Jennifer Nicotri: Horrible customer service! I contacted them to place an order for about 10 custom printed shirts a month and half prior to a charity event through my church that I needed the shirts for. I had to follow up about my order over and over again and only received one or two word responses with no answers to any of my questions on the items I was ordering; I had even asked several times for a total on my order and was never even provided that! About two weeks before the event I asked if they would be able to have my order in time because it seemed they were apparently too busy for me. They said they could place the order, but I had to follow up again several times over the next two weeks just to place my order. Finally I told them how unhappy I was with the lack of communication and said that I didn’t have time to constantly folllow up and just needed my questions answered. Matt responses that because I was rude to him saying this, he was no longer going to place my order. Needless to say only 3 days before my charity event I had no shirts and it was then too late to order with anyone else. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
