Deborah Nicke: I obtained a quote from this office, and I wanted only to adjust one part of it. They said they will look into it and get back, but they never did. The adjustment involves PIP insurance and people with Medicare Parts A & B.This office claims they never ever heard of it, but that they will research it and then contact me. That was a few days ago, still no call back. No email or text. I told them that's my current coverage with Progressive. So how could the State Farm agency in Sterling Heights not be aware of that fix? And it's difficult to get them to call you back unless you are looking for a home/auto policy for a huge home and 3 cars.So, I sent them a copy of the PIP Coverage section which explains it in detail. If they don't contact me tomorrow, I plan to call a different State Farm agency that doesn't have a myriad of other office locations to juggle. I initially thought this was a local community agency, but that is not the case.

Matthew Schang: sent an email to Theresa Kolb this morning to change up insurance on a car and she had the new info in about a half hour to send to the dealer, Theresa also looked into our account and had found the State Farm has been double billing on one of our cars and is now going back to corporate to see about refunding the money they have been double billing on. Last she called me to follow up and make sure we were all set with our changes. who ever is reading these need to give her and the staff that was helping her an acknowledgement they are doing a great job and keeping the customer happy and staying with them

This is the worst office I deal with. The employee who did this was on purpose. Two years ago I did not stop paying for two years. I advise everyone not to deal with this office because they do not speak the right way. If I want to come to you and you will see the statement I have with my bank that for two years you have been taking payments from me every month You want money and don't want a good reputation Always money is separated about your dealings. I can file an invitation for you, but I don't need to because I revealed the truth and I will tell everyone I know about this situation. and I will advise all friends not to go here
