Erik Anderson: Terrible experience with these guys. They say they buy Ticketmaster accounts from the public but when I reached out at first I had a few questions. They responded then said I have a few Ticketmaster accounts I don’t want anymore and they said if I don’t want them neither do they. Few days later I informed them the sole reason I don’t want them is because I don’t use them all anymore as I don’t need them. They responded in a very ignorant manner and don’t want the accounts but will buy from other people???? This makes absolutely no sense at all. Terrible service from these two.Response to Owner: That was never explained to me in the emails and whoever you are was rather ignorant in emails “Bro we don’t want your emails.” That is all that was said. You said if I don’t want my accounts then neither do you. Never asked why I don’t want them etc. Again, terrible service from you guys trying to cover up your actions.

Age: Need better instructions When we tell us to make sure to tell us to download the specific app before we arrive for ticket pick up and also I watched you guys tell an elderly to download the app for his tickets and wasn't clear about accessibility seating Customer Service has gone down the drain nobody is personable
