Lynn K: It's a very convenient location, and the employees are extremely efficient; however, unfortunately, they are not friendly. I always feel like I'm bothering them when I come in, especially the men. They are very intimidating. The women have been kind and helpful.

Posting today because it's time to say that customer here service has always been hit-or-miss.Note: Being a fair minded person, I have altered my original review after the owner reached out to me personally and explained about UPS and Amazon return process. Hopefully this review will help others. (Thank you for reaching out, Sir.)The customer service was not as it should have been on Saturday, no excuses were made for that.However, I did not realize that this store closes at 3p.m. until I was already in the car. I arrived 20 minutes before closing. Closing a bad time to come in with Amazon returns, because the store has to have the Amazon returns processed and ready to go out the door promptly at closing (that's when the truck arrives), and Amazon runs a tight schedule. I'm sure it's a huge endeavor at the end of each day, especially if it's been busy all day.Having said that, Amazon return customers are better off going earlier in the day when possible. *This would be the case for all UPS Store locations💡Even my long-time favorite waitress can be brisk, even edgy while serving me, if I go in during rush her hour.

Brittany Vance: I would actually give them zero stars after my encounter tonight.I just dropped off a package on 10/25/22 at 6:12pm and the lady at the counter was extremely rude. I had information where it said all I had to do is drop off the items and they would be packed and shipped. The lady got mad I tried to use the same package to avoid an argument and she proceeded to say “if you opened it right this wouldn’t be an issue” I was not aware that there were a specific way to open a package that’s been taped up. Then she proceeded to say that she didn’t have time to be doing this. She was very unprofessional and made me decide to use fedex moving forward. I know this probably will fall on deaf ears but needed to at least get it out there how terrible your staff is.She clearly wasn’t raised right.

Jonathan: If I could give zero out of five, I would.The customer service experience I had was utterly horrible. I was waiting in line with a customer ahead of me for the package drop off. I was willing to wait because I felt more comfortable with the package being placed on the hands of the clerk. The clerk offered the option of the self-service drop box, to which I declined. The clerk, while still servicing the customer ahead of me, asked why, I told her due to the package, I would feel more comfortable with an actual person handling it. I wait, I come to the counter, the clerk was not polite when she learned what the package was—I was willing to accept that behavior. I did try to correct her and state that she should not ask me what my package is and expect me to blurt it out for everyone in the store to hear. The clerk proceeded to get upset and called a manager over.The manager, a blonde, petite, middle aged woman, came to the counter and proceeded to comfort the clerk, telling me I made the clerk uncomfortable. She also proceeded to tell me the drop box is an option to get customers in-and-out. I then told the manager that due to the package, I did not feel comfortable leaving it in a drop box—the manager even acknowledged she would not have felt comfortable with the package in the drop box. She tried justifying the drop box offer as an efficiency option. I replied that to better service customers, they should hire more staff instead of cutting labor and giving bigger bonuses and dividends to managers and shareholders. I proceeded to explain to the manager I was not happy with being asked in front of the whole store what my package was—this is my own personal business. I told her that by answering the clerk, it might even open me up to someone in the store wanting to steal the package from me due to it’s sensitive nature. The manager tried to justify the question stating they have to know what is being shipped. Through our discourse, the clerk tried to jump in a few times.Eventually, another customer decided to insert themselves into the dialogue and engage in some white knight activity, claiming I was out of line and that I was making the clerk and manager uncomfortable. I repeatedly had to tell the customer it did not involve him, to which he continued inserting himself into the dialogue, clearly trying to escalate the situation. The manager acknowledged to the customer she was uncomfortable. Here’s the thing:1) She is the manager and should have control of the situation. She clearly did not because her clerk was told to step away but the clerk disregarded the directive. Additionally, she did not ask the customer to refrain from the issue as he was not involved in it other than to be a white knight. This is highly unprofessional on her part as a manager to have customers insert themselves into her job duties as such and pit themselves against each other in this manner. The manager is trying to avoid effectively resolving the issue.2) She is the manager and needs to accept that is her job: to handle uncomfortable situations. Customer service issues are not easy and will be uncomfortable—that is why she is paid more than the clerk. Additionally, if she was truly uncomfortable, she would have asked me to leave the store, then proceeded to call the police if I refused to leave (I left after the white knight customer kept escalating the issue as I knew he was trying to aggravate the situation and the best course of action was to leave).3) The manager was not willing to acknowledge that my business does not need to be announced to the whole store. She did not want to acknowledge that the clerk should have not asked that question in a manner for the whole store to hear my business.4) By having an unsolicited customer insert himself into my business and try to agitate me into an altercation, she failed to create a safe, pleasant experience for me.This was one of the most abysmal experiences I have ever head in any customer service experience—and I worked retail for 11 years. I am amazed FedEx permits this.

