Wendy: I live near there and several years ago before their products were available at Michael's, I was in urgent need of some HTV to finish an order for a customer that was due the next day. I contacted them thru their website and a sales person told me to stop by their office and they could give me a few sample sheets to get my order completed on time. Thank you!

Dennis Ecker: This is a great company to work with. Fast deliveries and very good quailty. I would highly recommend using them.
Chet Wilson: Best in the business. Attentive, caring, knowledgeable sales staff. Always felt like my job was top priority. Highly recommend.
Nick Helm: At first glance, Tool-Craft seems like they are a top notch company providing excellent tools and you would think, service as well. Unfortunately our experience at Lance Industries was neither. After spending close to $1,000 on two drills, one out of the two broke. In a machining world, the first question you would ask is, “well did you crash?” Nope, we actually put this in a collet holder and tightened down. Upon tightening, the drill snapped in two. A salesman/engineer promptly came out and clearly didn’t believe that it was Tool-Crafts fault. He said he would take it to the shop to evaluate for anything that didn’t seem right. Well after approximately a month, we never heard back. After contacting them again, the same salesman/engineer said “not our fault, but you can buy an extra one at half the cost.” We make custom tools at our machine shop as well. Mistakes happen during heat treat, machining, etc. if we ever had a customer that used on of our tools and broke immediately, we always take care of the mistake. You would think that most companies, especially in these times, would take care of their mistakes. We sent numerous emails after this questioning Tool-Crafts “ethics” or lack of all to no response. I may simply have been raised better or taught better in this industry and quite honestly have better business ethics so I am shocked at how a company like this would not back their tooling. Simply put, if it’s shiny, it’s not always great. Many other custom tool makers out there, folks! Just wanted to warn everyone!
