Local Celebs Magazine: Every Thursday Sterling Heights Farmers Market is open. Lots of fruit and vegetables. There's a whole lot going on in there. Many things to buy other than food. I bought some hand-made towels for the kids. They donate all their proceeds to charity. They had many styles to choose from. Give them a call and get a gift for the kids while helping people in need. Lots of fun.

John Warner: Stopped to view all the lovely holiday lights on display with my grandaughter Guin and her dad Stephen. We were surprised to find an ice skating rink set up in the Farmers Market pavilion! Sterling Heights residents skate for free with proof of address and non-residents pay $5.00. Use your own skates or rent a pair for $3.00. For safetys sake a helmet is recommended for children.

SAMIR ISAAC: What’s wrong with people I bought bread and some other stuff. My balance came to 6 dollar I try to pay with my visa Card but they said NO you have to spend $10 to use your card. Otherwise it’s cash only.

The donuts are warm and crispy.Prices are slightly higher to support locally grown produce. Just a very cute garden shop.

James Martin: Newly updated facilities. Great bike and hiking trails. Soccer, basketball, and volleyball facilities are widely used and in great condition. Don't forget the farmers market and music in the park over the summer
