student to kiss her ass!! Some time she will show even her tattoo too! But she will never show any professional , intellectual side if she even got any!!! My worst experience , painfull, time of my life is the time I spend in Dekeyser ! Trying to feet in! I'll never forget the women named mis. Copland! Copland it's not just the most mediocre teacher anywhere in earth , but she is horrible human been too! Copland doesn't hate only the job that she is doing but she hate even the kids! She hated me just because she didn't like my name! All that third grade it was a life in hell!!! I still have nightmares some time even now after all most 3 years, not having her to teach me! We tried to work it out through the year, but principal will just protect that teacher instead of at least being curios to know the truth!!! In any school event everything it's all about the beautiful principal!!! 600 people in Dekeyser plus parents have to pay attention to Mrs. Principal ! I doubt she is that important because she might have a very good and old friend at Utica district ! Whatever happened at Dekeyser she will be protected, she will be covered , she still be safe and she will come next year at there attracting all the attention !! Mrs. Merlo favorite student will not be those student who who have been a strait A student every year! Mrs. Merlo favorite student will be only those students who their parents show up at school every day to kiss Mrs Marlo ass, or donate money! No matter how much money Dekeyser have been collected those five years, there was no deference in our school! Six grader still seating in old baby chairs, old baby desks! The hole school is most of the time dirty, expect her office !! Next horrible person there in that building is miss doucheo! I don't even know how to spell her name but I will never forget her face, her vice and her attitude ! I'm talking about the lady who works in main office! Blondy short her! OMG she act like she is the "wife" of the dictator! ( Dictator mean the principal )!In Dekeyser it's true have no bullying student to student! Because it's a very very big bullying teacher to students! The most bullying grown up people in Michigan are hired as a teacher at Dekeyser!

Adi Ahmed: Terrible school if your child's behavior is less than perfect 10 the school will not deal with your child they expect a 5 years old to behave like a 10 year's old my son's kindergarten teacher was Ms.Farr and let me tell you something about that teacher she is mean and she has a bad temper, she yelled at my son on top of her lungs and she was constantly picking on my son, she exaggerated things that happened in the classroom just so my son would get suspended one time my son got suspended for throwing a piece of paper on the floor which he wanted to pick up the piece of paper and throw it in the trash but the teacher said no don't touch the paper leave it on the floor and then after that she took my son to the office and get him suspended for the day it talked to to principal Ms.Merlo about this and Ohhh boy how that went? ??? That principal doesn't care not even one bit of what you have to say she will sit there and tell you that your child is lieying without even trying to find out what happened (how dare she) she will be on the teachers side no matter what you say nothing will go through her she is useless and she will not do anything to help you because Dekeyser is a blue ribbon school the teachers and the principal there are so cold hearted they have 0 tolerance for kindergarten kids who's behavior might be less than perfect 10 my son was being emotionally abused by his teacher and I had to change his school as a matter of fact 3 students left Ms.Farr class that semester all the kids were complaining about her behavior in the classroom so if you can avoid Ms.Farrs class please do so so you can save your child from all that emotional abuse because if I knew this before my son would never go to Dekeyser never never never. ............

Poctor Depper: It is a great and fun school that goes from kindergarten to fifth, with fun activities that happen every year, like the fun run or the raffles that happen. They also have a program that is called, Blessing in a Backpack, where they put food in a backpack that the students being home through the weekend then bring the bag back on Monday. But if you don't have food in the summer then they will have this weekly food thing. They also have a park beside the place that you could visit. Overall it is a great school that you should bring your kids to.

Caliyah Slaton: I love burr elementary because it's a safe learning loving environment because you can learn a lot if you apply yourself rather than just going to school for recess you have to really focus on what you're doing but I just think all in all it is a great learning environment so you can like get ready for everything in life heading towards you I just want to thank Mr Hardy.... best principal in the world!!!!!!

Amburr: I am so glad my kids go here! The teachers and principal are so involved and really do all they can to help the kids who need extra help get it! You can tell that these are teachers who love what they do. Even the secretaries are amazing and are just as much a part of the kids loves as the teacher. It is like a little community where everyone is there for each other and I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my kids to go 😊

Melissa Wolf: I let my daughter play at this playground with her friends until I found out that sex offenders hang out there. Now she can only go there with me and my pepper spray. I recommend going on the internet and finding where sex offenders are in your neighborhood and keeping a closer eye on your children because they seem to be everywhere. I also recommend teaching your children not only what to do if a stranger approaches them but also how to defend themselves if need be. I tell my children to scream and run and if they get grabbed to kick like crazy, bite, hit, and do everything they can to get away.

He has allergies..he laid in the bed with his big beautiful smile..I said hey buddy you have to feel better fast so you can go back to school...he told me how he was ok he doesn't like school no more..I said what you Love school and he told me how the kids are mean and the big people don't care..He told me how 3 different times other kids bullied him each time putting hands on his body to do it. I'm so sorry for him losing his kind heart and beautiful caring attitude towards people because adults who we have to trust to protect him Don't watch what is going on around them. I am wondering if he is vomiting because of stress or is it just a bug??

Randi Alec is apart of tye Galaxy: I hated it here. Teachers didn't even care about how we felt.Let's say a student scraped their knee, would the teachers care? No. The staff is not responsible. And there's a staff member who works in the office who is EXTREMELY and utterly RUDE. I've had experiences with this woman, I remember talking with one of my mother figures on the way back to my home, and I saw a woman that looked similar to her, and I told my mother figure, and this is what she said "Gah, I hate that woman. She better change her attitude before my son goes there." And let me say, the principal is definitely worse. There's only 4 teachers that I genuinely liked at this school. And there is two teachers who never apologized when they mistook my mother for being alive.
