leche vlogs: I just had a EDG done at Eastside Endoscopy. I had the best nurses Logan and Katie who were helping me. The entire staff from the receptionist to the doctors were excellent and I felt like they were all catering to me. Logan stayed with me during all the waiting time in the preparation room and was super helpful answering all of my questions. Katie did an amazingly painless job of inserting my IV and both nurses made the visit way less nerve wracking than I had intended it to be. I had Dr. Galaway which has very good reviews and she answered my questions prior to the procedure. If I have to do a colonoscopy when I’m fifty I will definitely come here.
Christine Zeigler: From the start to finish the nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Zalewski were top rate, A+ in care, bed side manners, answering questions and consideration of patient. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wasn't even bruised from the IV!

Paul: Great experience here. Great staff. First colonoscopy for me. Kind of curious about how this would go. Can't imagine how it could have been better. Everyone was professional and kind. After checking in and gowning up I was back in the exam room for about 30 seconds and then I was out like a light for a great 20 to 25 minute nap. Next thing you know I am waking up in the recovery area. Slept soundly through the whole process. In a few minutes I am dressed and being wheeled down to my ride home with complete information about the exam including color pictures. No, they will not be on Facebook! Arrived at 7 AM and on my way home by 8:30. Can't say enough about good about Eastside Endoscopy Center.

Keith Krugzda: Dr. Dahlstedt is excellent. The staff at the surgery center is great.
Heather Spiegel: If I could give them negative stars, I would have. My daughter went in for her 2nd iron infusion today. The first visit went great. We had a nurse named with Kathy. Today was a completely different situation. We had a nurse named Sam, she seemed like she was a little over her head. She didn't know how to move the seat up in the exam room, and her bedside manner was terrible. She turned the IV drip up way too fast. The first visit with Kathy it took 45 mins for the iron infusion. Sam had it turned up so high we went thru the iron infusion bag in 10 mins. I let her know, my daughter's veins were hurting and she was like oh not sure why and said it's fine. When I mentioned how fast the drip was, she made a face like oops I should turn that down.. If my daughter needs another one, I will not be going back there. If I have to I will make sure we don't get Sam. I think she needs to be re-trained.
Dianna Belyea: Excellent experience! The office staff could not have been more helpful and Dr. Dahlstedt was professional, yet personable. I am glad that I switched from another practice where I would wait on the phone for 20 minutes and never talk to a person.
soumya peruri: Dr. Dahlstedt is the one you can be very comfortable with. He is very friendly and understanding. Also staff is very lovely, they take care of everything and makes it easy for you.
RICK FANDAKLY: Had a 10 am appointment got there 10 minutes early. Sat in exam room till 1030 with no one coming into to help me. Sat for another 10 minutes while they where ordered food and having personal conversations. Very disappointed and unprofessional. Came out to let them know that I was sitting in the exam room for 30 minutes. No one acted like they cared.

Gregory Hemmen: Dr. Neelam is a very conscientious individual & a very compassionate medical professional. He saved my life once by discovering I had an Abdominal Aortic Aneurism (AAA). He is now working diligently with me on another issue that has developed. I have the utmost confidence & faith in Dr. Neelam that he will guide me through this with the best of his ability. His assistant Shawny is also a very pleasant & respectable person. She is very informative, as well as being very energetic & uplifting with her personality.Nothing but the Best here.... A+ A+ A+ A+
Lubna Kallo: Dr. Neelam has been my GI doctor for many years. He’s never made me wait for an appointment. Even when he’s at the hospital doing my colonoscopy or EGD he’s always on time. He takes pride in his patients and cares for each individual as if they are family. I had been in a wheelchair, walker and a cane for over two years. Came into his office for a gastrointestinal issue, he’d seen me using my cane and literally made me walk down the hall without it. He told me I didn’t need it. That I need to live my life without it. He gave me strength and courage that I needed. That was 4 years ago and never went back to the cane. You’ll forever hold a special place in my heart Dr. Neelam.
christina finazzo: My appointment was at 115 as a new pt. Sat there from 105 until 150.. I was told they were behind and overbooked. I left. I’ll find a different doctor. Sorry my time is valuable!!

Laura Mazich: Not a lot of experience with this dr. But he did my scope while I was in the hospital, and liked him very much. He explained the scope results well, and was pleasant.My problem is his office staff. I called to see if I could change to him, explained that I had experience with him in the hospital.The office staff gave me a flat, rather rude and short "no! ". I found her to be very rude, and sadly I wouldn't go there at this point.It's too bad for this fine doctor to have a staff that's rude to patients, of any kind.

Lori Bartal: He was great, he actually listened to what I told him and prescribed me medicine that is helping, I have not had a doctor to actually listened to me in many years
Silas Vexx: Did not listen to me when I told him what was wrong with me, and repeatedly asked me if I was on my period, and then asked me if my hormone prescription could be the cause, and overall refused to listen to what I was saying. He then prescribed me a medication that is unsafe to take with my severe asthma and told me to come back in a month. This was ridiculous. Just another male doctors that refuses to listen to his female patients.
Anastasia S: I didn't have good experience with this Doctor. He is not very knowledgeable and was rude when I asked him questions. He said 'how many times I have told you' . Looks like he doesn't want to spend time explaining things and giving time to his patients and that's a big red flag. For these reasons I switched to another GI specialist.
Joe Savine: If you like sitting in a waiting room for over an hour after you were called and asked to come in earlier than your appointment and then while you wait watch the staff talk and do nothing and yet answer every question you ask with we are really busy.
