Brent Roebke: If I could give Thriveworks less than 1 star I would!!! I recently discontinued my relationship with them and now they are billing me for sessions I never had. They have this “membership club” that they charge you for that gives you no benefits at all. I am now arguing with them because the Site Director is denying me my refund. Stay clear of these people because it’s allabout the money to them not the client!!12/21. There is more I would like to add. This company is totally Fubared. Today i heard from two separate departments. One telling me they want to keep me happy(Support}. the other one denying me my refund. Major problem is they all work work remotely and no one has a company directory. When you ask to speak to the person who corresponded to you they don’t even know who works in their respective division. When I asked to speak to the person directly I was very rudely hung up on. i indeed did document her name and I know the phone call was recorded!! I have asked my credit card company to dispute the credit card charges and until they do I will be posting daily!!

Lorinda Peters: I have a counselor for me and another couple's counselor. From the first visit with both of them it was I had known them my whole life. I am dealing with years and years of baggage and they both made me feel like there was a light at the end of the tunnel right away. I feel truly blessed I have met both of them.

Arica Rose Courté: Very Poor Service. Setting an appointment as a new client was impossible. The person on the phone took my information claiming he wanted to get me to someone in my area. Ultimately, he said to call back in a week or so because there was no availability to make an appointment. He should have at least offered to find someone that I could talk to immediately. Like myself, people don’t request a therapist for next week; they need it now! This organization fails in that regard. My recommendation at this point…. Go somewhere else, these people are not interested in helping you.

Todd Collins: My wife and I moved here from Canada during the pandemic and we realized that we have very differing opinions on topics that are not at issue in Canada (freedom of speech, gun laws, etc.) which caused a lot of problems with our relationship. Combine that with having to stay inside together for extended periods of time due to lock downs, Felisa was literally the only thing that kept us sane and not constantly fighting. She is the type of person who truly cares about each patient, and allows you to get everything out and never takes sides. If you are looking for couples or individual counseling that focuses on the issues you yourself are bringing to any situation, then she is the person you need to start seeing. Mike Kook: I am writing this review for Felisa as she has helped my wife and I tremendously over the past 12 to 14 months. My wife and I had a recurring issue (well issues, but not trying to write a novel here) that really prevented us from being as productive as we were capable of and needed to be to accomplish the goals we had set for ourselves, both personally and professionally.Having the ability to go to Felisa with our issue, and have her hear both of us out and not walk out of the room (what I would do if two people came to me acting like we did) and hide from us, was a breath of fresh air to say the least. We have been seeing her weekly and with the exception of a few weeks where we were out of town (but still did phone sessions), we have only missed a few sessions, which I am extremely proud of both my wife and I as a couple, because the difference between our relationship today compared to a year ago is literally night and day.Felisa has never taken sides, never gave us the feeling that she likes either of us more than the other, and honestly has never even taken a position that affirmatively communicated one of us was ever "in the wrong", which is truly remarkable because we both are great finger pointers.If you're having issues with your relationship, your personal life, or anything that has causes you to wonder if you should seek help from a professional, do not put it off any more. Felisa has changed our relationship completely and for the better and I would recommend her to anyone.

