Every response I got said to go to plumbing supply store and they will know immediately which trim to buy for a replacement. When I googled my question, I got the same answer, "go to a plumbing supply store". So I found Ferguson, which is supposedly a plumbing supply store. So I went to Ferguson with the trim from my tub and asked them what trim I could buy that was compatible. They were literally clueless. It was like it was the first time they've ever been asked this question. I was extremely disappointed.

They gave me a price (note we have purchased from them in the past and we are a service company) - The price they gave was outrageous and more than Amazon - My wife called thinking they gave me a consumer price and they gave her an even higher price. It has been raining a ton, Price gauging is unacceptable! Will never call again - We will just go to Amazon and pay a few dollars more than our regular supplier! - What a shame.

Skizilla: Since my house is old and weird. I have a 14” roughin on my main bathroom toilet. I went into Ferguson on a whim (and considering they are literally 2 blocks from my house) wondering if they would be able to score me a 14” rough in that didn’t cost an arm and a leg, and looked sharp. The two goateed gentlemen at the counter (Jon and Paul) couldn’t of been any more helpful and knowledgeable on the products they offered and were able to hook me up with a Kohler “WellWorth” that fit the bill perfectly. Now that I know Ferguson exists, the big box stores are done for me when it comes to plumbing.
