Morgan El-Zeinab: As a former foster license holder, my experiences were mixed. However, it was never because the staff didn’t want the absolute best for the children. The laws and policies towards foster parents causes a lot of mixed experience, which has nothing to do with the agency itself. There is a lot of turnover, but that’s normal in this industry - it’s a hard one to work in.
Amy Fall: Family and Community services was so good to us while we worked with them for about a year and a half. Amy Z. is wonderful to work with and everyone is so friendly and helpful. We would definitely go through F&CS again if the time ever comes.
Heather Wagner: Very disappointed with our experience. In the almost 2 years of having our fully approved license and home study, They did not call us with ANY potential placements. Absolutely devastated that this did not work out. We had so much to offer a child and because the agency was inept, a child is still without a family. The system is so so broken in Michigan. I will be writing a letter to the state of Michigan to voice my concerns. This agency like many others are funded by the state (you and me as taxpayers) and they should know when an agency is not performing. Tragic....do NOT use this agency. Wasted two years with them.
Brian Madeleine: A wonderful experience with our first adopted son. Amy and her team are on top of it. Very informative, helpful. Great staff, the process was fairly painless. We are excited to use them again with our next adoption. I recommend them HIGHLY. They do not take in too many families at once, which is nice. You are not waiting to be placed with a 100 different families waiting too like most agencies do.
Corinne: Worst fostercare agency! If you can change agency's do it. We where told so much and they have done the complete opposite. Talk about breaking up a family

Rick Bachi: I was there for blood work today I stood in line they took my information and my insurance they called me and put me in a room I notice two people behind me doing the same thing in line I got called in before them tell me why their blood work was being done before me as I already sat for one hour waiting no one came into ask if I was there or not or who I am or what I’m doing so I picked up my stuff and left after an hour and a half of waiting if I have the option to give zero stars I would

Doug: I visited today for a blood draw prior to a physician appointment. I was met by a elderly volunteer who gave me a paper to fill out, was told there was about a 30 minute wait and to have a seat. Having other appointments I left after 50 minutes of waiting in the waiting area never making it to the registration desk or the phlebotomist . I returned mid morning and the wait was out the door so I just left. They are understaffed, and move with no sense of urgency. The only good point is that everyone was treated equally poorly.

arianna davis: the lady that answered the phone for me so that i could get a mental health assessment was extremely rude and unhelpful. ended up just hanging up because she was so rude she made me cry

S. G.: Macomb County seems to be THE ONLY county in the ENTIRE state of Michigan who does not do autism evaluations. Instead, I spent 45 minutes on the phone through their "access" line, answering a bunch of questions only to find out that they were absolutely irrelevant considering the service I needed for my son, they don't provide! So why waste my time?! I was referred to Easter Seals, which ended up being a joke in iteself. With my other two children, obtaining their autism diagnoses was painless and easy IN MONROE COUNTY. Here? Good luck getting ANY useful help!!!
Sylvia Warner: This place deserves a higher rating, they have been life savers. My doctor, therapist, peer counselor and groups are all awesome. Even people I don't work directly with are very helpful.
Eric's Weather Forecasts: Staff are responsible and able help you with any concerns you may have. They a great center to go to Macomb County for additional services you may need etc., I give 5 stars every week
beth womenhater town: can not wait. these people constantly ridicule women. non stop rage and hate. workers are lazy do not do their job. also do not do their job. workers sit and do nothing while women are attacked by crazy school workers. workers force women to set up appointment during day time work hours so that they have to miss work. I lost at least 5 jobs thanks to miss jk she is a nasty rude person who insults women. has a husband to support her. just stay home chick.

Jeff Maniaci: Macomb family services was contracted to take care of my mentally disabled brother for 2 years. It has been an awful experience with them as care givers. Management does not care.
Mama Bear: At least 1 therapist there (I won't share her name) is only there for a paycheck. After multiple illnesses, a teenage runaway and suicidal thoughts/ threats our "therapist" ended our counsel bc of missed apts. I would've happily provided all the necessary forms proving those illnesses/situations had I even been contacted about it. I simply got a letter in the mail saying they were done with us and we owed them $200 for 2 missed apts. I will never see this therapist again, nor would I recommend this office.

Ashley Forbes: I went with a friend for a first appointment and they were rude, late, waiting area is dirty, and was charged $65 for a copay when usually copays are $20!! If that wasn't bad enough, the appointment was supposed to be 50 minutes and was only 30!! Horrible!!

Tyra a: Dr Burnstein, My first visit asked to see the bottle of my anxiety medication.I keep them in a medicine case so i showed him that he counted them.Told me to make the 11 I already have last 3 weeks.Put me on Neurotin aka Gabepentin for anxiety/Depression not fda approved for that treatment.It is a pain / seizure medicine.He was very cold in my opinion.Talked to me like I was a idiot not a good doctor will not be returning.I love my therapist Cindy but Robert Burnstein should not be a doctor.