To anyone who has thought to themselves about their relationship "we need counseling" or "we need someone to help us with..." please do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Felisa. She has literally saved our relationship, as we are two people who come from totally different backgrounds, have our own strengths and weaknesses, care about each other deeply, but sometimes we just can't stop arguing.Felisa has been exactly what we needed, when we need it the most. She's unbiased, does not take sides, immensely intelligent, relatable, compassionate, brutally honest, patient, and plenty of more amazing characteristics that I'm sure I'm leaving out.If I had to describe her to a perfect stranger, the best way I could do that is as follows. I think every culture has a similar type of figure that is thought of like an Aunt who is cool, fun, and enjoyable to be around but at the same time wise, intelligent, humble, compassionate but not enabling, soft spoken but commanding when necessary, and who everyone in said culture holds in a very high regard and respects. Above all, everyone listens when she speaks because her words and guidance are spot on and carry immense weight pertaining to whatever topic she is speaking about.Felisa is and forever will be our "Aunt" who we know we can go to for anything, but we also know that if we bring bs to her, she's going to tell us that we're bringing bs to her. At times, we have both (mid argument) stopped what we were doing because we truly did not want to disappoint her, because we knew our behavior would if she saw us acting the way we were.Please do yourself a huge favor and if you think you need some help, trust yourself and call to make an appointment with Felisa. She's very busy but even if you have to wait a bit to see her, it is well worth it. She will help you change your life for the better.Thank you Felisa. Nolan Check: Very professional man. The evaluation was seem less and couldn’t of hoped for it to go any better. He went over in detail what he was going to ask and why. Went over the parts of the evaluation and how they relate to the hearing. Would highly highly recommend this for a Substance Abuse evaluation to anyone else looking to get one for their SOS review hearing to reinstate their license!

Casey Johnson: Tried to call about setting up an appointment, waited a day and a half for them to verify my insurance and the clinical director says “this is too complicated” and that I should call my insurance to refer me to somewhere else. I can clearly see I dodged a bullet here; what kind of professional does that? SEEK OTHER COUNSELORS!EDIT:just read their reply, and not only are they TERRIBLE with customer service, they also lie. Not trustworthy at all. Don’t believe me, read the rest of their reviews. Save yourself the drama and find a good counselor.

Jason Beasley: If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The ownership of this place is shady as all can be. They claim to be a Christian counseling service, but that couldn't further from the truth. I was a patient here for about two years, and only kept going because my Psychologist was awesome. I cancelled one time late in the two years I was a patient there because of a "family emergency" and I was charged a $50 fee. I was told there is no grace on this and that I had to pay it or find another counseling service. Also, I called this past Friday at 3 pm and spoke to who I believe to be the owners son, and informed him that I was cancelling an appointment for the following Monday at 1 pm, so I could attend my son's mothers Funeral. I was called on Monday and asked by the office receptionist if I was coming to my 1 pm appointment. I informed her that I called on Friday to cancel my appointment and I was told by the receptionist that, "Nothing was marked in the book that I had called to cancel and that since I called after 1 pm on Friday that they were going to charge me a late cancellation for my appointment." I then informed them that I was not paying any fee because the counseling center sees patients by appointment on Saturdays, so I called before your mandatory 24 hour window for cancellation. I was then informed by the receptionist that I would be receiving a bill in the mail for this cancellation. I am no longer seeking counseling services from them and glad my Psychologist left to seek employment elsewhere, where I will continue my treatment plan with him.

Mrs. Gayle Hornbacher, O.P.: I would highly recommend this counseling center. The main therapist, Cindy, goes above and beyond. She works long hours to make herself available to clients and has dedicated her life to helping others through her work. She is not just working a “job.” She truly cares about every client. While speaking with her, it is clear from the advice and resources she offers that she has years of experience and this is not her first time helping people through problems just like yours or mine. She is one of the most respectful people I know, she sets realistic expectations from the start, and she is always encouraging. Thank you, Cindy, for all you do for our local community!

Jen Smith: Very good experience and would return if needed. As the wife of the negative poster below, it important to note that we were in couples therapy for well over a year. When it became apparent that the marriage could not be saved (only one of us cared about the marriage and our family), I filed for divorce. Yes, I continued in therapy through the divorce and have no regrets. At no time while in couples therapy was I encouraged to end the marriage.Positive experience with the therapist & front desk. Worked through billing issues with insurance with little effort.Positive experience..

Martin DiLoreto: My (then) wife and I went to Change is Possible for marriage counseling sessions. After a few meetings with the owner, she suggested we meet separately (my wife with the owner, myself with another therapist); I later found out that while I was speaking with a counselor, the owner was helping my wife complete a "preparing for divorce" checklist (without either person informing me that this was going on). I felt very betrayed by Change is Possible and have never received an apology or explanation for their behavior.
