Learning is Not Quiet: I am a teacher who has to be fingerprinted all of the time. This was 100% the best experience I’ve had. I had a complex series of papers to fill out for multiple states this process was organized, pleasant, efficient, and meticulous. Thanks for a great experience!!!

Antonio: Had to get fingerprinted for a new job at 5:40pm yesterday. I was charged $30 more than my friend who went the week previously. The attendant was on a different work call the entire time, editing funeral home papers while I sat at the desk in front of him and waited 15 minutes after putting my information on the computer. After taking another call from a different client, he finally began taking care of my photo. A few minutes later, he got another call and pushed the fingerprint process aside again to help this other person. Finally, my fingerprints were done after a few minutes and he said I could leave. I always say "thank you, have a nice day" after getting a service done, but my patience was gone. As I was getting up, he answered another phone call and ignored me as I left. Bad service, unnecessarily long waiting time, and a headache I didn't need. Wouldn't suggest going here.--UPDATE-- The owner responded and is dismissing any form of responsibility. He did not ask me permission to work on another client while I was being waited on, and he barely apologized. He was working with multiple clients while making me wait, even though I was alone with him. I came during regular store hours. If you don't want a walk-in client, then don't advertise your store as accepting walk-ins or apppintment with no preference; thats unprofessional. Also I did not write this review over something as petty as $30, although you're claiming $20, which is petty on your part to lie. Theres no excuse for bad service, and your response proved your bad attitude. At least through your response, you finally showered appreciation in some form.

P M: Drove 40 minutes from home to the 22 and Hayes location and had a reservation for 2 weeks. Arrive on time to my appointment only to discover they have been closed for 2 days due to computer issues. Call the number on the sign only to have someone on the other end basically say, yep, that sounds right. Guess company policy is to keep things like that a secret while people waste their hard earned money on gas for an appointment that has been canceled without my knowledge. The hiring process at my new job has also been delayed now. I would recommend any other ID place if you can find one. This place is a joke.

Marshay Daniels: We are in a pandemic, I get it. So the lady that did my fingerprints had on gloves, ok...i get it. But she is doing people's fingerprints, with gloves on, NEVER changing them in between customers. Then she has hand sanitizer there but doesn't tell anyone to use it before she does your fingerprints nor does she sanitize her gloves in between each person. I am a nurse, so when I say that is the most disgusting thing. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received here during a pandemic! She really needs to change the gloves in between customers or dont were them at all! Please! I would not recommend this place at all!

Steve Basiewicz (HelluvaCook.com): I went to Apple Screening to have my form processed to that I could become TSA pre-check approved to avoid security lines at the airport. The entrance to the building is in the back, but you wouldn't know this until you walk up to the front door on which a small sign in small letters instructs you to use the back entrance. This must happen to nearly everyone that comes to this place for the first time ever, so it makes me wonder why they haven't yet put up a larger sign in view of the parking lot instructing everyone that the front door is not in use. Meh, other than that, this place was as expected and I was able to get my mission accomplished without much hassle.

Alex Scott: I had a SUV cut me off on 16 Mile road turning from schoenherr. The lane I was in was snow covered because of the high winds I slammed on my brakes but all I did was slide. It was either slam into the SUV or try to avoid the wreck. I chose hitting the curb and coming to a stop but I got stuck up on the curb in the deep snow. I did the correct thing by calling the police and they ended up giving me the ticket. They had no sympathy for someone who was just in an accident. Had to pay $175 to get my car pulled off the curb and then give me the ticket on top of it after wrecking the front end of my car. Next time I will just not even call the police. I actually had a guy stop and was willing to pull me off the curb. I should have just done that

Officer Clark #0091 was on scene within 5 minutes, collected everyone's information, processed an accident report and had us on our way 10 minutes later. He was polite and kind. I’m newer to the field and it was my first time completing the fingerprinting process necessary for my licensing. I let them know of this, handed them all of the paperwork necessary and both employees made me feel right at home by taking everything over. By knowledgeable and personable staff, I was in and out in a snap. I’ve used other locations to fulfill this task but this by far was a positive experience.
