Goes through the entire series of questions and ensures that he has all of your assets listed before the final document is completed. Also, makes all the necessary documents for filing with the County and local city to include all your personal property holdings of homes, other property records your home, savings/investments, other landholdings, cottages so that they are properly filed in your trust account.
Ldnotawake: Joe was amazing!We have had wills and trusts explained to us before but somehow Joe explained it in a way that was very simple to understand. He writes it all out on a dry erase board. Once you make some simple decisions, he then takes care of all the paperwork! He makes the copies you need and puts labels on them as to what gets filed with whom and it is so easy!