I called earlier in the day because I had a large item that I needed to weigh before I departed for a flight.The item is a 52" Yaeger Pro camera cart, not something easily weighed on a scale at home.I asked Himanshi if I could come in a weigh this item but would understand if I was unable to do so. Himanshi was very helpful and told me to come in at my convenience and she would help out in any way she could. Once I arrived Himashi showed me where the scale was and showed me the basic how-tos. She tended to other customers while I got myself sorted which is where Meagan comes in.Meagan stayed with me making sure I was able to lift this item safely and encouraged me to weigh individual items to get an accurate weight on everything.I want to make sure their outstanding customer service is recognized for assisting someone outside of what would be expected from a FedEx employee. Because of this experience, I will visit this store for my shipping needs even though there are other stores closer to my home. Thank you Himanshi and Meagan!!!

michel sohel: You can take your own prints, it's very easy, only challenge is you have to give a print for each file, you cant select multiple files and print. Color prints are expensive.
Yang Min: Staffs are so helpful and kind! The staff helped my one month old kid taking the passport photo. It's hard for infants to cooperate and it took almost an hour to get a good one. Thanks!
Jeffrey Whalen: Excellent work on the part of Meagan and any other team member that took part in the lamination order. Meagan advised that there was potential for bubbling or folding of the posters as a part of the process, but the work was nonetheless perfectly executed. Meagan was an absolutely pleasure to deal with, I love her personality, so friendly and forthcoming about the process and concerns she had about my order to ensure I was comfortable. She even thanked me for allowing sufficient time for her and the Fedex team to complete the order, how nice is that seriously! Thanks Meagan for making a simple request like poster lamination fun, really appreciate you and fully plan to return the next time I need Fedex's help!
Blackheart Lives: Very convenient location and very clean and organized inside. I was greeted immediately and guided to the return area I needed. I was met there by another friendly person who handled my return expertly and swiftly. The best part was how ahe explained the entire process and what I should expect. I had no questions or problems at all. First class service all the way. I will be back for sure.
Stephany Thao: If I could give it a zero star I would. I walked in and used the self serve print and go. It wouldn’t allow me to minimize the font so I went to stand in line. There were only two women working. I saw a computer I could use for self serve charging $.48 per minute. I go and print it in the font I need but the printer is jacked up. I go stand in line again hoping I could get some assistance but the computer was going to log off so I go press the button and come back. After waiting for the customer ahead of me to finish, the employee didn’t acknowledge me or anything. She left to the back. So I logged off the computer and went to stand in line for the other employee. By this time I’m already charged $10 for nothing. Although the second employee was very understanding I couldn’t help but think this is the worst customer service I’d ever receive. The first employee couldn’t acknowledge me or even say a word to me. Who does that? Do not go here. They don’t care about you or anyone else. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Maral: Worst customer service! I have explained to one of the employees what I wanted to do and she was very rude, her name was Shami.She is so rude and so ignorant. I don’t usually write reviews with names or any at all, but she was very nasty. She did not listen to what I wanted to do after explaining to her 3 times what I need to be done, and she forced me to pay with credit card even though I told her that I am paying cash because the amount was very low. She wrote my information wrong on the parcel and yelled at me and also said she doesn’t care when I was trying to explain.I had other people who work there who were nicer before, but this lady is nasty! Never going back there again.

Thomas Esposito: I initially decided to go to this fedex because of the reviews given to Deb. I passed 3 other fedex places to do so. I asked if Deb was there and Keya mentioned she was not. Keya immediately offered to help , with a smile. I decided to take my chances and it was a great experience. Keya not only helped me with my passport renewal and photos , but also copies. She was outstanding throughout the entire process while being patient and understanding as I was unfamiliar with what needed to be done. I filled out the we listen survey but because she exemplified how customer care should be handled, I felt it necessary to also post on the stores site. Wrong. $75 dollar delivery turns to $150 when your staff isn’t paying attention. How do you get a name like Devin Brown wrong?Then the “small talk” turns into assumptions that I may have to find alternative ways to pay, take out cash for something they screwed up🤦🏽‍♀️. First, please make sure staff does everything in excellence. They clearly dropped the ball. Also, cultural competency needs to be evaluated, because the approach of staff was a bit.. tacky.

There were two young gentlemen Joshua Johnson and John Tebenske who were very polite, considerate and professional. I have never met so polite and helpful young people as these two ones. I went home so happy and satisfied with the services they offered and I had this feeling of being valuable because this two young gentlemen treated me with so much respect. This is the first time I've every heard of the packages going back to Amazon needing to be taped. I'm really disappointed at the poor customer service and attitude of a person in a leadership position. The franchise owner definitely needs to implement some coaching.
James McIvor: Howard printed our funeral program and did a beautiful job! I recommend coming here for any printing you need to have done. Howard will walk you through the process if needed and keep you updated. I can’t say enough about the kindness and service offered.

It's 100% personal at this point and Lisa needs to be retrained on treating cutomers equally and even asked if i moved because i stopped coming to this location but I specifically switched locations OUT OF MY WAY because of being discriminated against over and over!!!To the reply... AGAIN all the other UPS stores do NOT charge for scan and go amazon packages that do not require label. I even BOXED the scan and go package so I would not have an issue but you are so money hungry that you have to lie and say I needed to purchase a $3 bag which is committing fraud for a few bucks. Reading other reviews this is a very common practice at this UPS store and corporate will be notified for your poor business practices. Robbing people you should be ashamed of yourself!
Lexee Brown: Avoid this store at all cost!I frequent this location often, but not anymore.My initial visit was to have my passport photo taken. I then later completed my passport application to find out my photo was a hair to big for submission. I then had to retake my photo while submitting my application at USPS.I visited the store on 6/15/2022 at 9:13am and was provided poor assistance by employee ID 120984. This woman has a very nasty attitude and poor customer service. She decided it was in her best interest to argue with me about the passport photo their store provided that was too big. She then told me the store does not issue refunds that she could retake the photo. I reminded her that I stated I already completed my passport application and retook the photo so there is no need for a retake with UPS. The employee wanted me to engage in an argument with her, but it wasn’t until a line of 3 formed and she then decided to issue a refund.My dad also frequents this store as it is a convenient location for him, but I will let him know we will no longer be patrons of this establishment.I’ve worked in customer service and a store not offering a refund when then error was on their end is just unheard of.
